This manga is about a playful and adorable cute cat who gets rescued by a boy and takes it to his house,and we see their adorable and funny scenarios on the simple joys of their everyday lifes~
Aside from that this is a slice of life and comedy manga.. i absolutely love this manga!

Very short slides with a lot of chapters,i enjoyed them all! Kyuu-chan is just too adorable and sweet~

The art is great too,it has a very unique aesthetic style to it,with it's simple nude and pink colours which makes the characters pop and makes them adorable no matter ... what..characters are also truly adorable ,you're gonna love each one of them!

overall i really did enjoy this manga,and i can't wait for more chapters!

Fushigi Neko no Kyuu-chan is a 4-koma manga about a guy living with his cat that doesn´t behave like any normal cat (more like a dog, really). This cat is extremely grateful that the dude gave him home and tries to do everything he can for the guy. That is the whole manga basically. And that´s not a bad thing because this is one of those cutesy feel good mangas.

There is really not much going on when it comes to story. Characters live their daily lives, cat does something cute, end of chapter. I mean worst thing that happens over there is rain. So if ... you want something with actual story I suggest looking elsewhere.

Art is very basic, with cutesy colors (mainly pink). When it comes to characters there are two main - guy and cat Kyuu, and some recurring that are not very important.

When it comes to enjoyment, I think this is fine manga. It´s not awfully intricate, doesn´t have complicated story so it´s one of those mangas that you can relax by reading them. Like a nice cup of tea after hard day. My main problem with it is that it´s overly sweet. Like a cup of tea that you dump like a half a bowl of sugar. It´s still nice, but you just can´t drink much of it in one go.

Simplicity is something I find everyone seems to enjoy. The very presence of simple things is great to spend time in. Check out most loved waifus, or how a ton of people really enjoyed Your Name and Demon Slayer movie, maybe it alludes to psychological reasons, I honestly have no clue. But one thing is for sure is that simplicity is amazing.

Though simplicity is not prone to size, as I will explain, they apply to hidden gems too, one of which is the title "Wonder Cat Kyuu-chan". A manga that is nothing short of simplicity done well.

The story? Not really any to speak of. ... The characters? Probably as basic as generic tropes. But does that make this manga bad? Of course not. Even if there isn't much to speak of, the entire point of this manga is just a common nice man and his wonder cat doing daily stuff together. It is honestly way better than what I watered it down to be. You wouldn't have guessed something as simple as this would be so engaging.

As for art, it has colours and has this modern blob-esque art design to it. The pink really help out setting the mood for the manga too. Nothing more to shout with art but it is quite captivating.

As for enjoyment, I literally have no clue as to how one cannot enjoy this. I don't mean to say that to offend. I genuinely would like to know how one would get on a level lower than this being "boring", obviously, if you find stories that go nowhere boring, then this is not your cup of tea. But this manga does really well in what it presents.

I would recommend this. It is literally one page 4-koma chapters, very little dialogue, cute, sweet, wholesome, and overall a nice read. It is not finished publishing so consider when you will read this. Anyways, 9/10.

Simply the BEST manga you can ever find if you wanted cute and fluffy manga without an actual story but instead some great daily life story of characters

Kyuu chan (and his friends) creates really wholesome interactions while being somewhat relatable to us, you don'tt really see sad scene in the story besides from rain and something certain that is in later chapters for the manga

The art style is simple while being cute, usually themed with pink colour for most of the situation while also having normal colour for stuffs like sky, rain, plants etc...

Give it a try if you actually want to relax while ... enjoying a cute cat having amazing interaction in his daily life with his surroundings (Slight animated panel for some chapters makes it even better)

Despite being a huge cat person my heart feels so light after reading this manga. It's really short and also feels fast-paced. Kyuu-chan is so adorable and precious and the story of a cat and his owner is heart warming.
You may really want to get a cat while or after reading the manga or it could change the way you look at cats.

Overall it's such a relaxing, easygoing manga to read. Not a lot to say about the plot, nothing dramatic happens, there are no plot-twists. The pastels, cute graphic and story feeling "soft" is definitely something to adore.

The one series that completely bypasses any and all criticism because it is the cutest comic in existence. Kyuu-chan is adorable, friendly, courteous, and gets into wonderful adventures around town with his chill owner. There's very little ongoing plot beyond introducing new characters, and that's just fine. It's a 4-panel comic that's simply perfect at what it does - superbly cute depictions of life with a furry lil' friend.

There's not a single annoying character or element that makes me frown in the whole series, and as a result it's perfect. No notes, just cat propaganda that will melt your heart.

Now if MY cat would learn ... to do the dishes then I'd be in paradise.

Incredibly cute stories. Incredibly cute characters. Incredibly cute art. No plot but really, does it need one? My life has never been the same since I have met Kyuu-chan, 9/10 highly recommend to anyone who just wants an adorable slice of life manga with just. The best cat in the world.

The simplicity of the manga works magically with the short and sweet stories between owner and cat, and the dynamic is chefs kiss. Every chapter is only a few pages long so even if you don’t have time, do check ... it out!!

It's my fault that I read this like a regular manga, I know it's a "feel-good" one. But reading it felt like a chore, and in the end I quit at the funny osu! meme number chapter after totally burning out. I'm therefore rating it on my very subjective experience of trying to plow through this series.

I have to admit, some of these chapters were very heartwarming and cute, some even funny, but most were very average, or even nonsensically boring.

The artstyle is cute and very fitting, I like it. Each character is memorable, but veeeery predictable and they start being one personality for most ... of the time.

Also, I expected something more realistic, as a cat acts very differently than Kyuu. And this manga never shows the negatives of a cat at home.

I personally know people who'd eat this one up and love it, but I know more people who'd drop this way sooner than me.
