This is my personal favorite arc of the story, and I hope those who are experiencing this arc for the first time come to a similar conclusion. Also, getting Takehito Koyasu as Toji is perfect casting. |

| We’re back, and damn has it been a long time, last time I watched anything from this series was when the last episode aired in Winter 2021 (I have yet to see the 0 movie) and wow does it feel good to be watching this series again. MAPPA has once again blew my socks off with how good it looks, there were a few scenes I thought looked a little funky like when Utahime got scared of the rats, but overall it looks beautiful, one that stood out was that old school style they went with for that old footage near the beginning. And we got a very nice new OP and ED, I immediately recognized who’s doing the ED too because I really loved his ED for MHA Season 5 so I’m a big fan of that one. And I’m ngl, I was a little disappointed when I realized this is all taking place before Season 1 but I was quickly roped in and am excited to see where this goes, I’m guessing this wholesome group of friends isn’t gonna stay so wholesome at some point lol. And I gotta say it’s kinda fucked how they’re going to rescue an innocent girl just to let her be absorbed, sounds to me like this Tengen isn’t worth this kind of effort but from the OP it seems like this girl is important so I’m guessing she doesn’t get drank right away, and I’m happy about that because she’s really cute lol. But with that I’m really excited for more of this series, 23 episodes baby! That’s what I like to see, I’ve been needing some good 2-cour shows lately. And lastly, nice Digimon reference from Gojo lol, I actually got into it last year with Digimon Survive |

| I just heard Osomatsu and Karamtasu talking to each other this episode. Great voice cast! Animation was amazing, no surprise there. Also dat Digimon reference. I approve and it did actually help me understand what they were talking about lol. You know I'm starting to miss the main character. With the film and now what I assume to be the first part of S2, he hasn't be around much. I like the core story of getting the demon fingers or whatever it was. It's been a while since I saw it. |

| Visuals had more cinematography efforts to it compared to the previous season but also looked somewhat inconsistent and little off at places, overall though not too bad overall. The actual episode was pretty boring for me but that wasn't much of a surprise for me, especially since I'm not that attached to the cast from this series at all. At least the opening is really good, didn't care for Tatsuya Kitani's song for Bleach last year but this one is a lot better. ED is eh, the only ED I've liked from this series is the 2nd one from the previous JJK anime. |

| Jujutsu is back and the animation looks incredible. Just realised this season will be 23 eps, how good. Idk how I feel about a backstory of all a sudden. It seems like it’ll take up most of this season. I think I would’ve preferred some sort of segway but oh well. It’s interesting to see Gojo and Geto’s personalities when they’re young. They certainly change a lot. And damn I guess that’s Megumi’s Dad at the end? |

| The animation was SO GOOD. Usually I expect this kind of quality from an OVA or a movie. I wish more TV series were animated on a similar level. I know the plot, so no surprises here - Gojo is a bigger ass than he will be after the events of this arc, Geto is, well, pretty likeable in this version, and so on. I really liked the sequence with Mei and Utahime at the beginning; made me wish for a JJK arc with way more focus on female jujutsu sorcerers. I was a bit surprised by Tengen being referred to as "he", as I was under the impression that they were a genderless being, but oh well. I totally forgot about the Digimon bit - hilarious and accurate! Nice opening and ending, but still not as catchy as the first OP & END combo. |

| Wow that was actually really cool. I wasn't a huge fan of season one so I didn't have huge expectations or anything but that definitely exceeded them. Did not expect to be getting a flashback arc that takes place before even the movie but I'm all for it so far. Kinda glad I waited so long to watch the movie now. The direction this episode was really impressive. The beginning sequence with the infinite house in particular was really cool. |

Yooooooooooooo this episode was so HYPE!! From the breath taking and smooth animation to the range of hilarious facial expressions xD Not to mention all the top tier waifus and husbandos! I hardly recognized Mei Mei, Utahime and Shouko (at first I thought they were new characters lol) but damn they look hot af :O As for Gojo, I honestly didn't think they could make him any cooler, but somehow they freaking did! I could not have asked for a better start to season 2!! And best of all Gojo talking about Digimon xD |

| Excellent world building, great production values and music, and all of the style of the previous season/movie. I love how the power system works and I feel as though this was a particularly strong manga arc as well. Just really solid work :) |

| It's good to see JJK back!! With the manga at its peak, I can't wait to see the anime adapt another goated arc. This season gonna be fun!!! Honestly, there's so much to look forward to. Can't wait to watch the rest of this season. |

| We're finally back with JJK season 2 and man does it look amazing. Just this first episode alone made me so hyped for the upcoming months. Seems like the focus will mostly be on Gojo's past which is something I'm super excited to learn more of. Animation is breathtaking and I love the quirky facial expressions. However, Utahime, Mei Mei and Shouko in particular appear way different compared to their present self. At least Mei Mei seems to have had an enormous interest in money even then lol. The digimon reference was such a funny inclusion, especially since it came from Gojo. Something like this always has a special charm to it and reminds me a lot of Gintama used to do :D Gojo and Geto were pretty fast in finding the Star Plasma Vessel. I guess the hard part will begin now in protecting the girl for 2 whole days before Tengen is able to assimilate her. However, when I think about it, I feel sorry for their opponents. That last guy could already be seen in the trailer. To my surprise the name of his wife was also Fushiguro? I wonder in what way he's related to Megumi. I also love the fact that he's voiced by Koyasu Takehito. Besides from that the OP and ED both sound great. I'm sure the more I hear them as more I will like them. Great start. Can't wait to see more. |
