| We got a tiny bit of Excel's voice in the end of the episode, from Furude Rika to her, Tamura Yukari's voice fit 100+ yr. old lolis very nicely. Also Nakata George as Steiner will be great. |

Personally I thought the fight scene was good until they synchro, where Keita seems to know exactly what to do, instead of being pissed and the synchro happening spontaneously. 1) Who knows why because I found the arm contract thing interesting, seeing how you must sacrifice something to gain something (and that it's incredibly painful). But I guess the thought of cute little girls (including the twins later on) chopping off their arms is a bit unpleasant to most viewers. 2) It also shocked me how fast this anime is progressing and it's bound to catch up to the monthly/bi-weekly (I forget) manga. Which means only one thing... FILLER ENDING (-_-)! |

| One of the first shows I decided to drop (not that I have seen THAT many of them anyway). There is so many better shows out there. I'll probably watch it sometime in future, when I have lots of free time... |
| Am I the only one who found the epsisode lacking any sense? >:-\ Keita's just joined Kuro in the contract, he doesn't even know what the damn contract means, what the link between him and Kuro does, or even what Tera is, and he already knows how to synchro with her? WTF! Even if I ignore how the show deviated even further from the manga, this doesn't make sence physics-wise. Kuro puts her feet onto the tower and picks up an electric current? Radio towers aren't electrically live like high voltage wires. And even if they were, air is an insulator, not a conductor, so the charge isn't going to climb up a whip made of air to kill anyone. |
| Lol the fact that Ibuki didn't got his arm choped off but was injured at his heart was somewhat lol.... Thought they would at least leave it with the "contract" like it was displayed in the Manga.... And the scene, where he just shouted "SYNCHRO" (full of optimism... xD) was somewhat lame... Was still a nice Episode so 3.5/5. |

| Ugh, that wasn't something fantastic, but nor was pile of moldering crap... It was a generic Guy-meets-super-empowered-girl anime... And of course it has the standard archtypes of guy - COMPLETELY USELESS AND SAD; and the girl - Happy, go-lucky can beat the shit out of everyone. I was hoping they were going to go with the manga personalities instead... Keita - A complete self-centered asshole who can actually do shit and helps Kuro Kuro - A ditzy powerhouse girl with a massive grudge against her brother ... The animation is good, and so is the fighting. Bad characterization and storytelling... 3/5 for me so far... Note: Don't read the manga if you want to enjoy this anime... |

It has more flow, especially with the swapping of the hearts - in comparison to the swapping of arms, which did seem quite odd to me in the manga. My problem is Keita's personality archtype. If we get ANOTHER Shinji... Ugh. |

| Well, I haven't read the manga, but I liked this episode enough. It has a nice battling; the contract scene and the fights were nice. I am looking forward to more. |
| A great big fuck you to Sunrise. Wow way to butcher a manga. It seems they didn't have the balls to go with the arm change and turned Keita into a wuss. In the manga he was a jerk but a funny one, this guy is just emo all over the place. I want to hear the director justify some of these changes. I normally don't RAGE about adaptations but this is so bad and unneccesary. Sigh w/e. |

| I think heart exchange is way cooler and makes more sense, though arm exchange looks more original. If the main hero was a jerk, it would be 250% funnier to watch. *sigh* |

| umm.... why couldn't they have just left the arm scene.... akane pulling off ibuki's arm was totally comic in the manga... because we all know, pulling limbs off is FTFW i guess they can't show how a heart rots away anyways...... meh, that sunrise....so... heart exchange..... yeah, busou renkin came to mind xD apart from everything else, the fight was pretty nice. and furude rika's voice at the end = win. i need more kuro... i think imma go read the manga soon. |

| I haven't actually read any of the manga so I have nothing to compare this to (which is usually a good thing for me or all I do is complain that this and that should have been the same as the manga lmao ^.^) - anyhoos....during the contract scene I literally have no clue what happened...lots of colors and lights but from reading peoples comments I now understand that they exchanged hearts...can't wait to have this synchronization explained! |
