| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I have to say..Pecorine has a lot of guts and still got a big appetite for food for her belly. Trouble came around with monsters on the highway and it's no joke. For an episode with some high stakes, felt like this one was serious but also lighthearted with the usual comedy. Props to Pecorine for protecting Karyl. What a hero. |

| More serious episode than usual. Had our usual jokes, but definitely a slight tonal shift. Title of the episode made me think it was going to be a lighthearted cooking ep, lol. Pecorine was the MVP of this episode for sure. Willing to risk it all to protect her friend. Seeing how much Kyaru has developed and acclimated into the team is really nice. She really cares about her friends. Looks like next week’s season finale will be one of those everyone’s in each other’s minds to learn what their friends have been through and grow closer type deals. |

| To be honest, it is somewhat disappointing to see such a loose adaptation of the main story. I don't have a problem with original stories to introduce other characters, as I've said in previous posts. But I don't think we need so many fake kazuma and his friend scenes, and some characters can be introduced while doing the main story at the same time (for example Rino and Shizuru). Or instead of doing anime original quests that don't really have any story, why not have the party do quests that tie in to the main story at the same time? I'm not a fan of the whole, ignore the story for most of the series only to dump a bunch of plot at the end for a cliffhanger, type approach. |
| Getting into Pecorine's momentary backstory, the memories of her parents...what an eerie nightmare. Well then, another ridiculous quest to acquire essential food. Karyl being bait was just too funny and hilarious, and going for Dumborine's ideas are just death flags. Otherwise, the journey for Pecorine is just food, glorious food. To turn back to the crepe shop where Yuuki first encountered in Episode 1, that was a nice throwback. But for the shopowners...they did a good but tired job supplying endless food. The issue with the Shadows though, the memories are slowly coming back to haunt Yuuki, more than ever. What's the game though is up for debate, but it's clear that he needs ample training to fight off the Shadows sooner or later to protect those who are dear to him. Didn't expect for the Shadow monster to strike this soon, but the clarity of the monster is no mere enemy. For Pecorine to protect Karyl brutally and with all her strength, that was a heroic moment, much to the chagrin of Karyl's second thoughts to abandon her. The dream-cum-reality of Yuuki's is both a blessing and a curse: he protected all of them, but they landed somewhere else...in Pecorine's palace? Quite an extraordinary episode, but also anticipating the next and finale. |

| That was intense, as usual the special effects really stand out. Seems like the last episode will adapt the end of Arc 1 of the game. (although I am not that far in the main story in the game yet but I recognize the chapter title "Lost Princess" from the menu) |
| They're all going to have revelations about Pecorine haha pretty good episode lot of actions on the second half, I just don't understand why the art is absolutely beautiful but the monsters are made with ugly CGI |

| Was a pretty nice episode, it's just too bad that as usual the plot took so long to pick up, I would've prefered no focus on it instead of squeezing it in at the end. Blending more of it in-between or alternatively more episodes would've been preferable. I can only hope for a second season, because I surely won't play the game. |

Anime adaptations of this kind of games tend to be rather mediocre to be honest, but I expected a little bit more of plot rather than having it sprinkled here and there and then dumped all over us like a bomb on the last two episodes. I don't even get to enjoy the "fanservice" thing of seeing your fave girls show up since the guild I was looking forward to all along seemingly didn't make it into the cut to get their episode, or a cameo even. It has me really salty. (Just like when I spend all my jewels in the gacha and don't get the character featured in the banner, it stings.) Hopefully there'll be a second season. As it stands, I think it serves its purpose of being an easy-to-digest anime to attract more people into playing the game. Sucks for those like me that expected a 1:1 adaptation with subtitles so I don't have to learn to read japanese lmao (I know there are people in the community who translate it, but they aren't getting paid to do it on a regular basis so they work on what they want) |

A lot of people seem to remember the name Eustania, but have no knowledge of her existing in this world. At first I thought Pecorine lost her memories like Yuuki, but it looks she has brief memories of her past life its just that people don't recognize her as a princess. It might have something to do with the shadows in that area. |

| Well, tbh after seeing this episode preview last friday, i don't expect much from this episode. I prefer they just introduce all the guilds n characters, rather than delve into the main story plot. As the main story is too long and can't be completed in 1 cour. Now they can't even introduce all the guilds n character, nor finish the main story. But i guess the only make sense explanation for why they structure the anime like this is that they will definitely make 2nd season to introduce all the missing guilds n characters, also complete the main story. @theENTER i can't find Ayumi's cameo even tho i already rewatch this episode like 3 times. Do u find her yet? |

If I were to guess, we will get the crazy plot twist, that everybody already knew, where Peco is the real princess. Yuuki will get some discussion or knowledge or whatever, and be able to use his Princess Knight powers to buff his friends. He tried to use it at the end of the episode, but his head hurt or something and it failed partway through, so Labyrista saved them. Then they will come back, and with Yuuki's buff, defeat the shadow monster. At the end they will all eat food. |
| This has been a disappointing ride, I expected them to either do complete random SoL or somewhat loose main story adaptation, they tried to mix the two and failed spectacularly. I'm also a stickler for faithful adaptations (or even better if they are faithful and add more than the source material have, but I very rarely see those kinds of shows), and this one clearly isn't. Mostly agree with everyone's thoughts that have played the game. |

| First Kaguya-sama and now PriConne, huh? Not much of a fan of such tonal shifts in 2nd-to-last episodes but I do see why they want to do it. Heh, this episode felt like a point-on mockery to my long-ass comment in previous discussion... > Complained for not adapting the main story > Got a SUPER ABRIDGED version of the main story > Complained for remaining guilds not getting appearance > 0 new character is introduced (I can't think of a better moment to introduce Caon or Nightmare other than that "Attack on Shadow" moment) > No more Kazuma and the mobs > Nope, them again. They're basically Team Rocket of PriConne now. They get even more screentime than Sarendia and Labyrinth who appeared twice lol. They get their priorities straight. Not to mention Twinkle girls are practically dead. If this doesn't get a 2nd season, PriConne will be another "poor adaptation" that didn't do the game justice. I'm still not sure them trying to force the main story in last two episodes is due to whether S2 is confirmed, or the complete opposite. Arguably the worst episode. |

| Things got more serious now. Though there are some funny moments when Kyaru is bait and Peco eating those crepes. Getting a little more interesting now that Yuuki is starting to remember more of the past, and talking more 'normally' than before and Pecorine's real background. Already knew she's a princess based on wiki. Buit how can no one recognize her? How can not anyone guess why she has a shiny crown on her head? I feel like the story is getting started and a continuation is on the way. I really hope it gets a 2nd season. |

| I'm sorry to say it but the story of the game sucks 50% of the time and something similar happens to it like Granblue or other Cygames games. The adaptations are taking much better paths for anime and I'm glad. People have to begin to understand what it means to adapt something and at the moment this is on the right track and seeing that all the projects are always made to have a second season, it is clear that this will have it (Shingeki, Granblue) |

| Pretty dope episode! Karyl being chased by that beast at the start was pretty hilarious, she even volunteered to be the bait!! Episode took a pretty serious tone, especially when they mentioned Princess Eustiana not helping the people of Landsol, if only they knew... That monster turned into something absolutely vicious! Even Pecorine's Princess Strike didn't do much to it! Pecorine did well protecting Kyaru! Such a hero! Kokkoro is closer into figuring out who Pecorine is!! Finale episode next week, I am going to miss this! |

| After such a long circle with some useless activity, Yuuki had more guts to confront the enemy, once again. Unfortunately shit always blocked his poor mind, so, yeah, its obvious. I wonder what happened on that kingdom since there were no other knight of kingdom guarding the surrounding city. My question somehow got revelations a bit here. The next would be the climax answer for the question. So, its good to finally cut-off some random activity and goes back to main dishes. I might worry a bit to the end. However, rather the ending itself gave a satisfaction or not, this show had a lot of effort to make an incredible fun-ride. I respected it so much. In the end, i must believes that the actual game itself had a promising storyline. This show proved it a lot. So, yeah, its a very good level for me, to be honest. Lets me just finished what they had and completed what they make. Then, at last from me: lets go to the last menu! |

| I loved this episode. The most plot development we've had. I didn't mind the usual episodes though even sometimes loved them. It's easily the best mobile game adaptation for me. |
