I might be wrong but I think the similarity is that both Pandora Hearts and Heart no kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~ kind of related to Alice in Wonderland. Alice in Pandora Hearts is both the rabbit (B-rabbit) and Alice. Heart no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World~ has bishie rabbit guy and Alice from foreign country.

In both manga the heroine is named Alice and she suddenly finds herself in a different world, which is similar to Alice in Wonderland.

Alice in Wonderland adaptations filled with cute, twisted guys and aimed at a female audience. Wonderland is quite a dangerous place for the Alices to wander around.

They all fall in love with main girls, main girls both alone in the new world the vibe and art in general really similar

Both of the girls are surrounded by a bunch of really hot guys, and the artwork from both are beautiful

Both are very humerus. The main character is female and they both get transported to another world and are trying to get back. Although in Heart no Kuni she (Alice) is abducted. and in Fareies Landing it's by mistake. Both have alot of really attractive guys! I really enjoyed both and I highly recommend them.

Though one is set in the parody of Wonderland and the other in the feudal Japan, they both include time/dimension travelling, they' re both harems and have lots of bishounens.

Both are parodies of a classic (Snow white for this one), have the main falling in love with a guy from a new country, have pretty good art, and have a nice story line

A girl is suddenly transported into a fantasy world where weird occurences happen and guns and violence are daily occurence. One of such weird guys acts as her link between the worlds.

Both of these are about a young girl that got transported into a weird land and meets a bunch of weird, quirky characters. In fact, both of these are loose adaptations of western stories, The Wizard of Oz in one case and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in the other case)

Both take place in a dream, are somehow strange and a bit scary but also wonderful. I can't discribe it, but if you liked After School Nightmare, you will like Heart no Kuni no Alice and vice versa. I don't know if Alice's ending is as surprising as the ending of After School Nightmare, though.

Both are great alternative versions of Alice in Wonderland. Both have romance and comedy.

Both are about a girl who wakes up in another world a world that "belongs" to her. There she encounters a man with rabbit ears that "loves" her. Also in both she was in love with her sister´s boyfriend. Similar art too.

Manga adaptations of QuinRose otome games that feature more unique characters than your average reverse harem. Heart no Kuni no Alice has violent characters while the female lead of Crimson Empire is a former assassin turned personal guard. Lots of hot guys too, of course.

Same Alice and Wonderland theme both with their own unique twist

It’s similar to Ouran with the reverse harem theme and all those pretty boys falling all over the heroine. Both stories are funny however whilst Ouran is light, fluffy comedy, Heart No Kuni No Alice’s humour is sadistic, violent and darker in comparison. The characters in Heart No Kuni No Alice are quite “trigger happy” and merrily pull out guns and weapons at any chance they get which I find absolutely hilarious.

Both involve a girl caught in a sort of game and who is trying to figure out what is going on. Also in both mangas their is a rediculous number of hot guys intrested in the main character.
