Lol, Kazuma has really took this wedding crash literally. All shit broke loose but knowing Kazuma, he just went with his plan on the fly.

The aftermath reactions were priceless. However, I'm glad Megumin was relevant in this season finale and played her role. It was a great finale imo. Darkness had the most emotional arc this season including this episode.

Oh Kazuma... a true felon through and through, I swear.

Don't understand if Alderp is an actual fucking idiot, or if he's just a bitch. Probably both, like you do know that the money on the floor IS THE EXACT AMOUNT NEEDED TO REPAY DARKNESS'S DEBT, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO STILL MARRY HER YOU DUMB FUCK. I would get on Megumin for casting that Explosion, on a FUCKING CHURCH and then it going berserk, but it's whatever. Then this dude Kazuma was for real shielding himself behind Darkness, the person they were trying to save... lol. W Dark and the adventures for helping out.

Entire scene with Darkness and here papa was really sweet for some reason. Was a joke in there about marrying Darkness being a punishment, was funny so didn't ruin the moment too much. I think this would've worked out way more if her papa were to have died actually and not the asspull of him being under a demon's curse, but whatever. Speaking of demons, damn is one cunning man. W Maxwell for giving that bitch Alderp what he's had coming for him for a while now. And in the end, Darkness is finally back. Tadaima Darkness.

Pretty standard stuff, at least in Konosuba standards. Will be here when season four comes, eventually. Just please NOT ANOTHER SEVEN YEAR WAIT. PLEASE.

Kazuma literally spending all of his money, all 2 million eris worth of Darkness's debt to Aldarp, she's glad for his repayment debt...but also churning out the usual masochistic Darkness in the process. And even though they got stopped by a monster, Yunyun and Megumin are here to the rescue...with the latter's Explosion magic ready to invoke damage. Axel's adventurers...couldn't care less, and Megumin's already at her limit to obliterate the kingdom with her usual manifested power. Kazuma...is such a jerk for hiding behind Darkness, but that's who he is, and the fight between Aldarp's army and Axel's adventurers ensue, while Kazuma and the gang makes their escape.

Thankfully, Darkness is able to see her ailing father before he passes on, and him entrusting Lalatina to Kazuma, it's truly a moment between father and daughter...is not for Aqua interfering to clean up her father's curse, which definitely put both Kazuma and Darkness on pure embarrassment ears. DOwn but not out, Aldarp forces his will on Maxwell the Adjuster having a contract with him, the demon who invoked the curse, and Darkness coming in to his delight, it's Vanir in disguise ready to get back at Aldarp for the expose, as well as Maxwell for the negative connotations of which he's a sadist for.

Kazuma having "bought" out Darkness, the 2 billion eris was more than enough to repay for all the damages. But still, Darkness is finally divorced and remarried again into the ragtag comedy gang...Divorcedness is her new nickname now.

Welcome back Darkness...your time in the comedy gang is not done goof yet!

A great return to KonoSuba after 7 years, here's to Season 4 in the near future!

Honestly it was a refreshing sight to see the focus shift more on serious undertones especially this late in the series. Episode was pretty decent, last episode did well to orchestrate better conflict and resolution though

And so the season comes to an end.
It was another very good season, I wouldn't say it was any better or worse than the previous ones...
But I think epiosde 9 was the best one in this season.

A good, simple and fun finale with the continuation of the wedding crash to wrap up a very up-and-down season, a bit more down than up. Love the digs at Darkness and the 'divorce', that did have me chuckle a bit. I did expect better from this season given the light novels I had read for this portion like 3 and a half years ago that were decently rated. But some episodes were way too obnoxious and loud than normal compared to even rewatching the first 2 seasons just a week prior to this season airing, and the early couple episodes weren't that great (first episode was terrible). Some episodes were just not that funny due to the delivery being too forced for my liking and more louder than ever, and loud does not equal funny a good amount of the time, making it insanely hard to watch through the 20 minutes per week. Bits and portions of this season though like the Kazuma-Chris heist, and this episode was fairly good. So yeah, this was a lot better than season 2 which besides a few gags, was insanely underwhelming (especially the godawful last few episodes to that season) but I would still call this subpar as a whole and on par with the first one. Was a step-down from the movie for sure since I did enjoy that at least the movie more consistently than the arcs from this season.

Time to wait another 5 years for more?

What a blast of a new season! "Divorcedness" Lalatina Ford (lmao) returns to the party finally, and Kazuma's team is once again complete.
Kazuma is a rich boi now.
Hope season 4 after 5+ years will reunite us again.

Good season again. The beginning had some rough parts, but got better towards the end. Missed me some nice Kikuta saggy kino though. Unfortunately no sequel announcement at the end... I sure hope we won't have to wait another half a decade for the continuation.

The part where Megumin was about to blow a load, tho xD

I knew I would see the day when Kazuma carries Darkness wearing a wedding dress in his arms. Loved this finale. Liked S2 and parts of S1 better than this season, but it was still great to have more Konosuba. Hopefully we won't have to wait as long again for another sequel.

Darkness bridal carry, she's beautiful. What was Megumin on about there, no seriously.

So everything was done by that piece of shit using a demon. Atleast he finally paid for his crimes. Vanir made the most of the situation.

Kazuma got his money back, that's a lot. Darkness finally back to where she belongs but now she's a divorcee lmao, poor girl ouf.

This season started a bit slow but really enjoyed the later half of the season with more focus on Darkness. Darkness best girl and best waifu. Now gimme new season soon.

That has to be one of the top five explosions.. which eventually ended up exploding nothing xD

This series is so unserious though, I mean after all the wedding heist and all the emotional talk, when it seemed like Darkness and her father had finally come to terms with their circumstances.. Aqua has to come and make that whole "saying goodbye" segment look like a joke lol. She can lift any curse.. best goddess. That's why love her.

All and all they did a good job concluding things. That fatty could go and die for all we care. Though hey, don't interrupt Kazuma when he about to throw a cool punchline. But yeah, that's how the gang is.

Getting more of Konosuba was just enough in itself. Liked it as much as always did. Hope we'd see more of it in some time.

Poor Yunyun, be manipulated to commit a crime. Just hope she don't have to pay for the repair.

We had an Explosion.

Was a really a misjudgment of Darkness and her father, to not let Aqua see him earlier. But like Kazuma said "What a nice story.".

I'm really glad the Aldarp got killed(?). But now I worry that Cris will need to fight him for the Treasure.

Noooooooo. It's finally over. ;-; And I don't see a Season 4 announcement yet... Oh well.

Really loved this episode. From Kazuma and the others bringing Darkness back to her rejoining the party, everything was so beautiful. I also liked how other adventurers also helped them out. Would've been awful if they betrayed them at that point.

I'm also glad that Lalatina's dad is all well now. And it's all thanks to Aqua. Who's useless now? Come to think of it, it was a bit strange that Aqua with her healing abilities didn't see him sooner. Even if it wasn't a curse, she could probably have helped in one way or another.

The only thing I didn't get was the part about Aldarp and the demons. Was that a sequel tease or something? But at least Aldarp probably got punished. The dude was a massive jerk.

This finale was pretty different from the last 2 season finales I'd say. That was probably the craziest Explosion yet.

My favorite character in this season was Darkness. Glad we got so much of her.

Man, I do hope we'll get Season 4 soon. I'm gonna miss KonoSuba a lot.

What a fantastic finale, So glad to see everyone come together to save Darkness and bring her back to the party. Aqua coming in clutch and lifting the curse off Darkness's dad was hilarious and so was Megumin trying desperately to hold her explosion magic in.

Megumin can't hold it in!

It's hard to describe my experience with Konosuba 3. It does for the most part capture the same charm as previous seasons, but it feels like some things are missing, and some jokes just don't hit. I'd probably chalk it up mostly to my own tastes and sense of humor being affected over the five-year gap between this and Legend of Crimson. I do still love these characters, though. Especially Lalatina, who took on a whole new level of depth this season.

It has been just as much of a joy to watch as previous seasons, and honestly, some of the comedic timing even exceeded some of the best moments from before. An excellent comedy anime to relax to every week, and it never ceased to give me some laughs. Yes, it’s loud and obnoxious, but that’s what makes it Konosuba, and I’m happy it stayed that way. It tried its hand at drama, and it was stupid for sure, but that’s what I was looking for.

Holy cow, this season is finally coming to an end. It was full of joy, and a good amount of progression happened this season.

As for episode 11, the only disappointment is my unfulfilled wish to see Darkness kiss Kazuma on the cheek or anything (like the kiss rewards stuff Darkness talks about). Just use that point and give that boy a hell yes reward.

5 year wait and studio change? No problem, Konosuba S3 was everything we missed and even more. Loved it from start to finish and I’m so sad it’s over now. Perfect way to end the season though, this episode had everything that made this season and by extension the series, great.

First of all, if you don’t have darkness as best girl by now you’re insane! I’ll hear no debate on the matter! She looked so stunning in her wedding dress and all the crazy looks on her face when Kazuma came to her rescue were brilliant.

Kazuma giving up all of his IP and every bit of money the group has made to her Darkness back shows just how committed he is to his friends. He might not act like it, but he’s quite caring under that exterior. Telling darkness of all people to repay it with her body is hilarious cause that’s a reward for her if anything 😂

Megumin showing up late and then almost killing everyone with the biggest explosion spell to date is so in character for her lmao. She so 🐶 💔 Also, she called Yunyun her best friend! After the spin off series last year that was cute

Leave it to Konosuba to have a heart tugging moment like Darkness and her dad’s last convo only to interrupt it and have us dying when Aqua healed him 💀 That one scene really encapsulated the season though. Surprisingly emotional, but funny as hell.

Is that a JOJOS REFERENCE(I’ve never seen it) Vanir made quite the appearance and freeing maxwell as well as punishing Alderp is perfect. He won’t be making any predatory loans anymore that’s for sure

“Welcome back” 😭 beautiful end to the episode. Kazuma better not bully Darkness with the Divorcedness stuff too much 😂 God I’m going to miss these idiots so much. Thank you DRIVE for this adaptation.

Good luck getting all the attendee's in returning the money lol. That was a mighty nice save from YunYun. The adventurers preference for freedom really turned out to be perfect this time around. Rin just casually pushing over that guard was just amusing. So Aldarp was the reason why Darkness's father was cursed then. In the end he got what he deserved and im glad that not only was her father cured but that Darkness was also able to rejoin the team. Curious would we see a s4 given that the source material for it in the form of the LN is complete. But overall a solid finale that mananged to end the season pretty well by wrapping up all the loose ends.

Glad to see that our heroes are doing well again and are even finding time to fool around like before. The ending was a little too saccharine, but in a show like this and after an arc like this, it's forgivable. Also, this arc does everything to pushing Darkness x Kazuma, doesn't it? I'm increasingly starting to doubt that his main love interest is Megumin, although personally I wouldn't mind a harem ending.

The finale was pretty much as insane as I imagined it would be, ain’t no way Kazuma was just walking out of there with Darkness, but the opposition made things more fun including Kazuma turning Darkness into a puddle when he got that critical hit on her masochism, and later with Megumin edging herself trying to hold back that explosion lol, and I gotta say that was quite the psychedelic looking explosion, very very cool looking. And Jesus dude, I wasn’t ready for Aqua to ruin the moment between Darkness and her dad, that really got me, I mean it’s a great thing that she did but the timing was so terrible but so great at the same time.

And thankfully Aldarp got what was coming to him, he’s been forcing a demon to do his bidding all this time and Vanir made sure Aldarp payed for it, not quite sure if he died or not but I’m sure it was a fitting punishment. And lastly I loved those final moments where they welcomed Darkness back into the party, the gang is finally back together again, and with a larger sum of cash than ever, tho I somehow doubt it will be smooth sailing for them going forward lol, and ending on that Divorcedness joke was a great place to end on, gotta keep things silly to the end.

And just like that there’s no more Konosuba once again, I saw folks saying the show wasn’t funny anymore throughout the season but I can confidently say that is completely wrong, comedy is subjective after all and I still laughed plenty at this season, and Drive did a fantastic job delivering the funnies and the quality as well. I also enjoyed the Darkness focus of this season, I can definitely say I like her a lot more now than I did at the start of this season, and I also liked the new characters like Iris and Claire, they added some new layers of fun when they were around. And they killed it with the OP and ED like the previous seasons, they both more than hold a candle to what came before, that ED is probably one of my favorites of the season. And now I really hope this can lead to a 4th season somehow, and if it does hopefully it isn’t 6 or 7 years from now lol.

Not bad, but not good either.

For me, this is probably the weakest entry to the series (not counting the Megumin spinoff). The humor was okay, but most of the Iris arc was kind of cringe for me, specially the part where Kazuma asks her to call him "oniichan". This whole Darkness wedding arc though it ramps up, but it's still pretty weak in it's writting.

Never been a fan of stuff that gets solved with a bag of money in the last episode, not to mention how weird it gets shaped from a small bag to a huge vase to probably the size of a whole chest once it's spilled on the floor. There's also the whole subplot of Darkness' father being cursed and it wasn't detailed previously and same with Maxwell that pretty much gets introduced in this final episode.

It feels like these 11 episodes and come and gone way too quickly. =(

Regardless, I'm happy with how season 3 of Konosuba went. Just like with previous seasons, it unleashed chaos and craziness for the hell of it and I loved every minute of it. This last episode itself was what I expect Konosuba to be and it delivered with style. As brutal as it sounds, Divorcedness suits Darkness a lot!

Megumin's explosion was a visual spectacle, considering how hard she tried to make sure that it didn't blow the town to smithereens. I'm happy that Darkness was rescued and that her father, thanks to Aqua, is now fully healed from a curse. With Darkness officially back in the party, it made for a great ending.

9/10 and I sincerely hope that we don't wait long for a season 4. Make it happen soon!!!

I liked that Aldart got what he deserved in the end.

The series fell off . Maybe I am not the same person compared to when I watched season 2 or it's because I don't wear the fanboy glasses but I am now extremely disappointed .By far the most boring season of this anime series . The expressions of characters repetitive, they spent too much time on the princess and darkness and in combination with the fact that this wasn't even 12 episodes only made the problem bigger. Of course there some really good jokes in there but as a complete season , it failed for me. If after the success of the second season we had to wait for so many years for the third season, I can only imagine how long will it take for a season 4 to be made . Hopefully I will be proven wrong and hopefully that it's just that these chapters were weak and that season will cover much more interesting chapters .

Agreed . Also the fact that the production of this anime series unable to make at least 12 episodes also helped make this writing problem even bigger because if you don't have time , you can't do miracles in the writing
