| At last some things where explained. Really liking this series a lot, despite the heavy fanservice it has. For me the thing that stands out most in this series besides the art, animation and action scenes, is the humor. The ending was very funny, never expected it to end up like that. 5/5 |

| i lol at people complaining about the pacing, ye its not the traditional sequential storyline where the story progresses linearly, this show is about random approach like Baccano was but Baccano was more confusing though but to know everything you have to watch all episodes until the end and so im seeing this anime will be like the pacing of Baccano too and wow Awashima has one hot sexy body thats for sure lol |
| lol please don't compare baccano or drrr! with this K, it's lame, stupid and retarded. There's nothing alike beside the similarity in char designs, and that's it, not even the style looks like Drrr! or Baccano. Well if you think the style looks the same cause many character were introduced in a single episode, and everything was a mess, it happened without explanation, then you got a silly point. Except that later on that mess stick together and created a coherent plot. The story flew through one's character perspective repeatedly, unlike K. Up to this point, the plot in K hasn't progressed a bit beside those flashy characters showed up and acted stupidly to show off the animation. There's no depth in char development or whatsoever. And every conversation between Kuro and Isana served no purpose beside attracting fan girls, give them shounen-ai teasers. Isana:" Even though I'm a bad guy, do you have any reason to kill me?" Kuro:" Do I need any reason to kill you?" . 1slash, dead, done, story end. |
| My thoughts are really mixed about this show. While it has a very interesting fantasy/psychic twist, I'm trying to decide whether or not I can get past the yaoi tone of this anime. Confession time but I've never seen any yaoi anime before. Not sure how I feel about it. Personally speaking, I'm not gay but I have friends, one being one of my best friends, who are gay. I'm not going to do what a lot of posters do and say "fuck this gay yaoi shit" but I will admit it makes me uncomfortable. At least whenever I see my gay friend, he doesn't act all aroused by me or anyone else's presence. I think what turns me off more about this series is, in a sense, its really slow-paced and really fragmented due to trying to follow the plot of several characters. It's hard for me to get invested in Yashiro because in reality, every time it seems like we're learning more about the character, it does a cutaway to the Red Clansman or the Blue Clansman or some random dude dancing in a room with either a lifeless puppet or a lifeless woman wearing a mask. I had to do a double-take and go "o..k-a-a-a-y" when that scene happened. At the very least with this episode is we learned a lot more about the Kings and Clansman. I knew nothing about that stuff coming into this series and I'm glad it was explained to me like an idiot because I am as clueless about it as Yashiro is. I'm not ready to drop this yet, but I do feel a little bit better about this series than I did after the first 2 episodes. |

| Finally we actually learn a little bit about what the hell is going on. I'm gonna be pissed if Suoh doesn't get to fight more though since he has the potential to be quite the badass. The Reds honestly seem like a much more interesting group then the main characters but meh. I'm also gonna be pissed it they pull a Madoka where the main character doesn't really get to fight until the last episode. And why the hell is that girl's tits so big? They're like K cups (how ironic). Too big to even be attractive IMO and the fanservice with her tight short skirt was just unnecessary. But this show has had quite a bit of fanservice with Neko already so complaining would be pointless. That aside this episode was pretty good. Got some plot development, learned a bit about what's going on in this world, and got to see a little more of the other characters. Also seems like Red and Blue King are actually friends deep down. That dude dancing with the masked chick though...is he the Golden King? Or maybe the Green King? Also thought it was cool how they symbolized each clan with spices. Don't think Shiro is actually gay since he blushed when he saw Neko naked (which btw thank God she finally wore some clothes). Think he just respects the guy for saving his life for no reason. I just hope the plot actually develops a bit more next episode and we get to see some more action. |

| Woah, nice to gain some ideas about Saruhiko - but man, he was violent. He just ran in and killed (?) all of those Homura guys even though they didn't even do anything. And turns out he used to be from Homura too... The plot thickens. Glad to see Kuroh and Shiro come to an understanding. I like Neko better this ep, though she was already adorable in the last ep. Maybe it has something to do with how she's now wearing clothes, which allows me to concentrate on her cute personality better rather than the fact that she's naked. PLEASE TELL ME TATARA ISN'T DEAD. | If they got rid of Neko, Kuroh and Yashiro this anime might actually be kind of good. At the moment it is average at best and a little boring, with the limited amount of episodes and half of the time being wasted on the retard trio the pacing is bad. I could understand the pacing if it was 24 eps but it is only 13. |

(For example, I'm quite certain they must have something to do with Weismann and the cat lady.) We'll just have to wait and see. |

| That cat girl needs to go...or maybe i'm just jumping to conclusions since it's only the third episode, but i have a feeling she's going to keep this side story with Yashiro and Kuroh less about plot and more about showing her and her cuteness. If their story wasn't so pointless (all they did was eat) at the moment, i might like them a bit more. The little plot they did show this episode was interesting though. I want to see the rest of the Seven Kings. I also think it's funny that a guy blushing seems to equal explicit making out between guys to people, judging by their reactions. |

| Wow, this requires kind of a lot of concentration. They constantly explain fragments of the world so I can't just 'watch' it, everything must be read consciously and stored in memory to maybe fit together with future puzzle pieces. Can't say I'm too fond of that exhausting narrative method, they could have made it easier for the viewer. After 3 episodes I still barely know what this is about. Let me try and summarize (please correct me and add stuff if you want ^^): There are 7 Kings. We know (1) the red one who is in prison. We know there is (2) a gold one who seems like the boss of it all. And here I'm already getting confused. Megane-Mustang (Munakata) - is he a king too? That woman referred to him as 'captain' in the same sentence mentioning a king to that office guy. So I'm assuming that Munakata is no king but a vassal of the golden King who gave those orders. He might be that guy we saw for a moment dancing towards the end. In that theory we still wouldn't know anything about the 5 other kings, except that the colorless one is dead. And did they properly explain where those powers come from? Kings give them to their vassals, that much I get. And apparently there are 'strains' who have powers not from a king. I'm assuming Kings also have their power naturally, so is there a difference between strains and kings? I guess the upside of the exhausting narrative method is that it keeps you occupied xD. Anyway, aside from the fact that they couldn't possibly do the remaining kings justice with only 1 season if they want to keep their focus on the red team and the 'blue' team, I'm still quite interested in this. It's all over the place and the kind of setting and story where they can pull out any kind of crazy plot twist whenever they want. Much like Guilty Crown, but intentional. Is Shiro fooling us all and actually killed the guy and having some kind of masterplan? Will we see surprise buttsex? And just wtf is going on in general? I seriously doubt they will end this in a satisfying way with so little time, so I'll just enjoy the ride for what it is, no questions asked. |

| Getting tired of the whole Kuroh-trying-to-kill-Isana thing, and I'm finding Neko and her antics to be rather annoying. All that talk about hating clothes and wanting to be naked is just pure fanservice, and too much of that has the ability to ruin a good show. To be honest though, I'm finding the dealings of the Blue guys and Suoh and his gang much more interesting. Now, if we were to see a little more of Seri, I'd be happy! |
