| Good episode. Someone said earlier that there were 5 episodes planned, and I haven't seen anymore info yet, so is this it? Episode rankings: Episode 4 (Magikarp silent film) >> Episode 1 (Tom & Jerry but with Scraggy & Mimikyu) > Episode 2 (Pancham and the trapped miners) > Episode 5 (Slugma and the grandparents) >> Episode 3 (Nidorino and the dumb girl). Episode 3 irked me due to the plot stupidity in the second half but it is still way, way better than your average episode of the mainline anime, though. I'd give the overall show an 8/10. For future shorts, it would be interesting to see older people. So far it has just been little kids. Sadly this series has been placed on the Pokemon Kids channel, which does not bode well for that possibility. One thing I do like about the show is that it focuses on underrated com mons. Pancham and Nidorino are already pretty cool, but the series did make forgettable com mons like Magikarp and Slugma interesting. Also, if you like these slice of life applications for com-mon Pokemon, then I'd recommend checking out this Pixiv artist's Pokemon dioramas. |

| I didn't even know this was a thing. The youtube algorithm just recommended it to me. I don't know why but I teared up. There's some nostalgia mixed with a wholesome story that made it so sweet. I need to watch the rest now. |

| This episode was comfy and well animated with a good variety of Pokemon from a few different gens. Exactly what I love to see created. This demonstrates how just normal life with Pokemon could be instead of the need to always be battling. |
| A very relaxing and peaceful episode. It was such a beautiful depiction of the joy and wonder that even little things can brings us as a child. |
