| Pretty good first episode It was so fucking cute! Jun really likes Konomi and they were flirting like crazy YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! Having there little love race and everything I was a bit disappointed because I wanted even more delicious Yuri. But the flirting was definitely there, and the ED give me hope for more sweet Yuri in the future Awwwwww my little lesbian lovebirds are sleeping tight together.Climbing walls then go home and climbing each other! | Still CGDCT, but it's "Cute Girls Doing Climbing Things" this time. Came in thinking it'll be more fanservicey like Kandagawa Jet Girls but it's surprisingly more on a serious side. | I started watching it hoping that it'll be something in vein of Hanebado (mostly due to its posterhere on mal) but I'm afraid it has potential of turning out to be another ecchi. I'll go with the 3 ep rule for it, but the amount of static panels and a complete noobie acig the wall doesn't bode well. |

| Didn't think I was actually gonna be disappointed in something I didn't have much expectation in to begin with. I would probably have enjoyed it to some degree if most of the climbing wasn't a slide show. On top of that, I don't care for any of the characters, I guess you could say they all have a weak entrance. The way main character was recruited felt so unnatural and off. Her visualizing the path is just strange. It's like saying I'm good at match 3 games so that makes me good at sports. Okay. Fanservice was weak, which is honestly the only thing I think could keep me watching. |

| I actually do rock climbing, so I enjoyed this episode more than others. I really liked the rock climbing scenes; they were pretty intense. However, as a real rock climber, I have some bones to pick: 1. A beginner would definitely not be as good as Konomi. Rock climbing is exhausting. Everyone I know who climbed for the first time become so sore and tire, that they are unable to even pick anything up. I'm not even out of shape, but the first time I did rock climbing, I couldn't even type on a keyboard afterwards. 2. In the competition scene, Konomi was given a 2 minute head start. Unless you are incredibly strong, there is no way you can be climbing for at least 2 minutes straight and not be tired. I've done problems that were long (still less than a minute), but by the time I'm almost to the top, my muscles are just so worn out that I would just fall to the ground, even if I'm just two steps away from the top. 3. For someone who tried rock climbing for the first time with no tape on her hands, the underside of her fingers should be bloody and completely scraped. 4. Basically, combined with all of the above, there's no way she would be ready for tomorrow's competition. She would probably need at least two or three days of rest just to recuperate. But yeah, I'm only nitpicky because I love rock climbing... and I miss it dearly (Covid has shut down my rock climbing gym for months) |

| Hey, that's a pretty interesting show. Don't know anything about Climbing. Hope to learn something about this sport. The girls are cute. Konomi and Jun already became rivals. Nice. |

| came expecting maybe legit sports but also Keijo levels of fun? didn't quite get that but its clear as day that the fanservice is higher at the top of priorities but i know nothing of rock climbing so i can hardly judge if this show is spitting facts or not or how serious it actually will be at SPORTS. but realizing she got censored and wasn't wearing leggings had me mad confused lol now i know why her outfit was bugging me it was a track N field outfit though at least their team outfit is a bit more tailored towards what you'd expect to wear while climbing |

| It's actually just ok. It's really interesting, the pacing seems to be pretty ok so far. The characters are just meh but this is the first episode and nothing important really happened that would really need a character's personality, so it's ok. The thing is, the artstyle or just the quality of the animation is really really mediocre. Like I understand that this show might have less budget but sometimes it's kinda bothering and it's setting up this amateur-ish mood. It doesn't look like what it was advertised as (the poster). Maybe the site I'm using is kinda shitty but if it's the actual quality, it's pretty disturbing. Well, so far it's just average. It's ok. But the fanservice is just really cool, and that sleepover ED as well (don't mind my degeneracy). 5.4/10 or just 5/10 so far. It's ok. |

| Another fellow long-time climber and I really enjoyed the first ep, but I admit I’m probably biased because climbing is an under-represented sport in anime. :P Good and accurate use of technical terms without boring non-climbers, and they even showcased a decent amount of technique (like new girl climbing arete). To nitpick, agree with others that it’s improbable for new girl to pick up climbing that proficiently that quickly. Like she learned how to lead climb and clip into the anchors so easily after a few climbs??? As a quick counterpoint, climbing in shorts is totally fine if the person doesn’t mind that their legs/knees get scratched, which would probably already be the case for hardass girl since she’s been climbing since a child. unbournx said: did they just censored her abs wit dark shading.. just why? I don’t think it’s censored because her abs weren’t shaded in the earlier part of the ep. My best is the dark shading is some sort of under-garment/fabric to keep the climbing harness from rubbing directly on skin, because that’s a pretty uncomfortable feeling. It makes sense because club captain also has the same dark shading when she wore her harness. |

| That's a very cliched set of characters. Can't say I'm a fan of Jun's type who gatekeeps the sport just because "it's not supposed to be fun", but we all know how that type will develop anyway. Still pretty enjoyable~ Looking forward to learn some more wall climbing terms and techniques. |

| Interesting show but I already hate the tsundere. I hope this show features not only their climbing and preparation but also some other moments from their life (the fact that the main heroine is a game was interesting fact). Also, I don't know how to feel about the main heroine who almost win without any prior effort or training. |
| Was looking forward to a female led sports anime. The OP was horrible and put me right off. The Op gave me generic friendship and slice of life vibe ( with lazy visuals and a forgettable song) which is something I avoid vehemently. So I never even got past the OP. I might give it an actual proper go again but I've got other anime I've enjoyed from the very start and would rather spend my time on them. I'll follow on reviews and response from other viewers before I decide though. What I want: Competitive sport treated properly with female leads but no ecchi. What I expect it will be: Ecchi with emphasis on rivarly and girly friendship |

| I mean, I don't expect much, but it's fine and I'm in. Some odd decisions. Not sure if they reeeally want us to take the rock climbing aspect seriously or not or if it's just there to move things/be there. We'll see how they treat it after this episode. |
| after watching the 1st episode, this was the weakest everything I've seen. I was expecting the polar opposite, hanebado tier muscle animation. the girls look bland. the opening music and visuals were incredibly lazy. the same can be said for the show, there's barely anything moving. the artstyle is unappealing they rarely even draw characters from the front, and I don't mean the climbing parts. it looks cheap. 0 effort stuff. I'll give it a few more episode but this looks like the one show I'll surely drop this season. a shame because I hunger for muscles. |
