| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Interesting opening scenes so far with the tense moments. One of the women in the first episode definitely has some strange features when she manipulated her body like that. I definitely enjoyed watching Gareki though and I think his voice fits him pretty well :) Anyways, ya definitely not a bad start so far. Also, nice ED song as well; kinda catchy along with the themes of its soundtrack imo. |

| I did watch that first part before (early March, I think), but I wanted to wait until the full ep.1's official broadcasting to post it. There's something mysterious about that bracelet on the boy's arm that spider woman was afraid of or wanting to get him hostage. Then was "saved" by ikemen character voiced by HiroC. And meeting Curcus, the gov. staff?? I love that ED is used since ep.1, right after hearing the sample at Kira Kira Beat R the day before! |

| I think this was a great ep, I started the manga a few years ago but I just dropped for something, but this anime is probably going to be great. I heard the op too, the song is good. Mod Edit: Removed quote of a deleted post. |

| Mine's transformation is creepy, damn. But that's good. Suwabecchi, playing the mysterious part~ Uro's one of my favorite characters and it's great to hear he's voiced by such a good seiyuu and that he does the character well. And Uro's gang, too. Gareki is so cool and Circus're all so awesome and it's amazing to see them move and talk at the same time. I've longed for this. I like how they made this episode, and the ending there with the small appearance of Yogi XD The ending theme is very nice, too and the outfits in it it cosplay material, that. I'm curious about what opening theme they'll use. And always treat Yogi as if he's a child, yes, good Hirato. ^^b |

| I was so excited about this becoming an anime that I watched it raw. Everything was perfect about the 1st episode and I loved the ED! Based on this episode, it looks like the anime is going to follow the manga. Little Nai is just...ADORABLE!!!!! Going by the ending, we'll get the chance to meet Yogi in the next episode. Oh gawd, next Thursday seems so far away... |

| Back on topic, the only thing i watched was the pre-aird episode(untranslated, i'm already caught up with the manga to get whats going on~) so With this episode i'm assuming, its the pre air part and then some? I cant wait to watch this! oh and yogi appears in the first episode already? I din't expect him to have miyano mamoru's voice when i was reading the manga, but now that i think about it, I'm pretty sure it will fit well xD Mod Edit: Removed quote of a deleted post. |

| Woah after waiting for this for so much time it's finally here~ <3 (expecially because it's one of the top 3 anime i waited on this season hohoho) it was so awesome! i'm so glad they did it exactly like in the manga *v* and Kamiya hiroshi voicing Gareki... it's PERFECT! (says a fangirl that fangirled on him the full episode.) And Miyano Mamoru as Yogi <3 such a sweet voice i want to cry ;v; (oh the perfectness) and i really liked the ED, i think it suits Karneval :> i wonder how the op sound~ it's Granrodeo so i think it's pretty good~ ^^ I just can't wait now every week for the episodes ;-; ...it's gonna drive me crazy. |

| Haven't heard of anything relating to this anime till I watched it. Turned out all right, don't know what exactly is going on. The eye designs in this anime are pretty good though. |

| Somehow when I saw that there were two male mains one with white hair and one with black my mind went to K and got worried thankfully it's only 1 episode in and already infinitely more exciting than K ever was I have high hopes for this now and hope it continues to exceed them ^__^ |

| Liked this episode. I'm glad they streamlined everything and cut some of the manga material out, which had made Nai seem way too ignorant to the point of being annoying. Nai also seems more mature, partly because of the VA. I'd imagined Nai's voice being higher when reading the manga. yay. Yogi next. Tsukumo's eyes are soooo pretty. |

| Episode 1 = Chapters 1 & 3. idk, I'm so psyched to see this anime (coz im currently following the manga), but I feel a bit disappointed by the first episode... It felt a bit rushed to me : Spent too much time in the train scene without developing anything. If they included Chapter 2, it may have been a bit better. I prefer Nai to be the dopey, cute, oblivious character like he appears to be in the manga. This first episode just made him feel a bit too mature! >< Regardless... they showed the back of Yogi's head! eeee!! >w< hahaha |

| This was the anime I was most looking forward to this year, the music is amazing and the animation is great. Hope it gets ever better the next few episodes. This show kinda feels like Pandora Hearts |

| Great first episode! As expected, the anime is less gruesome than the manga, which is fine by me :) But I do recall that Gareki had gone into the mansion with a group of people...? I guess that's not that important. It will probably take me another episode to get used to Nai's voice, I always thought he would sound like a little boy, or at least cuter. Still, I think the voice suits him. Overall, it was a great intro. Tsukumo is even more badass animated! |

| I really love this! Yeah it was a bit different from the manga like some people said but it didn't really take away from anything to me. I love the animation and the colors and just wow....everything is gorgeous. This is a great start! I hope it keeps on going this good. Also, I love the ending theme song! They remembered all the characters that only show up a few times, it was lovely to see. |

| So far, this is the best one I've seen for the new Spring season. Manglobe must of had a major overhaul this past year or something. Their stellar and much underrated UNLIMITED was excellent and this has many of the same animators and tone. I will definitely be sticking with this. 9/10 for me. |

| Finally, I was waiting for subs like 2 days now >.< Great first episode :D They skipped some parts, but I didn't mind it.The animation is good and of course I love Nai, he is so cute. The ED is really nice and it kinda reminds of DRRR!! ending. I can't wait to see Yogi next episode~~<3 |
| About what I expected. I'm definitely keeping this one this season, it's really going to get good from what this episode leads to expect. I especially like the quality that was put in the art. |

| I don't know what it is with Nai's hair, but I just want to cut off those weird purple bits. They look like animal ears and they annoy me. Other than that, he's an okay character as long as we don't have to have a lot of him, or at least have Gareki to balance him out. However, there seems to be a background to him, so I think he might grow more on me. |
