I thought this was a great episode, with Athrun lecturing Shinn :) Shinn is too inexperienced to understand where Athrun is coming from, but hopefully he can change his views a little from this conversation. Athrun is a capable and understanding leader, even Shinn should realize this. And lol at Lacus and crew watching Meer perform. Meer's outfit is really weird...not only that, but she ruined the song and changed it into some pop/upbeat music, it's totally not "quiet" like the song is trying to say =_= |
| For all the hate that SEED Destiny gets as a show, I feel that one thing they're doing correctly is making Athrun more of the hero than Kira this time. Athrun was more likable than Kira and a better character in the first series, and now he's justifiably getting more screentime than Kira in the second series. Athrun is a voice of reason in a sea full of assholes and crybabies. It's easy to root for him. |

| Both Athrun and Kira went through the same trials and tragedies and emerged with the same answer. The difference right now is Athrun hasn't picked up on Durandal's scheming while Kira has due to the Lacus attack. That lecture by Athrun hurt even more than the Brightslaps. Hopefully Shinn will start to wake up. |

| I could see Durandal coming from a mile away. He was way too compassinate and understanding a leader to be a genuinely honest man. Now let's see how far he goes to accomplish whatever goal he has in mind. |

| this episode was so neccessarry, i feel like this is the first time we actually got to get any real focus on shinn as a character rather than just some angry pilot. Durandal was pretty obvious to be the villain the whole way through, he could make a good antagonist but knowing this show's bad reputation i wont expect much. |

| Finally, the conversation that should've happened like 12 episodes ago. They could've gotten into this discussion if they simply didnt have Athrun just be quiet when spoken to earlier. |
| I liked the briefing on the strategic situation of the Earth campaign, wish we had gotten more of that in mecha. The only mecha show that did that extensively was Dragonar. Shin's pouting face is cute.  |
| Well, this was decent. I still don't understand why everyone is constantly surprised when they discover that the person they are talking with is Athrun. Is this a future where photography was never invented so you won't know how famous people look until you meet them? |
| I think this is the first great episode of the show, the dialogues between Athrun and Shin were very good. I like the fact that Athrun is more protagonist in this show. |
