It was mentioned in the chapter that because Mina is a trueblood vampire the nanomachines couldn't keep their hold over her system for very long so therefore the main reason she wasn't waking up was because the dream they (the nanomachines) were showing her was a wonderful dream she wished were true. So when Akira called her back and she realized that her real place was in the real world with him and her people, and not some made up fantasy of hers, yes they no longer have any effect. Not that we know of anyways, who knows what may happen in chapter 38 XD regarding the chapter omg I loved ittt Akira x Mina is love ;o; It was so touching how anguished Akira was over Mina's condition and the way he called her back and him crying when she finally woke up omggg ;o; <33 i loved eet. jellyjar said: Somehow, the bond between akira and mina is so touching. *tears* IKNORITE Q.Q *tears with you* |

| Nano-machines eh? Got mixed feelings about that one, almost a bit too much "sci-fi" if you ask me. To be honest the whole chapter seemed a bit squeezed and lacklustre for some reason, at least I didn't feel anything as I read it. Other than how silly the whole mind-reading-nano-robots thing is xD Quite a sweet dream She had, even though it was a dull normal typical young girls dream, but for her it must be like a precious unobtainable gem. Oh and as a side note, Akira definitely do not fit with combed down hair =P |
| Well, I wasn't expecting such a quick wrap up. But it was still touching nonetheless. I do think it could have been better written and not just been some mini-arc. Again, it was definitely touching, but they definitely could have gone somewhere with it. It's not quite up to Dance in the Vampire Bund speed. But at least they still know how to do romance right. Here's to some decent plot progression coming up next. |

Actually aren't our happy dreams something close to that? Presumably the nano-machines were looking for her secret(true form) but they could be from Telomere instead of the three clans. Not the most interesting chapter but it was nice seeing teenage girl Mina. |
