stylish, interesting, great music, but ultimately this show is just too fast paced - it needs more expansion of plot/mystery - sometimes gets a bit confusing...

I had School Food Punishment's music to study because of this show. Their prog is just fascinating. Also, I don't get why the media hadn't doubted the necessity of the three men on the truck, in either cases that they are ordered to do so or not. It would tarnish the image of that guy who hides the gold(Forgot his name) somehow.

Why would it need 3 people just to drive the car? O_o

Aside from that, the episode was kinda confusing not until Yuuki revealed everything which I liked.

And Inga is showing another superhuman skill. What the hell is he/she??

The problem with this show is execution. There are somewhat interesting topics here, but it seems the writers don't really know how to make them interesting. I'm hoping this show doesn't turn into(or I suppose remain) a "case of the week" type show. I want to more about the main character's pasts through these cases, but the show seems to focus on the cases rather than the characters too much (and at times focusing on the "case exclusive" characters more than the MCs). Well, let's hope this story actually builds towards something and isn't just another "mystery of the week" show.

Can some one for the love of god explain why all 3 of them were in the truck I mean yeah someone had to drive it but what purpose did the one guy just sitting in the back serve?! I mean come on.

I was thinking the same. What stupidity is this? So yeah someone has to sacrifice himself by driving away the track so hey lets all go with him, it will be so much fun dieing to together! WTF!

I also don't get why this show even needs that disgusting creature named Inga. What we can't have a nice mystery anime without supernatural shit? Don't get me wrong i love phantasy and supernatural staff but really this show could have easily be made with out her/him and the mysteries would actually be better because having some super creature asking questions makes the solution lame.
Inga just makes the show worst really.
Also as others mentioned what is it with that Inga creature going around and taking magical answers or destroying tanks with it's bare hands and nobody even wonders what the hell is up with her/him.

Shinjirou's a total lolicon; I love how no one questions it either/
Why does that detective have two(?) little girls following him around everywhere? For that matter who hires a detective with children assistants??xD

One thing that bugged me was how lolibot kept referring to Inga as a boy, wat?
I could have swooorrrn she had huuuge melons two seconds ago, whatever.
Shinjiro's still a pervert either way~lol

Kazmori in loli dress was awesome but a bit creepy. Also, the rational for killing the other two men was a bit...flawed i guess you can say

Back to it's episodic traditions, I see.

HOW SURPRISING THAT A DETECTIVE SHOW HAS EPISODIC EPISODES.
The legal age of consent in Japan is 13, so shota is totally legal in Japan. In some western countries shota might be considered child porn.

Like others have mentioned, I feel this show is rushed. I often find myself replaying parts of the video because I missed the name card of a character or a key fact that's been revealed. Inga is just a huge shortcut to wrap up these long-winded mysteries within a certain time frame. These episodic mysteries are based off literary works, so it's not surprising that they're more complex than other episodic anime mysteries. The problem is that the show uses Inga to get quick answers instead of have viewers watch as Shinjuurou gradually puts the evidence together. Admittedly, he has done a bit of information gathering and analysis, but he relies on Inga in order to get concrete answers, hence the fact that s/he can literally squeeze out the truth from whomever she directs her unavoidable question to. Thankfully, this episode revealed a bit more about Shinjuurou's personality in terms of his cynicism towards ideals such as heroic self-sacrifice. Like the past episodes, this morsel of character development makes viewers wonder what happened to Shinjuurou and Inga. Overall, Un-Go's stylized visuals, music and setting are worth the watch if one can ignore the evident plot issues within this show.

Why is it that no one bats an eye at Inga's obviously supernatural antics?

The scene where the female lead is so disappointed in the detective that she cries is really misplaced. They hardly spend any time together on screen, let alone have established a connection that would make this scene work.
