The only real similarity between them is the 'vibe' or 'feel' you get with them. Both Wonder Cat and Gal Dino are probably one of the chillest manga you can read in this medium, literally showing nothing but some fun s.o.l about a human and their animal friend. Both are easy to read, short manga I would recommend to those looking for a relaxing but fun story.

Wonder Cat and Hedgehog Harry are pretty much just what it looks like. Cute manga, sweet friends, entirely wholesome. They are simple, perhaps a little too much one may argue, but they deliver flawlessly. From the same magazine, but would recommend both as fast 4-koma to read if you are in need of something to fly through.

Slice of life manga with comedy centered around cats and short chapters

While MYCaMOD is a little melancholic and Kyuu-chan is too fictional, there are a lot of things in common between these series: They talk about the daily life of an animal and his/her owners. Also, they have episodic and short chapters, with a simple art style, and a serene atmosphere.

These two gems are one-pagers that can put a smile on your face. They're both funny and wholesome, and they generally revolve around the lives of the MCs. Fushigi doesn't have a story, but it's about a cat that's extremely talented, while Tomo has a romance story in it.
