| So Kenny, Levi and Mikasa are all related, how cute. |

| And finally we got an episode with a lot of revelations, thsi is a imporntant episode for sure! So finally we can understand someting about the Key, so Eden's father did a lot o sins, he killed all Reiss to get his powers, injected something in Eren turning him a titan, was too cruel what Eren's father did! Historia discovers about his sister, that she didnt remember, cause his sister removed all memories with her! And we can find too why her false name was Christa! Poor Historia and Eren! Theys had discovered their family's past! So Miakasa and Levi are more related than we know, looks like Kanny is Levi's uncle, and Mikasa is from his family too! And they have powers too, i was supected about that after watchrd ep3 from OVA Lost Girls! |

It only feels random, because you forgot a lot of foreshadowing in season 1 and 2, that if you watch now will make you say '' now that scene long ago makes sense now'' About developing characters, this season and the following season will focus a lot on developing the characters, take Historia for example, she was a background character in season 1, now look where she is now, and her development is just about to begin, that's just how this series is, it takes its time to develop its characters. People need to keep in mind, that it is a lot more harder to develop characters when there is constant threat of the titan, now that the titan has taken the back seat, the characters are getting their chance to shine, like Erwin for example. As a manga reader I can already say with confidence that when this series is over, and people are talking about the snk characters or in reviews, they will say that the characters weren't all well develop in season 1 and 2, but in season 3 and 4, if it is the final season, the characters will make huge development. This entirely. From season 2 forth we have so many characters being developed and its actually nice to see. I think those who haven't realized there is a bigger picture weren't paying attention to everything from the previous seasons. I'm an anime only viewer and have rewatched the series up to this point and all the foreshadowing and events that didn't make sense before began to click and it was amazing to finally understand. Though there is much more to unravel, Im excited to find out! |

| Pace of anime is much quicker then one of Manga Uprising arc. I don't know, what had been cut, some character history and emotions, I guess, but everything important is there. It's been long time since I read this part of manga though, maybe I will find time to re-read it. But I am hyped for more episodes. |

| U mot m8?! Eren's dad was a bad person who stole Historia's sister's titan power and pretty much kills off most of the Reiss family? Is this true!? Now I know how Eren have the titan power. After his father got the power, he let Eren become a titan and eat his father so that Eren have the power! And now the Reiss family wanted Eren's power so that they could get the scream to erase and control everyone's memories! Damn all of this for what ultimately? Peace? One thing I know for sure is that so far, anyone with 'Ackerman' in their name is a goddamn badass!!! Mikasa, Levi, and Kenny. Their bloodline is literally persecuted because the royal bloodline are too scared of the Ackerman! That's awesome! |

| So many revelations in this episode and a great build up for the 'clash of the (non-Titan) Titans' showdown between Kenny's team and Levi's. The opening song has really grown on me and I actually prefer it to all the other AOT openings so far ;) |

| the more i listen to the opening, the more it grows on me now. i actually kind of like frieda, despite not knowing too much about her in actuality. i like how the anime is panning out the revelations, it's all in one episode, but it doesn't feel totally squished in or like it was forced to be part of the episode. can't believe they animated the shit-machine scene, i definitely thought it'd be cut out. |
| Finally answers to a lot of questions I had when I first began to watch AoT. There was so much development in the story. Historias past with here sister and even more important, now we know what happened to Erens father. Zackly is just awesome. This is how you should treat bad people. Levi and the others finally arrived at the cave. I guess this fight with Kenny will be brutal. Hopefully nobody important dies :-/ |

| It's quite an insane thing for all those truths to come drilling into his head at once. He just found out that his dad was a Shifter and he ate nearly all of the Reiss family except for the most persistent one of them all, but the biggest discovery of all was that he was actually eaten by Eren when he turned into a Titan. Historia's definitely conflicted on whether she should be pissed off towards Eren for his father's acts or not. Zachary such a bona fide sadist, wow. He took the term "shit-eating grin" on a whole new level and turned that Head Priest into a one-man Human Centipede... Kenny definitely must be Levi's uncle and the Ackermann Family being related and all might even have Mikasa as Levi's distant niece, oh my. Of course, the Interior Police reinvigorated their allegiance to Kenny before fighting the Scouting Legion once again because their leader's name is Kenny Ackermann and he has a dream. |

| Ever since the season 2 conversation with Ymir, I had been thinking... if Ymir ate a titan shifter and became human again... Could the same thing have happened to Eren. Eren's father had disappeared, so did Eren eat his dad? I dismissed the thought, because I am usually wrong when it comes to theories. I am so happy I was right! Although, like, it totally sucks for Eren. :| I wonder if his dad knew that Eren was going to eat him. Considering his dad was quite knowledgeable about Titans, he should have known... So did he mean for Eren to inherit both his and Frieda's power? I wish I could read the manga, but I really can't. The voice acting, the music, the animation!! I neeeed it. |

| Good to finally get more info on what transpired on the night that Eren turned into a Titan..damn..so he ate his own dad to get the ability he has..that is gonna be crushing for him.. Historia also finds out about her sister who was always there for her.. We learn more about Ackerman family as well.. But Eren's father killing all those members from Reiss family..have a feeling the story was a bit fabricated by Rod to suit his own convenience..I mean the story about what happened at the chapel that night..seems he altered the story to fit his needs..the royal family has the ability to do so after all.. PS : Torture Chamber..nice.. |

| so eren's dad ate frieda whose family had memory-erasing powers and was super strong, then eren got injected with... something? and ate his dad and therefore got his titan powers. inch resting. so what/who is going to be the vessel for eren's powers? historia? or maybe rod himself. i wonder why eren's dad ate her and then let eren eat him? but he's the beast titan right? so he's still alive? not too sure what is going on with that stuff but i'm eager to find out! i noticed that at the end they were drawing mikasa in a way similar to levi, her eyes looked like his. or maybe it was just me making something out of nothing skjfsdkfj but the ackermans are a Powerful family, they are badass side note - i loved the art of the underground chapel with its icy shimmering walls and all the detail, it was gorgeous!! |
| That scene where Zachary deals with that corrupt noble came straight out of Euphoria...FUCK Well more of Historia and Eren's past is shown and I admit things are heating up for those more spicy fight scenes and twisting reveals. This season started slow and kinda weird but this is once again contending the first and second seasons. |

| wow Amazing episode, many interesting things revealed. Now we know more about Eren father, Historia past and Levi origin. Also, looks like the Ackerman are special somehow. I wonder why Eren father attacked the royal family, what are his intentions with Frieda powers. And did he transform Eren in a titan just to be eat? Maybe he has big plans for Eren. |
