I live in Serbia, small country in Europe. It is not developed as some countries, and worst of all anime and manga are very hard to get, almost impossible.
Anyway I've been watching anime since I was 6 or 7 years old, even before that I watched some. But I started watching seriously just 7 years ago.
My favourite shows are as you can clearly see are mostly from Key. I love the emotional aspect, and I love the way Jun Maeda writes, and never explains enough so we can come up with our own theories. I am also quite emotional, I tend to cry wherever I remember scenes from these shows (or any other sad anime) especially from Clannad: After Story. And when I watch it it's even worse. Lets just say Niagara falls are nothing compared to me. Well I am not embarrassed to admit that since I am human after all. I prefer bitter/sweet, sad/happy endings. That's another reason that why I love Jun Maedas work. Happy endings, but I always feel sad and empty when it's over.
Feel free to add me as a friend, I accept everyone. If you want you can even stop by and write something on the wall....
arigatou gozaimasu...
Additional details:
I love Japanese culture and language... Since In my town you can't find any private Japanese lessons I started learning online. You can learn pretty much everything, except most advanced things. That's fine with me since in my country when you go to the university you start Japanese from the beginning and you learn pretty much just basics and formal talk. So combine that with internet lessons (which I write down and study for about 2 hours a day (until I memorize it completely)) and you learn almost everything, certainly enough to communicate with people from Japan. I just started and so far so good... My dream is to get a diploma from Japanese culture and language study and come to live in Japan... :D Then I will write stories/plots for anime and visual novels. I might even try to get into Key.... Well this last sentence is just my ultimate goal, which is hardly going to happen. I would like to live in those small Japanese towns like those in Bleach and Clannad. Quiet neigbourhood where everyone knows each other but it also has center where you can go for a drink with friends and you can go shopping... I only regret not having a chance to go to highschool in Japan since it looks so fun (not judging from anime, I have friends on facebook from Japan and they told me how it goes...)...
I also really love long walks, especially under the moon and when there is someone special to me to keep me company :). I don't like girls or people actually who are friends with you because of status or something similar. I really love honest people even if truth they say sometimes hurts.
Well that's all... :D
Favourite anime of all time...
Clannad and Clannad After Story.... WARNING: MASSIVE SPOILERS
I will start from the ending... So many people hate it, well I don't understand why... Everybody complains how stupid and unexpected paranormal part is, but it isn't... From the beginning of the anime we see that something is going to happen, and it happened when it was most needed... If you play the game you will have a better insight into the story. Now, why do I like to so much. Well, first and obvious, great story, beautiful story, probably the best character development I have ever seen... It has great emotional impact on viewer. First season is not that sad, and first half of the After Story is pretty much the same. But in episode 16 when Nagisa dies everything changes. That is the moment you survive first emotional shock. Then we have few happy/sad episode. Here Jun Maeda showed us how much of a genius he is. Although Nagisas death was finished deal he doesn't let us forget her. Constant zooms on that picture of Nagisa truly made me feel sad. Something so simple with such an impact. Then just as Tomoya found new happiness he looses it again... Ushio dies... So everyone thinks this is pointless... But don't you understand what Jun Maeda wanted to tell us? I belive he wanted to show us how by destroying and killing nature around us we are also killing ourselves... That's what Ushios death represents, at least to me. When city started changing and nature around it being killed Ushio died. But of course nobody would understand the point if he left sad ending like that and that's why we have that ending. Other reason why I liked it is because I am pretty similar to Tomoya. I have similar life, I also had to quit basketball because of injury and I am also waiting for something to change. I am bored by this day to day routine. And I want cute wife (doesn't have to be miss beautiful, and daughter :D.. Well That's all, I can write pages for this anime, but I will not. Hardly anyone will read even this :P
EDIT: I WAS SO CRINGEY AND I SEEM TO HAVE LOST KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH WHEN I WAS WRITING MY PROFILE. DEAR LORD! GOALS ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME ALTHOUGH I AM A BIT MORE REALISTIC! AS ALWAYS HAVE FUN ON MY PROFILE

Ghostly spirits roam in hush, yet their presence is felt. The gleaming eyes of slinking black cats, the flares of fairies discernible through the saw-toothed pumpkins, the moon's silver ray passing the smolder of the witches' brew. All those lights serve the festivities.
The groans of monsters between the chimes of the night bells. The clinking bones of shabby skeletons, the creaking of tall mansion doors, the irksome laugh of goblins along with the more soothing flutters of the bats. All those sounds serve the festivities.
Follow the call of the hiding owls while walking down the path covered in mist, as we eagerly await you in Mafia Society for the HALLOWEEN EVENT, which is held until the 26th of this month. This event is purely for fun, and so there is no competition like there was in some previous events. It consists of the following activities, which are open to all club members in need of spooky vibes:
Horror flick simulwatch
This weekend, on October 23rd, 16:00 GMT, groupwatches of various horror movies will be occuring, using the online platform rabb.it. Sign up here.
Pumpkin carving
We will open a thread where you will be able to post your own pumpkin carvings! A website specially designed to carve pumpkins will be provided, but you are also allowed to use real ones. We will then hold votings under various categories to determine who did the best carving job!
Skype mafia
If you are in the club's Skype group, you will be able to sign up for either (or both) of the two games planned for this weekend. The first game will be with webcams (wear a costume!), while the second game will be without webcams. Follow this link to sign up. The games will happen on October 22nd, 18:00 GMT.
Youkai thread
There will be a forum thread where various youkai and yuurei-related stories will be posted. Enjoy reading those if you are interested in Japanese folklore!
Trick or Treat
Trick or Treat is a game where you will ask staff members "trick or treat" on their profiles. Your goal will be to find the staff members who will respond to you with "treat!", but you are only allowed three attempts a day. Moreover, if the staff says "treat", he will send you a challenge. Then, if you complete the challenge, you will receive candy points! If the staff says "trick", you will have to try someone else... Stick around in the club for when a thread talking about this activity will be opened!
The winner will receive a badge!
Finally, there will also be Halloween cards available! Don't miss out on them. On this note, we hope that you, as well, will serve the festivities...
You got burnt out from anime, when it happens the best way is to drop it for a bit, and choose another medium, or just focusing on a complete different genre than the one you were seeing mostly.
That is a dangerous thing, when learning japanese, getting to understand the "romanji" but dont getting the kana and kanji. I mean knowing both will open many more doors to you.
So you had those options with Serbia's japanese embassy? That means portuguese's should be the same no?
They really fucked up badly there, that suck ass, but it is nice you are still trying to get in, and hopefully that connection of yours will make some stuff way smoother once you give your next step onto Japan.
I found out the page for MEXT for Portuguese's. It seems to you previously need to have frequent 1 year of lessons of japanese before progressing in these kinda of projects ( I though they would give you those first lessons).
That comment was months in the making, was it stuck on the time continum?? xD
How can you understand Japanese but not read it? You mean hearing audio (romanji) versus reading kana and kanji?
You were chosen for a scholarship on Osaka? How so?
You peaked my interested, you applied to a job interview, what failed?
