| I think the cloth is being manipulated somehow by the Pope. What are the chances of him going back into ~*~meditation~*~ just after he finished seeing hallucinations of him being attacked by the Bronze Saints, Gold Saints and Athena? I think he got so scared that he had to start meditating and causing trouble in the houses to make sure the Saints can't get anywhere near him before that clock runs out! And Shun needs to wake up already..this lifeless corpse thing he has going on just isn't ok.. |

| This is the worst filler in Saint Seiya in my opinion. They really could've done a better job in the Sagittarius house. -.- |

| I wonder if the Sagittarius cloth is testing Seiya to see if he's strong enough to become its true master? It also makes some really interesting sense that since Aiorios died they needed a new gold saint to take his place and hence the tournament took place. I hadn't thought about it like that before now. There's been too many flashbacks recently. They're okay in old, long running anime because they were once upon a time airing once a week. But it's too much and just a waste of time right now which seems to be the point. Last episode had some that I can't remember enough to mention, but I remember thinking it was too much already. This episode showed us Hyoga carrying Shun into the Miro fight from a couple episodes ago. Showed us Saori's backstory again. And it showed us when Arles attempting to kill baby Saori and got confronted by Aioros again. It's too much! However, building off of those flashbacks I found the use of some interesting. Specifically the way it humanized Arles by showing his fear towards the idea of Aiorios surviving, and also showed his fear of the bronze saints attacking and the gold saints turning on him. He's really scared! |
