| Wow, once again an amazing episode. Rikako's hue was through the roof, 472 what the hell?! That shotty headshot was so satisfying... Final moments were awesome, Makishima being interested in Kougami. Hehe it's going to be even more interesting. This episode's ED tweak was really great too, I'm in love with it all. |

| In the era of Dominators, someone still possesses a short gun? That new guy looks like he will be a tough sonofabitch for Shinya to beat. No sympathy for that psycho girl, she had a well deserved end. Shougo must have a hell of a kick doing a puppet master all these times. I was mistaken in my assumption that he had met Shinya before. |

| well rikako is dead.... i think she got let off easy in terms of she probably didn't feel much from that headshot, i loved her short arc though, she was so twisted yet found myself even more intrigued each episode when i saw the paintings and such, but this was a great episode must be said loved it, this series is so dark and the villains so far are excellent as are our antagonists... also the 'silence of the lamb' feel prison scene was very interesting that guy look dead creepy i hope we haven't seen the last of him! |

| So the two girls didn't get to live.. I wanted them to survive despite the dark theme of the anime. But at least the bitch got what she deserved. 100 points to Ravenclaw, Kouami displayed awesome insight once more. | I enjoyed this episode because Rikako finally got what she deserved. I agree, I would have preferred the dogs had ripped her to shreds, at least she would have had a semblance to what others suffered at her hands. The shotgun to the head was too subtle and quick. I wanted to see her fear and suffering, and to hear her scream continuously. |

| Well, Rikako was a criminal. The Bureau would have killed her brutally. The Dominator would just make her into... a mess. He freed the world of a dangerous person, just like the Bureau would have done if they caught her :). Why Maki gets the hate for killing her like this? It's less cruel than blowing up into pieces of meat. |

| Great actions sequences with a phenomenal OST to get you into the feeling. Makishima has now set his sights on Kougami which means that he didn’t know him from 3 years ago during the incident with his enforcer. Also, I’m thinking that first scene in the pilot was from the ending. |

| I hope this doesn't become a pattern in Psycho-Pass, hunting down Mashima's minions and killing them, it would be nice to see some of them being paralysed, interrogated and maybe even turned good - however in this case I'm glad Rikako died. |

| wow what a episode!! it's a shame on what happened Ouryou. although she is one crazy sadist, i think she was only fulfilling her father's goal as an artist. i don't think she really wanted to kill those people, but rather she only enjoyed it because it was part of the goal of his father as an artist. if she can find the same euphoria without killing anyone, i don't think she'll choose the killing part. but alas we'll probably never know now. and wow that rehabilitation center is isolated as hell, literally they can kill you with poison gas in case someone hacks the facility and they will shoot as soon as they see you without any question. i'm surprised people didn't mentioned the skeleton guy where Kougami got the info about the paintings? did he paint himself with the human anatomy and all? Ouryou's Psycho-Pass level is 472?? 400 is the limit so she's well over it :P it's pretty brutal on what happened to her T__T i feel like FFVII Cloud killed Aerith in this episode :( it even blew her head, though she called her father in the last moment? it may signify that she still has feelings for him despite knowing she will die this moment. i didn't want to hear Maaya Sakomoto scream and writhe in pain like that :( i wonder if Kougami and crew will find her body as well as her head? seems Makishima is interested with Kougami. he may remember on what he did with Sasayama. amazing episode!! lots of Shakespeare quotes, reminds me of Ghost in the Shell Innocence where literally every dialogue is filled with quotes from various philosophers and what not. i wonder if they're gonna move on to a new arc or continue with this? hopefully Kougami confronts Makishima soon!! |
| There could have been no happy ending. It was a great episode. Makishima is really brutal. He's always one step further. Kougami is really perceptive. It will be obviously a duel between him and Makishima. I guess the main story start now. Too bad they couldn't make in time to save the girl, even if it was pretty obvious. I guess that the two other are kind of his lieutenant. The japanese guy who furnished the psycho girl must be his provider in any good. The hunter ''butler'' dude must be the one hiding Makishima. |

| This was a really good episode. I didn't even notice that Rikako got her head blown off until I came here, how the hell did I miss that. I laughed at the hippocampus thing, it took me a second to get what he was talking about. |
| Great episode! Rikako headshot, lol - although it was not funny. It seems that Makishiba gets easily bored with his toys. And he's targeting our badass male protagonist to be one of his toys, Kogami. I can't blame him, because Kogami is really an interesting guy. I remembered when I watched the first episode, the first scene was between Makishiba and Kogami. I realized that the show gave us a clue who the real enemy is from the very beginning. I love the character development between Akane and Kogami. Dat ED extended version. MORE ACTION PLEASE. |

| Best episode yet.. Kogami's deductions are amusing to follow.. And that artwork.. Much more twisted than the previous ones.. Rikako's death was more gruesome than expected.. And that old man's humming of "Ode to Joy" made it uhm.. enjoyable to watch? lol Now, it's Kogami who's going to be the "criminal" of the current pattern (if Makishima succeeds..) I wonder how it'll turn out.. |

| 1. the skelton guy in the jail cell sounded really creepy in the english dub version 2. seeing rikako get headshot in with the tune "ode to joy" was messed up yet eerily entertaining 3. makishima getting rid of his allies cuz they're not gud enough baffles me. 6/10 |

I really strongly recognise Makishima's VA and it's bothering me so I'll need to go look that up. But yeah, seen this kind of game before. Sponsoring criminals until they get boring and then disposing of them. I'd have preferred Rikako to have been killed by Kougami or one of the Enforcers so they could at least have had the satisfaction of the job being done rather than thinking that she's eluded them. But I enjoyed it. EDIT: Ha, no wonder I recognise the VA... Takahiro Sakurai. Heard him in many things... |

| rewatching Psycho-girl had it coming... but dang... this episode has some of those "shockingly violent" moments: 1) bear trap on the foot, 2) hand getting sliced, 3) bang, head blown off. |
