| More Tsumugu is always good to me. Seriously this guy needs more of a backstory/ character development to get everyone liking him. I liked Tsumugu as a character from the beginning but some people say otherwise because of his quiet personality which most viewers are just not into. |

| I'm late but that intro video really spoiled everything. Manaka and Miuna gonna become Sea Maidens or something...that will be pretty lame. Love this show tho..great episode. As much as I want Miuna win, I do wish Manaka would give Hikar some kind of answeri. Harem ending would be best :| jk. I wonder if it's her memories she lost or her affection... |

| Seems like Manaka's forgotten all about what she wanted to tell Hikari. Tsumugu getting cursed was surprising, feels like this might be what starts the "end" of the story. |
| Good episode, a lot happened. Manaka's memory, she seems to blank out during their meal, maybe she is really affected by the changes around her? She was sort of out of character when she was having fun with Hikari and the others. |

| Well something is still off (obviously, as the series isn't done). I guess these moments won't last forever. Yeah, the way Manaka still acts like how she does makes me think how everybody has changed and she hasn't. . so they feel like something isn't right or as they expected. |

| I thought manaka would be surprised when she woked up but I was completely wrong, she thinks everything around her seems normal and nothing changed. The scene where manaka has yandere eyes scared me a bit and got me wondering is uroko sama can control her. Dat tsumugu armfish lol. |

| I like this opening! Okay, Tsumugu/Chisaki is for sure my OTP for this series. I hope the other couples that get together are Hikari/Manaka and Kaname/Sayu. I like Miuna when she's not totally smitten with Hikari. But the amount of people comparing this to Anohana combined with how similar Manaka is to Menma is making me a little nervous... When Tsumugu said Chisaki was the lonely one I think I understood. It must be hard growing up without your three best friends, and then it turns out time pushed you ahead of them. They're in very different stages of life now. I think when Chisaki left to go to the hospital it underlined that fact. Hehe, yay the fish curse is back. Good times. |
| The cheerful Manaka was obliviously the sign that something had changed. Now as for Tsumugu's curse, was it to make him get away from searching the village? Because of his feelings? Because he had that connection with Manaka? To lure him to the village? To give a hint to the others? Many possibilities. |

| Slightly different OP now that Manaka is back. A breif scene shows Manaka and Miuna holding that sacred fire in some type of uniform in Shioshishio. I wonder why. I think Miuna will start to to live in the sea now. 19:43 What with those dead eyes that Manaka has!? Didn't see that coming! I winder if she just hiding her true emotion. She seems to be way too happy. I wonder if she's knows that she lost her Ena. But it seems she gets it back judging from the OP. | Whoever thinks Tsumugi and Chisaki are natural together are obviously delusional or have 0 experience with relationships or general social understanding. The invisible distance between them couldn't be more obvious, I mean refer to when Tsumugi was talking about leaving. She just goes yep, ok, uh huh, yea. Like she isn't even phased about it at all when this guy is saying he will come and visit, it isn't that far (hint hint: "you can come visit me"), he will call her and will miss her, and she just acts like a cold bitch. I mean are you guys really that oblivious to social cues and relationships? |

I almost fee like chisaki wasn't even excited to see manaka. That made me sad :( But I'm glad she's awake and in the opening! And that fish XD |

| Manaka is now in the opening, great changes! Tsumugu clearly wants to be together with Chisaki so much, making sure that he will call her and he won't be too far while doing her job, too cute! You know your appreciation as a scale of the sea god is low when being bribed with lewd magazines sounds like a total posibility, Uroko didn't seem to like that and cursed Tsumugu, the fish curse is back 20 episodes after! This look from Manaka made me shiver She looked so happy through the whole episode but that makes me so worried, she also seemed to forget about what she was going to say to Hikari at the end of the Ofunehiki, the sea god might be behind this... |

| Been watching this again for the first time since it came out, and this episode hit me harder than it ever has in the past. It's tough watching Chisaki realize that she's no longer part of her old Shishio group and now exists in a completely different stage of her life from Hikari, Kaname, and Manaka. They did such a great job bringing out Chisaki's (and Kaname's) calm yet sad acceptance: - The change in Chisaki's expression as she listens to the kids bickering about studying. - When she gives the "adult" response of saying Hikari should "study properly". - How the 5 cream puffs originally meant to be shared by Hikari, Manaka, Kaname, Chisaki, and (presumably) Tsumugu turned into a treat that Chisaki gives to the kids. - As she leaves the school and looks back upon it sadly. - The subtle change in Kaname's expression as he hands out the cream puffs, as he's come to the same realization as Chisaki (kudos to PA Works' excellent visual team). - And of course, presenting us the dichotomy of the juvenile conversation and ruckus of kids hanging out on the school rooftop vs. Chisaki and Tsumugu eating "adult" snacks quietly around the table at the hospital. I feel like Chisaki's character is one of the most complex in the series, and I now see this episode as a much bigger turning point for her than I did before. |

| Manaka really doesn't remember the events preceding the sending it seems. Still that blank look in her face at the end made me think that she has shut down processing information after waking up and is just going with the flow. That is why she didn't look fazed at all by the changes around her. And I agree with the post above mine analyzing Chisaki. She has undergone the most profound change among all the characters so far and it is definitely something that I appreciate. The subtlety with which it was shown has been amazing. |
