Quite frankly a more lighthearted episode than the previous two. However, looking back at the flashbacks reveals the darkness going on from the sci-fi side. Of course Accelerator is being a badass by taking action. He just loves uses power rather than words as usual heh |

| Meeting the lab person who used that lady's ability. Then spending happy time like a family w. Last Order. She has a way to look through that girl's mind, which keeps opened. And her past is ... Those team came to get rid of her. |

| Seems Estelle has some issues with her past judging from her reaction towards the words of the scientist. And Last Order's reaction towards Estelle was funny. Anyway the fan service scene was great, garter belts are sexy. |

| That restaurant segment was like 70% anime only. That slow motion when they were at the drink bar was really good and I don't really know why xD (and anime only as well) I feel like these small details are making the adaptation better than the manga, or maybe I just like to see them interacting Also that Eshter fanservice felt better here, once again. |

| Just like accel to bust through the wall lol. To find that your own teachings were twisted to commit evil must be hard for Estelle. Last Order's jealousy though lol. Still it was quite amusing seeing Estelle's reactions to things in the city though. The food discussion in particular was hillarious. Still last order and Estelle sure bonded quite easily over food. Seems that Estelle while lacking knowledge on basic society also lacks modesty as well. Looks like before her death Hasami's life was full of regrets and sadness. A solid ep that while expanding upon the crimes committed by the enemy also did well to expand upon Estelle's character. Her interactions with Last order sure made this ep a bundle of joy. Can;t wait to see how Hasami's awakening would affect events next ep. |

| Didn't expect Accelerator to ride a bike, this show just got even better boosted to Level 5 psychokinesis or not, that guy knew to run/fly away with his mecha-toy from Accelerator, unlike his fake Anti Skill underlings who fail to realize yet again just Who they are facing, but maybe they are lucky and Hasami will mess them up before Accelerator can. Last Order beeing jealous, getting more and more angry and starting to throw stuff at Accelerator and even downing him with a pillow was hilarious I guess some intermissions from Accelerator's greatness are fine |

| Damn Estelle is hot! Arigato for the fanservice ^^ Seems that she had a fucked up past.. Maybe we'll get to that later on in the series. We got to see her ability in action as well, and it is pretty op like i initially thought. Those DA little shits trying to pwn Accel by the end was hilarious af lol, They clearly don't know who tf they are dealing with. Waiting for the next episode! |

| This show is way better than I expected, its actually good. Makes me wonder why Index S3 was so bad. The overall production quality is good as well and i like the OP and ED. Looking forward to more of this Also Last Order was cute, I missed her like this. |

| Accelerator is simply too cool is use doors. Blowing a hole in the wall in order to enter the old warehouse is the way to go! XD Esther's past is messed up, and does show signs of regret when she taught her powers to the nutjob in the mecha before he flew off. Since Accelerator's attacks didn't do any damage at all, if they do encounter each other again in battle, hopefully Accelerator will have a way to beat him. Still, a lot of the episode was filled with cute moments from Esther. The visit to the restaurant had her being super excited over every meal that they had and she and Last Order had some fun with the drinks dispenser, too. Thanks to that, it did lead up to the next scene when Accelerator walks into his room, not knocking first of course, and saw Esther getting changed. Simply put, she has a pretty hot figure and her choice in her garterbelt alongside her purple bra and briefs only made her even more sexy. =3 I also have to laugh when Last Order lectured Esther for not her lack of feminine sensibilities, mainly because she didn't mind being in just her underwear in front of Accelerator. X3 This was a great episode and I do hope that those two guys dressed in Antiskill uniform get a savage beating next time. |

| Good episode, Last Order was cute and looked better than she did in the first episode. I'm still a little worried they're making Accelerator a bit too sympathetic. The whole appeal was Accelerator being this asshole and psycho so I hope they don't magically turn him good. |

| JC staff still hasn't listened with the Accelerator vs Kakine fight, the black aura he projects with his power looks stupid, it's suppose to be air, not some kind of unknown energy. They did it much better in the original index and railgun. Idk how someone thought this change was suppose to look good. |

| Glad to see the power exposition dumps making a return since they're probably the best thing about the franchise. Esthel is a much more likable character than I initially thought. Tbh I don't remember Accelerator being this much of a 'good guy' in the main series, though he might have undergone some character development following his defeat to Touma. |

| Never thought we'd see a scene something along the lines of "fanservice" with Accelerator in it... .. though not just that as Last order calling him two-timer was hilarious as well. This series been too positive till now even with Accelerator around, so that's a good surprise. But things about to go down I guess, as now there's a dead who's about to come alive. |
