| So they actually go with 6 full episodes for Koi. Not saying that I'm surprised, specially since the previous episode was quite slow-paced and this one was no exception. But I'm not complaining. Koi became my favorite arc of this season, s'all good. The whole dynamic between Kaiki and Hitagi is quite interesting. She feels gratefullness towards Kaiki because he's actually about to finish the job and thus ensure the safety of her and Koyomi. Her behavior in front of him changed from being very cautious to being a bit more at ease in front of him, kind of as they would come to terms with each other after all the hatred. But still, the stuff Kaiki did to her and her family is overbalancing, so she can't really forgive him. And Kaiki did all these things to her and her family just for her sake which implies that he actually cares about her development, but he doesn't want to admit it infront of anyone for the sake of keeping the whole ''I'm such a bad guyyyy!"-thing intact (Tsundere-alert!). Kaiki is such a great character. Other than that, Kaiki is pretty much fucked now, but to be fair, his plan was a bit stupid (if that was actually his final plan). That, and he underestimated Nadeko's intelligence a bit. And after 6 month of Monogatari, we'll have the last episode of the second season next week. Kinda sad, but well... DawnJ said: One more episode to the epic climax and the... I've been waiting for it since the beginning of the second season, and Shaft shouldn't fuck up. Dem reactions will be glorious. |

| HOLY SHIT HE"S FUCKED But nah, this is probably part of his plan. His lie is actually so poorly thought out that it makes him seem very ignorant of the situation. Obviously two vampires aren't going to die in a traffic accident, Kaiki wouldn't be so dumb as to overlook that. So the deception must hinge on Nadeko realizing how poor a lie that was, and coming to the conclusion that he doesn't actually know the circumstances behind the ordeal, especially Koyomi and Shinobu being vampires. That may allow him to play the "I just didn't want you to dirty your pretty hands yada yada" card, like he ignorantly lied on her behalf. Not sure what his game beyond that could be. Though it'll depend on whether she questions him and hears him out, or just decides to insta-kill him. But seriously, so much respect for Kaiki after this. And just a little bit of pity. |

| Not really the last episode next weekend as we should get likely 4 episodes of Hanamonogatari at some point to finish off Monogatari Series Second Season. When, who knows? I would love for it to be January but no announcement and it will be net released so they could do so anytime. I was hoping for New Year's Eve again like Nekomonogatari Kuro but I think we would have heard by now; they announced Neko Kuro on December 7th so we are two weeks too late and it seems Sword Art Online's special probably got that spot. |

| Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh. This cliffhanger! The music was simply perfectly done during the Ononoki conversation... Just kept things so tense.. oh gosh.. I can hardly stand this cliffhanger! This episode just had a magnificent build-up feeling. |

| Well, considering being stabbed through the heart and the rest of his body multiple times by Nadeko on multiple occasions didn't kill Araragi, the lie that he died by a freaking car accident seemed farfetched...not to mention the immortal vampire Shinobu who's been through just as worse situations, if not maybe more. They've never had a god kill them for real before; that's only because Nadeko chose not to, and instead wait. The first way I can think Kaiki can get out of this seemingly dire situation, is if he adds something like: "--is what my wish is for, therefore they cannot die yet." But then that would only apply to car accidents. The remaining way I can think of is that some character comes in to intervene and save the day...but that sounds lame...unless the writers used it efficiently. That's just my 2 cents. |

| Enjoyed his conversations with the 3 girls, especially the one with Yotsugi Kaki has been so awesome so far Such obvious foreshadowing :o Yeah.. Nadeko can't have been that stupid to fall for a lie like that. How will he turn this around, if he can at all.. Last episode :( Looking forward to it regardless! |

| I bet Kaiki wanted to make her think he was going to deceive her and is going deceive her by using his first deceive as a decoy. :P I am pretty sure he still has some more plans up his sleeve. |

| Seems Kaiki's plan wasn't as easy carried out as he thought it would be well rather obvious with the way he put it. He underestimated his target it seems especially judging from the cliffhanger the question is what will happen and with will happen to Araragi and Senjougahara. Guess we have one more episode to look forward to a shame it will end already would have licked to see more. |
