Both are manga about a guy in a typical harem situation. Both Ikuto and Junpei are incredibly dense, and are often put in situations dealing with the supernatural that they don't really want to accept or deal with. Both manga are incredibly funny and have a kind of slice-of-life feel to them. It's also very obvious that the protagonist and the main girl like each other, but are too embarrassed/dense to confess to each other.

This manga is similar in terms of atmosphere, but the story is complete different (in a sense). When I first read this, there was this feeling like "this artwork and character personality is so similar to one that I have read before."

Both are Harems that take place on an island. Nagasarete Airantou is more of a comedy type where as Umi no Misaki is more of a romance.

The characters may look loli, but it's ecchi and funny to some degree.

These two romance titles revolve around male protagonists and the many female characters they come across. Each female character encountered usually adopts a couple of stereotypes, and many of them fall in love or become interested in the male protagonist.

Both titles revolve around a protagonist who becomes the only male character amongst many female characters. As such, the protagonist develops a harem provided that there are no other male alternatives.

Both of these serialisations not only revolve around a male protagonist being surrounded by many female characters. Both feature a lot of comedy, romance, and ecchi.
