| They should have keep the old OP and ED from season one, they fitted the anime well, the new one's for season two does not. Never understod the need to make new Op and ED if you got great one from previous seasons, if your making new one's better make damn sure they as good as the previous one and fit the anime just as well or better. And well not very fond Ilula character design, she looks like some abomination, think they got to inspired by Uzaki-chan and thought we can do much better. in general disapointed about first episode |

| Somehow, some way, I had completely forgotten how irritating Kanna's loli voice is to me – more like I had never noticed it until now. The episode was fine otherwise, though nothing to write home about. Ilulu was the hard carry, hands down. |

| Man is it good to have Kyoani and this show back. Such a well-animated premiere, and just so lively across the board as expected. Ilulu looks like she'll be an interesting addition to the cast, even before what seems to be her genderbending of Kobayashi. The OP and ED are both great as well. Highly doubt there will be a better premiere than this one this season. |
| Dang it reminds me of Nichijou with how much excess budget the animation gets for a slice of life anime. And then I remembered KyoAni did Nichijou too. Bless KyoAni. |

| KyoAni is back and they're still the best in the business. Great start to the season! That OP was so fucking good and the episode was basically movie quality holy shit, that fight between Ilulu and Tohru is just mind blowing. Ilulu's huge lump of meat glowing when she was charging her fire breath was such a cool effect. That cliffhanger though lmao, I guess Tohru finally has a chance to get that reproduction she's been asking for. Looking forward to the next episode. |

This ep was just as great as it was with Season 1. This really does build up the hype. We're off to a sweat start! Can't wait for more sweetness >.< |

| Really enjoyed this opening episode, the OP/ED were great, the episodes animation and colour were wonderful and I'm super happy to see the cast again, Ilulu seems like a fun character. Here's hoping Fafnir get's his account back by next episode lol |

| KyoAni really outdid themselves. Awesome first episode for second season. Excited to become more familiar with Ilulu. Fafnir got the ban hammer oh noooo, the world shall feel his wrath... (also, always awesome hearing daisuke ono) That fight was awesome. I truly believe KyoAni should animate an action anime considering they've done like...one. Can't wait for next week's episode |

| The animation isn’t as good as the first season. Tohru’s big attack looked good, but the mouth animations are off more frequently and the overall movement is more choppy. What the hell is with that new dragon’s character design? It’s literally the body of a child with the largest dohoonkabhankoloos I’ve seen in anime since the paedophile dragon. I get it, they are so enormous for comedic effect, but it’s a waste of a character design for a slighly amusing shock gag. All-in-all, the episode was ok though. |

| Very wholesome but occasionally lewd dragon maid show is back! I'm glad it did well enough for a second season, I absolutely loved just how unique the concept and characters were so more is always a treat. It's been forever since the last time so finally having more Kanna is great. As for this episode, man I forgot how good the action can look in this. Season 1 totally surprised me with the quality of the animation considering it didn't need to be anywhere near that good, and you're already catching glimpses of that again with Tohru cooking, the fight between Ilulu, etc. Kobayashi slapping Ilulu's boobs caught me off guard (the whole scene really) and had me dying, LMAO Also, ever so slightly this show is getting closer and closer to being ecchi lol, although it's not surprising considering the author's... other work. |

| Welcome back KyoAni! Mad dragon is back and the first episode didn't disappoint. Love seeing Kobayashi and the rest of the gang back again for another season. Tohru ending working in the maid cafe becoming the head chef. She even taught the other maids the magic spell when she left. And then the fight scene between Tohru and Ilulu happened which is so f*ckn good! I can't even say how KyoAni animated that scene. OP and ED is catchy as always. |
