Hiya, apologies for the late reply. To counter those monkeys who throw rocks on the backrow, you'd need characters that can taunt like Nozomi or Kuuka.



Unfortunately, it's either buying her Memory Piece from the Princess Arena store or buying it with Goddess Stones (Goddess Amulet in EN). I don't recommend using Goddess Amulet to upgrade her stars though. Just be patient with it since later on, it'll be easy to raise her stars.

Yuki is only good in PvP. Mitsuki sucks at both.

There's almost always a campaign that increases item drop rate into 2x, either in normal mode or hard mode. Check which mode is in campaign and prioritize that one because you'll always get double resources, including weapon/equipment and memory shards. If there's no campaign at all (but it's very rare), prioritize equipment because you won't get high-level ones in events. Memory shards are best farmed in character-focused events. In hard mode, you can only farm at most 3 pieces per stage so it's not very productive. There's a daily quest that you must play 3 hard mode stages per day so do that and the rest, go to weapon/equipment or main quest.

If you ask me, putting Akino, Shizuru and Miyako in one team is not very suitable. Too many tanks. And Akino sucks before she can be upgraded to 6-stars (she became a bulldozer if she's 6-star tho), but I don't think 6-star upgrade is implemented in EN yet so my advice is just use Miyako and Shizuru (both are great tanks) and the rest 3 all nukers. You don't even need a healer anymore because Shizuru can also heal. I don't know what characters you have right now but Pecorine (Princess mode), Christina, Muimi, Makoto are great as frontine attackers and Neneka, Hatsune, Runa, Arisa, Rino, Kyouka are great backline glass-cannons. But they're all 3-stars so I doubt you have them yet so among 2-stars and below, ones like Suzuna, Shiori, Misaki, Yori, Akari are still good but don't expect them to be as good as 3-stars. Try a team comp with these points in mind.

That, I do not know. PriConne was not very popular thanks to not having an EN release until now so it's hard to find info about it online. The most I could do was browse its Reddit and check discussions there. But now that it got an EN, you can probably find most recent websites that focus on things like that now. But I can't guarantee they're good or not because I dunno them either.

The jewels' only purpose is to draw gacha (or you can use them to replenish stamina but that's very wasteful) so just draw the gacha if you want a specific character or more characters in general. Not sure about EN, but JP is very generous in giving you jewels so you don't have to worry about running low on them. They're always finding excuses to give you free jewels and sometimes, you can even draw free 10x pulls. PriConne is very F2P-friendly and that's one of the reasons I love the game so much.

If you know some info ahead like a character you want will be rate up in next banner, you can save jewels to get that character for sure tho. A common gacha tactics. But in my case, I draw a 10x pull whenever I get 1500 jewels ;p

If you're having trouble with monkey, then that's probably because it's targeting your position 4 and 5 caster/healer types. There're many ways to solve this:
1) power through with overleveled characters
2) Change your team composition so your position 4 or 5 can be a tanky support (add more tank characters on frontline)
3) Use characters that has an AoE attack that targets all enemies (like Saren or Anna) or a character that specifically attacks backline (like Tamaki)
4) Hire the most high-level support you can with your current level from other players

The best way is to check which character the monkey is targeting, and try many combinations of team comp to swap that character out with ones who won't die. This strategy works for many roadblocks ahead in the game.

And for Miyako's memory shards, unfortunately, you can't get hers from Hard Mode. Did you already unlock PvP mode called Princess Arena? (Sorry, I don't remember at which level you unlock this.) The one where you fight with 3 teams. If you unlocked this, you can get Princess Arena points that you can trade Miyako's memory shards for 5 pieces per 800 points in Shop. The other way is the usual method of trading Goddess stones (or whatever it's called in EN version) that you get from drawing the same characters in gacha with character-specific shards.
