| Izumi with a knife in his hands LOL. Looks like a pretty fun episode with their outdoor trip. We got delicious food incluing BBQ, parties, and Shikimori in a swimsuit! (not the lewd one though) Bad luck hits Izumi again and he ends up in a river, almost drowning before Izumi jumped in to make the save. A badass move if you ask me. The ice cream scene though..comedy material this episode. |

| Have an applause for him, our boy can slice a few pieces of onions without cutting himself a few thousand times. Might be one of those if not the only thing he can do on his own. Also just stop helping others if you can’t even help yourself in the first place, after all it’s your girlfriend who has to clean up after you every other time. Poor thing their ice-cream moment got interrupted. |

| We got the trip episode this time.Izumi with knife scene was pretty funny though he was good at it.Surprisingly Shikimori is bad at cooking.And as expected Shikimori had to save Izumi from drowning.Also that Ice cream scene was pretty funny. |

| Lol God had to nerf shikimori on something, she can’t cook. But she can jump off a cliff and save you from drowning so I think take out can make up for the cooking. Glad she got to show Izumi her swimsuit and got the reaction she wanted. Honestly this show is great if you just pretend izumi isn’t there and self insert or just ignore him all together. 23 mins of shikimori antics alone is fine. |

| Summer vacation starts for the clique, and plans go start! Kyo and Shu are beasts of eating, but when it comes to Izumi, he's luckily doesn't inherit the bad luck from his mother of being a house cook, that's a good stint for once...except that the girlfriend can't cook for days. But being her boyfriend, Izumi's the disposable garbage bin for Shikimori, even if her cooking isn't the best to save face. Everything that Izumi made was for his heart-throb of a partner, and she could eat his meals in private everyday... Time to play in the river with kids, but one reeled too far for Izumi to go saving her...except that other than he can't swim, he caught a foot cramp at the worst possible place for Shikimori to save him. Looks like Shikimori has competition coming for her: the girl whom he saved that gave him a cheek kiss lols. The rest of the trip is normal with shopping and all, but the gelato part was definitely indirect kisses back and forth...that Shu took a whole bite of Izumi's ice-cream to miss out on her part. What a goat (not that kind of GOAT) man. A good vacation spent, and the train home of sleeping shoulder leans while Izumi reflects on his life with his friends and Shikimori, it's a blessing. Haha, I felt Shikimori's feelings with leaning Izumi onto her shoulder, such cuteness. Get a good rest everyone, y'all are awfully tired. |

| I'm so glad that the anime is getting better. The first few episodes were meh but now it's getting good. Shikimori is just super cute and nobody can say otherwise! The scene on the train was exactly how it looked in the manga! I loved it! |

| This episode was... good? Maybe a little bit of an overstatement but this episode definitely had more up's and less down's than most of the episodes so far. There's still some moments where I look at my screen and wonder why this is a thing but those moments are becoming fewer and further between thankfully. The end of the episode is what we need more from this show, even just an extra scene or two each episode of that would significantly improve what is so far just a pretty average show. Makes them feel more like they're actually dating each other which is nice as that's about the bare minimum they could do. |

| Very wholesome episode, so far my favorite. Shikimori seeing everyone as her potential rival irrespective of their gender or age is kinda funny. When Inuzuka ate Izumi's ice cream it reminded me of a k-on episode where Mugi stole Mio's strawberry lol. |

| Best part of the episode was that Izumi rescued a little girl. And Shikimori getting jealous of the little girl after the kiss was a great scene. The bad food part was somewhat predictable especially when the main mentioned she was perfect in almost everything. Since he can cook her cooking ability doesn't really matter. |
| After such a harrowing test its always nice to kick back and take some time off to recover. Given's Izumi's family's tendency to attract misfortune i kinda expected an accident to occur with the knife buts some decent skill at cooking. While its amusing to see Shikimori be bad at something for once. But its nice to see Izumi try and help her by providing effective feedback for her. Hachimitsu's little stunt with the shell really was fun. Izumi going after the kid was a good thought yes but he should have gone with others after informing them of whats transpired. The girls mother though should have been more attentive. Even slow flowing rivers have currents after all. The ice cream moment was just so hillarious. Shikimori's stares really can be quite chilling. The train back sure proved to be a perfect time to doze off. Overall while a pretty relaxing ep this ep did well to introduce a nice set of balance within their relationship that really highlights the individual strength's of Izumi and Micchon and ways in which they complement each other while also allowing the friends to enjoy their brief trip away. |

| Great episode! Despite everyone being worried, Izumi was pretty good at chopping vegetables with a knife xD. And Shikimori's cooking may not be the best, but Izumi wanted to eat it because she made it. She also promised to learn how to cook better! Shikimori loved his smores so much she said she would eat them everyday lol (HAU OMOCHIKAERI!) Izumi also tries to help a young girl who is lost from her mother but ends up hurting his foot and falling into the river... Of course, who else but Shikimori comes to his rescue! And Shikimori moving Izumi's head back on to her shoulder was kawaii nano desu! Looking forward to the next episode! |

| Really enjoyed the friend group’s outing to the river, you got the classics like barbecuing and Izumi even brought s’mores, Shikimori sucking her finger dry after having one was great, but I’m pretty sure she’d be Chubbimori if she ate them everyday like she said lol (doesn’t sound bad tho). The swimming bit was great too, love seeing everyone in their swimsuits, I was particularly a fan of Nekozaki’s, something about the bottom being like shorts almost was great. It was also really nice of Izumi to help that little girl, but of course he ended up nearly dying himself lol, but we got some great Shikimori moments out of it so Izumi playing his life was worth lol. I also loved the brain freeze bit, Inuzuka stealing the ice cream really got me too. And the final scene on the train was very nice, love how Shikimori moved Izumi’s head off her love rival Inuzuka lmao, not even in his sleep can he steal Izumi. I’m not on the bandwagon of being disappointed in this series, but I did find this to be one of the better episodes so far, it was a great one. |
| I am honestly surprised Inuzuka is still alive after stealing that indirect kissice cream. I guess Shikimori still had some self control left. |

| It's nice to see Izumi not be completely useless! So we know he can cook! Awesome. I thought the scene where him saving the girl was awesome as well even if he did need to be saved by Shikimori. Very nice episode. |

If you want ecchi, this isn't the show for it, I'm not really sure what your idea of of ecchi actually is, but this show is not going that route. It feels like you want this to be a different kind of show, but it's more on the simple/cute side, and unlike MDUD there's a lot more focus on side characters. Anyway, if you're still disappointed after these last two episodes, which were a big improvement, then I'm not sure much of anything is going to change for you. better than the first ones but it still continues to be same plot point repeated over and over with a little bit of ecchi/romantic bait. maybe this show has the misfortune of suffering an " after dress up darling effect". Meaning that we just recently saw what a good wholesome teenage mostly realistic story can be without making their characters way too "izumi"and it's having an effect on it. as someone else stated above: if only the story had a bit more focus on wholesome and realist relationship it could be more enjoyable. and not use the Shikimori is ecchi bait, cause let's be honest...yeah it looks awesome to see that girl licking her finger..but it seems that's as far as the show will be willing to take this couple, unlike...yeah.. Gojo and Marin. so..i enjoyed it but it is not yet outside of the "disappointment" level. for this season "love after world domination" is kicking it's ass in a lot of ways. |

| FOOT CRAMPS!!! I feel for Izumi there as someone who gets those at the random times, and it totally immobilizes you. When the current started taking the little girl away (if the current is that strong, that girl's parents probably should've keep an eye on her better), we probably all thought that Shikimori is going to show what a badass she is and jump in and save her in all her swimsuit glory. But no, it's actually Izumi who goes in to attempt to save her, and actually does save her. Dude is still a clutz but in this episode... we really didn't see him that way that much. Dude was kind of a chad. Imagine though if Izumi stripped down to reveal that he was actually FREAKING RIPPED DAWG. Would've been an automatic 10/10 anime This anime is still very unrealistic though. So they gang brought snacks, which included graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate- but NONE OF THEM besides Izumi thought to or even HEARD of S'MORES??? WTFFF!!!! Anyway here's a screenshot from that scene which probably has been posted more than once already but here it is anyway Favourite scene though was just these couple of seconds of Shikimori being jealous of a little girl In conclusion, plenty of good things happened in today's episode, but the highlight probably goes to Izumi licking Shikimori's I really thought this anime was nothing but pain and cringe at first, but these past couple episodes kind of slapped. Perhaps accepting what it is helped a little, but I'm actually enjoying this now- and I'll have it sit at a 7/10 for the time being. |

| Hmm well better than all the previous episodes thats for sure, however, i'm still not a fan of Izumi's voice. There were funny scenes, and an eye catching scene for Shikimori, twice. |

| Wow, what a great episode. Izumi got to be a chad, even just for a lil bit. The ice cream scene actually made me LOL, and we got some a nice UWU kawaii tender moment on the train ride home. Definitely a step up from some of the previous episodes. |

| The Shikimori moments slapped tbh in this episode. Her licking her lips, about to lick the ice-cream; basically her licking stuff. And her hair undone. Worth it. Definitely getting better. Hope it keeps up. |

| Now I feel like I understand the complaints about the "damsel in distress" trope a little better, especially from a Women's point of view. Now that's it reversed and being overplayed every damn episode, it comes across as extremely pathetic lol... Was already rolling my eyes once we saw Izumi in the river.... |
| I think this episode feels a bit more mature because Izumi is not literally all the time getting near to death and being saved by Shikimori who didn't lose her shine because of it, being the best girl for other reasons in this episode, which is good. We even see him doing two things properly, using a knife to prepare ingredients and getting a child safe from being pushed by the river. Enjoyable episode. |

| I mean, it's not a bad series, but it doesn't go anywhere and the characters are kinda just there, i'll probably finish it, but man, i was expecting more. |
