Got to see a lot of Emi scenes in that other world and her chemstry with Alas Ramus is adorable.

This episode felt slightly slowed pace though. I'd thought Maou and the group would make it to that other world but I guess they're building up for next time. Very interesting to see how this will all turn out.

Hm, some Emi content this time eh? I'm not complaining.

Emi, who had returned to Ente Isla, set out towards her hometown. Upon arriving at the village, she found that the wheat field her father had tended to was still thriving. Empowered by this sight, Emi entered her childhood home, and shared a meal with Alas Ramus, and then searched for clues. It was there that she laid eyes on a interesting document that led to a barrier hidden house. Which, Alas Ramus dashed out of the house and Emi followed, only to be drawn into a barrier that lay ahead. There, the Yesod shard on Alas Ramus' forehead began to glow in a shade of purple. Meanwhile, Maou is just trying to coexist with Acieth without losing his mind back in Japan.

Nice to see Emi and Alas Ramus, especially since it's been a while since we last saw them. Exploring the alternate world where Maou and Emi once resided is interesting. The scene of Emi standing in the wheat field triggers heartwarming memories of her childhood with her father. On the other hand Maou is going through it with not only his plan of invading Ente Isla, but also Acieth back in Japan. Lol. Also back in Japan seems Rika is finally in on the secret officially and is told everything so that's nice.

With Maou and Bell now going to Ente Isla, the real shit begins. I'm actually kinda excited.

Its nice that we got to see what happened when Emi came back to Ente Isla initially. Acieth sure is a pretty wild child. Not that anyone would check if you had a licence when in Ente Isla. No matter how powerful you are there's always something you can learn from others. Curious to see how their rescue of Emi would go.

FINALLY we get to see Emi and Ente Isla. Been waiting weeks to see what happened when they got there.

I like how no matter what world you’re in, crying babies can cause problems. Alas Ramus’ tears triggering the Olba to come get she and Emi. That had to be frustrating after their journey had gone pretty smoothly to that point. It’s interesting that Alas Ramus sees Emi as Emi’s mother and not Emi. This whole time she’s thought of her as someone else.

Back on Earth, the planning stage is going well to get Emi and Alas Ramus back. Everyone has come to terms with the situation and Rika is handling this very well. Way better than most people would if they found out all their friends are from another world lol.

Chiho’s point about Maou obeying the manager is actually pretty funny to think about. A guy who nearly conquered an entire world taking orders from a McDonald’s manager. Just shows how much of a good leader she is

Acieth attacking Sariel and getting whisked away to a pocket dimension was hilarious. Both the sisters causing headaches in this episode lol.

And we’re off to Ente Isla next week again, can’t wait!

I'm glad that this episode focused a good amount of time on Emi's point of view of what happened to her and Alas Ramus at Ente Isla. Things were going well for the pair before checking out something within a barrier led to Alas Ramus to cry and unleashed her power, not only taking out the barrier, but also giving a massive signal off to the likes of Olba so that he could intervene and capture Emi and Alas Ramus.

The rest of the episode was mainly building up for Maou's plan to rescue Emi and Alas Ramus. Thanks to Suzauno and Amane, they both got a pair of fancy looking scooters to use for their plan to enter Ente Isla. Rika seems to have handled everything that has happened incredibly well, which makes me happy for her. =)

Just like with Alas Ramus, Acieth let her emotions get the better of her when she let herself get angry at the sight of Sariel, so it was good thinking of Maou to intervene to make sure she didn't do anything stupid while inside the MgRonalds branch.

Here's hoping that Maou and Suzuno are successful with their rescue plan. It won't be easy whatsoever, but I'm sure that they'll succeed.

I’m glad we got to see how Emi Yusa somehow got captured while at Ente Isla, she actually got kinda far before Alas Ramus got her nabbed by Olba, I guess this is why you don’t take your kid along on a semi-stealth mission lol. Back to the present, the gang is prepping to head to Ente Isla to save Emi and Alas Ramus, along with Emi’s dad and Ashiya who were recently nabbed, and the plan involves bringing mopeds across dimensions lol, it’s funny how they’re being used to keep them hidden too, because I guess a motorized vehicle in the Stone Age is more stealthy than flying lol.

And poor Sarue nearly got scalped by Acieth had Maou not pulled her back in his mind dungeon, and he ended up being a good source of info on the angels after he went off about Kisaki again lol. Guessing next episode things might get intense, looking forward to it!

Emi returns home. Very nice seeing the time when Emi and Alas Ramus were traveling around Enta Isla. A mother daughter trip back to see if Emi dad is still alive. Classic irony that right when Emi returns home to check is the same time her dad comes to Japan. Emi has a lot of conflicting feelings surrounding this as she doesn't understand why her mother would save someone like Maou. Emi was quite emotional seeing her dada wheat fields still thriving as that could mean he's out there alive. Even more irony as we know very well he absolutely is. Alas Ramus thinking the Enta Isla food is yucky while the Japanese food that Emi brought tasted good made me laugh. She might just be a bit spoiled on modern day foods. Alas Ramus getting very upset after seeing her sister Alcieth aka Tsubasa is missing from where she should be. Leading to how Olba found Emi and Alas Ramus. Adding more irony since Tsubasa is back in Japan with Maou and Emi dad. Whom themselves are working towards getting to Enta Isla, with some mopeds of all things. Flying is a no go but driving mopeds will definitely be incognito in a magical fantasy land. Have to see how this rescue mission goes.

Taking a page out of the plot, Emilia and her time in Ente Isla is a large radical shift, since she is alone together with Alas Ramus. But taking care of a child who has been accustomed to o Japan's delicacies, not to mention going back to her hometown of Sloane Village where once stood signs of life, now stands just her father's wheat crop and the house where her parents used to live in, dilapidated but still having old memories of exploration. But another Shard of Yesod found within a hidden barrier, and the questions finally link: Lailah was her mother, and Emilia's mother, saved the Devil and dispersed the Shards of Yesod all around. Olba is up to his tricks again, and that's where both proclaimed mother and daughter landed in Efzahan, the Malebranche's home.

Like Alas Ramus, Acieth is getting used to life on Earth as Maou tries to fix his schedule so that he has a lot of time. An insult to injury that Suzuno managed to get her moped license plus 2 scooters earlier than Maou, he's feeling the pinch to save Emilia and her father, Alas Ramus, as well as Ashiya. Before they could go, they need to settle Earth's troubles like their MgRonalds job, whch Sariel also was about to be dragged away back to Ente Isla.

The idea of no gods in Ente Isla, it's a stupid resolution, but nonetheless, Maou and Suzuno are ready to go through the Gate back to Ente Isla for the important mission, it's do or die.

Acieth has to be the cutest, and most attractive character in this series so far
kind of a decent episode here, compared to the others

@StallionXD I'm glad I was not the only one, I not even sure what happen for them to get caught, I skiped the hell of it. Alas Ramus is like medicine, in small doses is cute, but get too much of it and you starts to want to get a pencil through your eardrums

So we get to see a little bit of what happened when Emi and Alas Ramas arrived in Ente Isla. I didn’t think that Emi brought Japanese food, but apparently it was a good call and then she finds out that Alas has been mistaking her for her mother Lailah. I guess it makes sense since they’re related and then Alas freaks out for whatever reason and Olba is now holding the two of them are in the eastern continent Efzahan (I’m sure we’ll learn more about the whole of Ente Isla later).

Suzuno got a moped license and Mao has asked for time off so it’s time for the two of them to save Emi. Will Mao immediately get his powers back when he returns?! If that happens will anyone be able to stand against him?

Still not fully invested because I don’t have a full understanding of everything and honestly I prefer the Japan side of the story.

Me too, but I feel like without the monster stuff the story has no backbone and becomes just another slice of life comedy.

I like the show a whole lot.

I do agree that it doesn't stand out without the monster stuff. I don't know if it's just me not being able to remember everything or the Ente Isla stuff not being told in an easy to remember way, but I just can't keep up with everything that's going on and therefore that side of things confuses me.

Riko's seen it all now (and so have we, riding scooters into another parallel dimension). The boss narrowly missed Acieth attacking Sariel.
Emi misses Konbini food, I thought Alas Ramus and her both would be nostalgic for MgRonalds haha.

So Alas Rasmus has been thinking Emi is her mother Lailah this whole time, does that make Emi, her and Acieth all sisters? Emi is a biological half-human daughter, by way of Nord, but the others are shards nurtured by Lailah?

Makes sense now why Emi couldn't make it back to their world in time. But if only Alas Ramus didn't do what she did, they couldn't have seen things ending up the way it did. Either way, we need to meet Emi's mother to get the full picture over who's related to whom and how lol.

Also, Suzuno should've found some better looking means of transport if it is that important in their rescue mission lol.

The medieval life in Ente Isla seems nice. Still, when I realized that pooping and the toilet technology in those days sucked and the food didn't taste that good, I was so glad I live in the modern era with all the conveniences. Still, at the same time, the complexity of our modern society is such a bitch to deal with.

Dumb broad. Why did she run off on her own with the kid "to find herself" when she knew all the angels, the church, demons, and Olba are after her and the pieces?
