| Just got reminded of Zankyou no Terror, shit lol. Oota's farewell aches my heart. But then it was ultimately ridiculed. Shite. Well, she really is gone. And it looks like we'll have a new OP and ED (well at least just the animation sequence.....and MINOR changes at that). I'll miss her "SHARAPPU!" |
| Ah, I love the English bits in this series. The terrorist was pretty silly, I love how nonchalant this series is even given a serious situation like this. I hope we get Kanuka back soon though. :) And Azuma reading the English, makes me laugh every time since I found out he voices Ace from One Piece. It's just weird now. XD |
| What's what up with Kanuka early on on the episode. First i thought that she was bitchy because she had to leave her friends but i don't think that was the case. It kinda made me hate her for acting so smug at the air port. |

| Overall though a bit sad farewell to Kanuka, this sadness is tempered by humor that is created as a result of the events recounted in the episode. Pleasant and enjoyable as usual, Kanuka remains one of the best characters of this series. |

| Gun in the airport, joking about bombs, kicking out terrorist and just flying away. What is this? Some of those moment hit hard to suspension of disbelief but in the end I liked the scenario. It was good farewell episode for Kanuka. Much more suited for this occasion then previous clip show episode. I wonder when she will come back and who is going to fill in the position of unit 2 commander in the meanwhile. Also in more unrelated note is unit 3 will have team assigned to it? |
| Ota's salute to Kanuka on the escalator is the one thing I've liked about him. Not like it's a fully redeeming quality though. And then he was used as the oafish butt of jokes in no time, just like usual. |

| So they just flew off without checking if there really is a bomb or not? Guess it shows how air transport security was much less tight back in the day. Reminds me of Die Hard movie where John Mcclane casually boards a plane with his gun holstered inside his jacket. Ah, the easier, old times. |

| I know her assignment was over but damn, I am going to miss Kanuka, or as the Captain described her "I have an extremely competent officer on board." Suspension of disbelief aside (they just let the plane go?) she took care of business like a bad ass. Please come back! |
