I mean yeah, mister dude with suits, you’re wasting your potential on the wrong bunch of people. Whatever he was scheming didn’t even make past the first 5 mins of the episode.. which is something I found actually hilarious. In the end, it was the loss of those merchants. Should’ve remained rational and they would’ve maintained the good relations. Leaving that aside, and the usual meeting sessions within the top brass, did they actually talk about Yuuki in front of Yuuki himself?? Lol, that dude dodged a bullet. If Rimuru decided to expose him, that could’ve been quite a turn of events, but of course, that ain’t happening. Everything is for later…

Didn’t even feel like a finale. Though yeah, this season just wasn’t it, and it doesn’t even need an argument. Barring the last four episodes or something, the rest of the season, which could easily make almost 20 episodes or so, just had too little happening in it that you could literally go and summarise the whole of it in like… 3 episodes or what? Seriously lol, usually we have breather “episodes” making up for all the chaos and slowing down things, but here, we had a whole fucking season… two cours at that, doing that. All the memes around the meetings and whatnot are rightfully justified. Hope the studio will do a better job with the sequel.. because they clearly dropped the ball here.

Rimuru uses his authority and charisma again here as a leader. He knows dealing with merchants from the East is trouble so he didn't want to do more business with them.

It's a bit strange for a season finale imo as it felt like every other episode of the season. However, I think it's also a setup for more storytelling. Rimuru's leadership was evident throughout this season.

Note to self, never, and I repeat, NEVER mess with Rimuru. That fraud had it coming to him tbh. Why even bother with fake or counterfeit gold coins when Rimuru could just absorb a gold bar or treasure and create exact copies of the coins lol. Money out of the way though, can't believe this dude is making a world fucking train. Rimuru's pushing an industrial revolution in this world QUICK.

Though, the highlight of the episode was no doubt that Rimuru FINALLY figured out Yuuki is behind the incident like how Yuuki knew Hinata was there that night—because she said she went to the merchant and not an intruder. I really wonder know how much Yuuki knows about Rimuru catching on. If he’s clueless, that's a shame, but I don't think it'll end that easily. And it better not.

If you look past the beginning of the season and it's "yapfest", you'll realize this just like any other Tensura season lol. Just a wee bit worse than its predecessors.

And to no one's surpise, a season four is already on the way. So fucking obvious.

The festivities are all over, and it's time to pay the merchants their due, and Rimuru isn't going to let Mjollmile handle this pressing matter himself.

Ghastone's Duke Meuse being hired by the Rozzo Family to break the trust of the merchants and Tempest, Rimuru just has one goal in mind: pay everyone their due in authentic dwarven gold coins, and that's that, because their words broke their trust, and Tempest has enough to build its own community, with or without the council. Rimuru got all the publicity he needed, and that's all that matters to win people to his side and see what the Rozzo Family will do next.

With that out of the way, Rimuru getting feedback on Tempest's Opening Festival, and there're both positives and negatives, whilst lending some of the technology to other nations and building transport all around the nations in tandem through the Magitrain that can traverse far, fast and wide. As much as Veldora didn't get his time to shine in the dungeon, that plays well into marketing and his awaited time in the future.

The one last thing: the Eastern merchants, of which both Maribel and her grandfather suspected that Meuse would fail and have the granddaughter of Greed take over soon, they are a real menace that has to be stopped at the root, especially with Hinata having an account with Damrada around the time of Walpurgis. And at long last, both the meeting and Tempest's Opening Festival is over, but the matter with Clayman and his dealings with the Eastern merchants are definitely connected, aside from Yuuki having an affiliation with them that connects all of the events (i.e. Rimuru killing Hinata) thus far.

For the sake of human and monster co-prosperity, Rimuru and Tempest will have to get ready for the troubles ahead.

As to be expected, Season 4 is in production...and another movie!? There's just no running away from more of TenSura.

But when all is said and done, Season 3 is easily the black sheep of the anime series to date.

Rimuru didn't want to do business with western merchants anymore because he knows the kind of trouble maker they really are. If they learn one thing, that's to never ever with Rimuru or Tempest. (I know that it's not how economy works but Rimuru should just absorb a dwargon coin, analyze it and make countless copies of it. No will even know if done correctly and modestly)

It's over. This was the last slime friday. Will really really miss all those yapping and meeting episodes.
Even though the whole season was just for the sake of world building, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It just shows how well though everything is.
It feels like I started episode 1 just yesterday. I have a feeling that the rest of the year will be pretty boring for me. Guess I will just rewatch from season 1 again. See you guys on season 4 or the next movies.

Peace.

I applaud the courage to turn the adventure aspect into the management. Yes, lots of meeting and press media instead of fighting, but now no one can blame this for being a one-trick pony anymore. Rimuru is a multi-trick slime.

Was satisfying watching those merchants and duke get wrekt. Rimuru had a meeting with everyone to have a final discussion on the progression of a few things like the Magitrain and how to deal with villain merchant group. Got me really excited and looking forward to seeing how they implement the modern techs. Yuuki got exposed too so that's another thing to look forward to, him getting crushed that is.

Been a great season for me with lots of world/nation building which I loved. There was some satisfying action too and more fun stuff with old and new characters. Shion and Shuna's performance was what took me by surprise the most this season and it was beautiful. Looking forward to s4. Hoping it will air next year. Really want more Tensura fast.

And so, fittingly enough, we end a season nearly entirely focused on meetings with a meeting.

Yeah, I'm not gonna be adding anything new to what's already been said throughout the season but this was just silly. Unquestionably the weakest and most boring season so far. You had the Hinata conflict, which itself was surrounded and permeated by meetings, and the festival of more meetings. I guess Yuuki's outing was interesting in this finale, and I'm a kind grader anyway so I'll give the season a generous 7/10. That said I'm torn on how to handle season 4. I'll watch it, but weekly or all at once? I normally only watch shows I'm dying to see weekly, but had I watched this season all at once after it finished I may have given up from meeting fatigue. I dunno. Guess we'll see. Until we.....meet(ing).....again!

Damn so it’s finally over. Season 3 was a tale of two halves for sure. Started off horribly with pacing and got a lot better in the second cour, this sort of felt like Rimuru establishing this world’s version of the UN with all these countries coming together thanks to the festival and cooperating.

Most of the season felt like a lateral movement, but we objectively did have some upwards movement in the story here at the end and now have a clear vision of how to proceed in season 4. HOPEFULLY, when that does come they’ll go with the cour 2 approach and not drag out dialogue and exposition so much because man that first half was rough.

Solid finale episode though, the eastern merchants thought they were slick until Rimuru shut all that shit down. If you don’t trust a country of monsters, don’t do business with them 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Establishing a magitrain high speed rail network between the various countries is a book straight out of real life diplomacy. Countries that have trade linked with one another are a lot less likely to go to war, this was kind of the point of the European Union back in the day. That should bring a lot of economic development to every country involved as well. Momiji’s one demand for building the tunnel being that Benimaru be in charge of the operation is so cute I love her.

I also like the idea of Hinata having the holy knights train in the dungeon! This really was a win-win festival for everyone.

So now we’ve got to deal with Damarada, the infiltrator, Yuuki and Maribel in season 4. It’s like Rimuru deals with one problem and 4 more just pop up in its place. All tempest wants to do is live in harmony with humans and create a more prosperous world for everyone. Guess there’ll always be those who oppose that. It’s good he finally suspects Yuuki too! Even though this was a drag at times, I’m excited for the movie and season 4.

so when will the next session be released? because i'm waiting where the demon promodials are summoned/recruited by diablo.Oh yeah, I have a question.. who do you think is worthy of being Rimuru Tempest's partner?the problem is that on the web novel it's finished and no one knows..?? If only the author had described the adult Rimuru like in the first episode.. If it continues with adult Rimuru, it will be even more exciting. If it were my imagination, I would like it to be... Veldora married to Luminas Valentine, Rimuru with Hinata/Cloe as his queen and Rimuru's concubines are Shuna and Shion.Oh yeah, if my comment is read by the author, can the Flamia anime be released? Flamia, if I'm not mistaken, was ordered by the demon king Luminas. If anyone has read the light novel, you will know...That's a bit of fun going into the Canon story..Please make all of Rimuru's side stories into anime.like the mamono tensura mamono no kuni no aru kikata and tensura makoku gurashi no Triniti please make the anime that i mentioned..it will definitely sell... and let me introduce myself, I am Yudha from Indonesia and I am a 37 year old wibu..and i'm proud to be a wibu.. I'm quite suspicious that Veldanava is still alive and I'm quite sure that Veldanava is Ciel/Rafael...
So Rimuru's 3rd season is over.. when will the next season be?Don't take too long, okay? Really, the light novel hasn't released volume 22 yet..Do we have to wait for the release of light novel volume 22 first? Okay, that's all from me... I hope someone from the anime community or the author will reply and respond if they read my post. I'm waiting for the next session, I'll definitely watch it..

The gold goins plus the intimidation by benimaru and co sure made for quite the moment. Involving the press was an excellent move as well. Eren and Elmessia sure are pretty good buds. Looks like things under Youm are progressing really well. Economicially the train would be a massive boon for Tempest and its allies. Still seems that Tempest next has to contend with the threat posed by Maribel. Glad that this is getting a fourth season.

No Shuna ED this time, pfff. Well, i just replayed it from the previous episode to get my fix.

S4 confirmation is nice, i see no date though.
And the movie i will probably be able to see at least half a year after the release, ugh.

I wish they did some "WhoeverIsRevelantNext's Diaries" in the coming months.

Seeing Rimuru angry for once was an exception but welcomed none the less.
People will complain the meeting was about nothing again but unlike the first part this are kinda intresting.
Japanese talking about co-proserpirty sphere is a dangerous precedent.
Atleast the figured out Yuuki the rat.

First cour was meh with an alright final battle still all felt pointless 6.5/10
Second cour was much better with good SoL stuff still not the best as expected from Tensura 7.8/10

7/10 it's still my 2nd favourite Isekai and even slow I still enjoyed it. Waiting for S4, dk what are the following if it's manga it will be years as they catched up. If it's LN then it's fine.

I still find it wild that this show started from a slime and a small village of goblins. Seriously the development is unreal. Definitely the weakest of the three seasons but it was in no way a bad season. One part of this season I loved was that Diablo and Veldora had bigger roles. Because obviously for the first 2 Diablo wasn't properly introduced until later and Veldora was inside Rimuru for most of it.

Seriously this show has so many strong points its incredible the world the author made with so many great characters, Power systems, world building and lore. Rimuru was great this season and is still my third favourite male character in any anime. My biggest expectation for the future is the introduction of a certain true dragon. (the female one)

Amazing season 9/10

I will definitely miss most of the characters introduced in this season, especially, Hinata. 😖😖☺️
This is a great season because of the animation and the most normal pacing I've ever seen in a series nowadays.
I hope the sequel comes soon with the same quality and quantity. OwO 8/10 for the wholesomeness but I rated it 9/10 for a sequel!!! 🤤

Possible ship lol

P.S. I forgot if there was such a scene where Hinata actually bought something from him.
I hope for OVAs for those things that are probably and possibly skipped, but I'll lessen my expectations for it.

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Personally, I'm becoming more of a fan with every season. I even liked all the exposition. For me it's easy to forget stuff between seasons, so that helped me to not get lost. It's actually preferable to dump more info on us than necessary than rushing through the content like countless other isekai.

Looking forward to S4.

With the deals being resolved with the merchants and a huge number of projects coming in the aim of coprosperity between humans and monsters, the season comes to a close and I have to say that this is the one that left me satisfied the most.

Despite having a rough to watch first part with many preparations being taken into account for a battle that lasted an episode in length, the second one got me really interested in terms of all the factors to take into consideration while planning both the festival and the dungeon construction. The latter one almost resembled the design of a rogue like even with different ways to approach and that was super engaging to me.

Firthermore, Masayuki was a good gag and other side characters held an important role before getting to be part of the cast or the background. Episodes were not a slog to watch as were the meeting in the beginning and with this episode we not only know of the different developments in the areas but the projects that will take place in the future as well as conflicts of interest.

The only thing this second part was missing was the dispute resolution for the 2 love confrontations being declared for Rimuru and Benimaru respectively. They'll probably get an episode next season or maybe an OVA but it would have been cool to have them sooner. Oh well, time to wait for the continuation.

I was hoping for a certain dungeon RP to make it into this seasons end. sad times :(

Don't like how they let the eastern duke and yuuki just walk off into the sunset.
Kill them and be done with it.
Don't give me this 'he needs to do it politically and fair or else other nations wont trust the monster nation' bs, what happened to demon lords being something 'fearful and not to be messed with' or did all nations automatically grow a anti-demonlord backbone to stay on the same level as the mc plotwise.

Seeing the merchants squirm like that was rather satisfying, I must say! It did guarantee that the end of the festival went smoothly, as did the gathering of all of the other nation leaders as they discussed new technologies and improved trading links, as well as talking more about the issue of the Eastern Merchants.

Not only will they be more vary of what that merchant group will do next, going by what we see with Maribel and her ambitious goals, but Rimuru also voices out his thoughts about Yuuki and how he'll be dealt with at some point in the future. With a 4th T.V season announced, that wait won't be that long. Also having another movie announced at the same time is also great news. =)

Overall, I will say that this is the weakest season of Slime that we've had so far, but it was by no means a bad one at all. The action did take a back seat at times as meetings and expositions took the main stage, especially during the first half of the season. While I did enjoy them, it did make some episodes feel too dragged out, although cutting out the majority of them would also feel like a knee jerk reaction that would be the equivalent of one step forward and another step backwards, solving nothing in the process.

Still, the humour was still as great as always and the production values, even with less action on offer compared to previous seasons, was still very good overall. 8/10 will be my final score and I highly look forward to the 4th season in the future.

It's finally over.

Rimuru was able to avoid debt because he's very smart and he has some good allies. It was cool how he was able to trap the noble asshole.

Now they're talking about building railways and connecting people in this world like never before. It's basically fantasy industrial revolution. At this rate, we'll probably see Rimuru invent the internet by the end.

Overall I enjoyed this season but there were several episodes that were just boring. Yes, I'm talking about the meeting episodes. Even in this episode, there was a meeting. Tho this one's different cause I was slightly interested in the topics they discussed.

A fourth season has been announced. Doesn't shock me. But I'm not sure if I'll watch it. At this point, there are so many characters and plot points in Tensura that it's hard to keep track of them. There are just way too many characters and it's hard to care about any of them. By the time S4 rolls around I'll probably forget everything that happened in S3 and I don't think I have the patience to rewatch 72 episodes. Tho I'll probably just end up watching S4 on a whim anyway like I watched S3.

Well I'm all caught up in the manga and I pretty much knew the yapp sessions were going to be intense but fucking hell 24 eps of em were unnecessary, I half hoped for at least some anime original action scenes for diversity, nothing plot crippling just something to wrinkle the predictably boring linear meetings, all I got was a mouth breathing fest complete with close quarters of spit exchanging yapp like fuck man, I fucking hated this season, it made me feel like I'm some man child who is incapable of following dialog but Christ I swear its the direction, the fuckin meetings were set up all formal like deadazz at the end of it I gained some economic xp, some fuckin bs like I ain't here for none of that. 24 eps is tough man, its the 24 eps that ticks me off so much, this could've been 10 or 12 eps at most and I wouldn lost my shit like this, for a series I've been following religiously it was basically blackmail, fucking undroppable, and I think they knew it, had to look for a briefcase and a fucking suit whenever I binged one of em fucking eps.

I love this show so much. Just so homey and nice. Fun and light-hearted. And I know there was much less action the last half, but this show shines through economics and business. Never underestimate DemonLord/Salesman Rimuru. We're in for a long one, and it's not gonna just be battle after battle. Gotta world build too! Can't wait for more seasons.

FRIDAYS WILL NOT BE THE SAME!!! and with that Tensura S3 is now over.

I still don´t understand how people called it a "yapfest", sure there wasn´t as much action as other seasons, however we got a ton and I mean TON of world building in this season that we need for future arcs to come, especially since we got introduced to very important characters this season and important PLOT points to come.

As of now we have been confirmed a Season 4 and a movie as well, very much expecting them for mid to late 2025, with maybe the movie dropping a little earlier than that.

Now that the curtain draws we find among us who is a foe or ally. It´s been a pleasure to have watched Tensura with you fellow slimers :-)

Well, it took 24 episodes to start tying in S3 subplots only to end the season. Of course it would have been nice to reduce the meetings and general fluff but it is what it is. Hopefully S4 will get back to the show I (used to) look forward to every week. Wonderful episode, full of intrigue and “stuff happening”. Thankfully I won’t need a S4 YouTube refresher before S4 starts 😉

As I thought, dealing with paying everyone didn’t make for an interesting finale, and after that they had one last meeting for most of the episode just to remind me why this season was such a drag in the first cour, this meeting did at least have some interesting topics like the planned railroad system and train, as well as good interactions between some of the characters like Eren and Elmesia, and it was also outside and not at the table lol, not as depressing that way, but yeah ending the season on this did leave a bad taste in my mouth, Rimuru even said “this meeting… no, this festival is over” yeah I see what you did there lol, it’s been a meeting the whole time, always has been. Well there was one cool revelation at the end tho, and that’s that Rimuru finally suspects Yuuki, I still think it’s a shame he’s a villain because he’s such a likable fella but maybe that’s what makes him so dangerous.

And that was the 3rd season of the slime Isekai, glad it’s finally over, and I hate to say that but man it’s the truth lol, this season really was just absolutely plagued by meeting episodes, mainly the first cour, I really don’t mind them here and there but so many in a row really tested how much I like this series, and it’s not even really that I hate when action isn’t happening, it’s that these meetings were just so boring to watch, just a camera panning around the room with occasional closeups, and the topics that were discussed weren’t that exciting either. And all of the meetings in the first cour led to what I personally thought was an underwhelming conclusion, it’s like “hell yeah Rimuru and Hinata are gonna throw down!” but it wasn’t that good imo lol, and it was quickly back to the meeting table after that.

But I will say the second cour did reel me back in a bit, the festival arc really did bring those slime diaries vibes back which I really enjoyed, it even felt like the meetings in this arc were just more fun because of it, there were moments during the festival (mainly the tournament) I thought could have been better but overall I really liked this cour. But one thing this season didn’t miss was the OPs and EDs, they really know how to pick ‘em in Tensura, they were all bangers but if I had to compare, I’d say OP2>OP1 and ED2>ED1, maybe my preference for the second cour played a role in this but it’s mainly that I like the songs and visuals better lol, all great tho. And we already have Season 4 and another movie coming, that’s cool and I’ll definitely be there when they come, but I really hope they learn from this season’s mistakes, I’d like to think where the story goes from here will be more interesting than what we got in Season 3 too, but as someone that doesn’t read the source, it’s hard to tell lol. Oh well, still enjoyed this season overall, I would not be here if I didn’t.

Can someone tell me how Rimuru know yuuki is the culprit, what makes it 99% certain that its him?

Another enjoyable season and immediate confirmation of not only a new sequel but another movie, this season ended as it started and spend most of its time, with a meeting lol.

the amount of fan coping for this season is crazy. 6/10 at best, this is in no way a 9 or 10 lol. The greater bulk of this season was the definition of why it's called "show don't tell". Not everything is "great" just because it exists, and criticism is meant to push others to try harder. Looking forward to what's coming next, but I'm not going to pretend this season wasn't a let down.

Another consistently good season of progress through diplomacy or if necessary sheer power. Lots of stories tied off neatly, a few new adversaries raising their heads, looks like the 4th season will continue with the fight versus negotiation balancing act. And all in a rapidly evolving world of technology and transport. I started losing interest in S2 for some reason but now I’m fully invested again! Can’t quite give it a 10 but damn close…

Mid season. As the first person said the whole season could be like 3 episodes. But we got 24 20-minute yapping powerpoint presentations instead . Is this what people are trying to call 'worldbuilding'?

That time I reincarnated to speak and make friends without any serious or relevant fight.
