| Almost 1/4 of the way into the Season and barely anything has happened, can already sense the disappointment at the end of this arc. What a waste of an episode, they could have done so much more - they skipped a crap tonne of the manga in this ep alone. Animation quality is also mediocre, nothing spectacular unlike what was promised. |

Oh shit, so much stuff is happening, and even what we got is covered in mystery, dammit O_O  FINALLY some moar Levi! <3 That "welcome home" was disturbing AF, I guess now it's confirmed that Titans (or something) can turn people into new Titans... Anyway, now I'm somehow suspicious of Reiner, and his reaction to what Conny said. - Did you hear that O.O? - I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING pull yourself together think about your job!!!!! I know they were in rush but that sounded kind of nervous... Dunno. Seems like Christa is important, or maybe a daughter of someone important? I wanna know what the hell is happening~ T^T Oh well, I'm just glad that we finally got to hear the most epic track in SnK again <3 |

| That "Welcome home part" hit me right in the feels, Poor Conny Aside from that, this episode felt slow and calm in a way. Glad we get to see more Levi and Hanji and finally the Priest gave them some little clue. Sasha's love for potato is too pure. LOL! What a weird character but somehow I find her really interesting. NEXT EPISODE is exciting! I'm sensing lots of titan actions! and damn did that beast titan just rockclimbed the walls??! |

| (Since the start of season 2, my feelings about these episodes weren't quite right. Dunno how to describe it. It wasn't like season 1. But fuck it, I love this series either way. Although I have read the manga, my memory was like being protected from being recovered when watching these episodes. I couldn't remember any important scenes that were cut out, so I guess my entire score is solely judged for the anime. Btw the OP and ED are stupid.) The episode was okay. I could feel how Connie felt, but the way Reiner reacted after being asked by Connie was too suspicious. Wonder what he hides. Well waiting for the next episode. |
| I guess omitted parts will be put as a flashback on the next episode. Still an intense episode and nice buildup for the upcoming battle. So much hints are here. Those two were really shock and damn cut conversation. |

| Oh shit! I called it. Dat Titan was one of Connie’s family, probably his mom. The studio really did a great job to make anime-only like me be able to guess something through the way of its presentation. I wonder what happened to his hometown, maybe some secrets on how to become a Titan. Wow, Hanji had this crazy idea that Eren can fill the hole with hardened Titan skin. The image alone looked insane. That being said, it’s time to become more powerful. I did complained several times about Eren being too weak. But I felt for him, the poor kid had so much responsibilities & burdens on his shoulders and he didn’t even know how to do it. Why were his missions always filling the holes! Something important got revealed on Christa. Maybe I should feel lucky that I was only spoiled of very little about her. BTW, the way they fooled us to think Sasha was the one under the monitor was hilarious. What’s dat communication between Reiner & Ymir? What’s the expressions on Bertolt’s & Reiner’s faces, pleasant surprise & excitement? What’s the beast Titan gonna do? (A side note, Nanaba looked cool under the moonlight. I hope they don’t die, but they are very likely to considering the amount of Titans.) For sure a 5/5 ep! As much as we love the cool action scenes with ODM gear, you don’t need to have lots of them to create a great ep~ |

| A lot of good buildup happening in this episode, can't wait to see how everything will turn out. So far the adaptation seems to be going smoothly though it's been awhile since I read this part in the manga..... |

| I LOVED IT SO MUCH. And omg I'm having a feeling that this season 2 will pretty much cover the whole Clash of the Titans arc. <3 I'm so stoked for the next episode. |

| Bad and bizarre animation sometimes I had an impression that this episode was made anyway Also, connie's reaction in the manga was more striking, already here it was meh Btw, i think it was a average episode 6/10 |

| I'm a bit disappointed at how they choice to reveal or approach some of the most important informations in the story, correct me if I'm wrong but the part where Armin casually reveals that titans can't move during the night was something they weren't sure of yet until a bit later in the story, but I guess Armin knows all and they expect the viewer to get it or accept it?....We first get hints of this information when its revealed that titans are in the wall and it needed to be protected from sunlight but it wasn't until later in story (still to come) when we find this out and actually but I guess revealing it now is easier? It kinda comes out of nowhere especially since Armin shouldn't know this, he wasn't given a full report about the titans in the wall, all he knew was that there were titans in the wall and were somehow able to harden to protect them, he didn't know about the sunlight or titans not being able to move at night, if they knew of this information then why the man leading the search for the hole in the wall so afraid of seeing or getting attacked by a titan at night? I guess just like manga readers the anime writers are just too excited and can't help dropping spoilers Also Eren's father never said all the answers to everything was in the basement he just told Eren to keep the key safe and there's a something in the basement he wanted to show bim, but for some reason in this episode Eren is now admitting/thinking the basement holds the answer to everything, |

| Story's coming along nicely. I didn't know the walls were made of titan skin(though I remember someone posted this last week in one of the threads without a spoiler tag). the titan lying on conny's house is probably a relative of his,probably one of his parents or guardian. The yellow eye color also doesn't help. And there's a lot more to Ymir and Kristen than I thought. They felt they were characters just to be there until now. Sasha gets a short comedic moment that actually made me laugh amidst the desperation |

Like I wrote before, the procedure was clearly visible thanks to the case of Connie's house: it being destroyed from the inside and the titan's presence despite its inability to move. The house being blown out from the inside + the Titan that seemed to be Connie's family was obvious for me but dang I didn't take that last step to put everything together. That being said, I'm still pretty in the dark since I know nothing about the furry Titan apart from the fact that he's highly intelligent. I assume he's a shifter too? |

| Okay, so Christa apparently holds all the secrets that the Wall Priests will not divulge, but how and why has that ever happened? Also, why can Titans suddenly move at night and how is the Beast Titan able to casually scale the wall like that. Seems like he would have been far more problematic if he's able to do that. Also, it's interesting how the focus shifted to Reiner and Bertholdt when the Beast Titan appeared near the castle, especially considering the fact that Ymir looked like she wanted to kill Reiner mere moments beforehand (hopefully that's explained next week, at least). It's definitely confusing, but it does feel like some pieces are starting to come together when it comes to how the Titans are inside the Wall when there is evidently no breach. |

| I like the pacing. It isn't slow, and it isn't too fast either to miss important details. The only weird thing I noticed is when Ymir talks to Reiner. In the manga they had a somewhat longer convo, which hinted subtle details. I'm looking forward to the next episodes, even though the entire season's going to be a single arc. :( |

| Sasha seems to be the star of the show so far, the anime isn't nearly as exciting as the last one was. I'm optimistic that it will get better, and this episode was built up fine. Can't wait to see Eren go full titan again, it's been awhile. I can't get over how much he's matured since season 1. |

| Sasha finally gets to eat a potato again, and boy did her expression made this small scene worth it. =) Connie definitely thought he heard that titan say "welcome home", but he's dismissed it for now. Still, the way that titan said those words were a little creepy. At least the priest has finally opened his damn mouth, probably helped by seeing all the distressed civilians all retreating to safety and Levi's blunt honesty talk with him. It looks like what he said relates to Christa in some way about the wall titans. Ymir has her own reasons for being in the scout regiment, which is fair enough, but what was with her glare at Reiner about? Is she hiding something that everyone should know as soon as possible? The build up towards the end of episode was epic, mostly thanks to the awesome soundtrack, but also seeing the beast titan climbing the wall, I'm still wondering what his true motive is... So many questions I have about what has happened so far, but I'm sure most will be answered during this season. Overall, this episode was really good and did a great job at building up the tension for next week's episode. =) |

| This episode was really good. It was hard not to smile when Sasha got her potato :P She really is a mascot of the squad. Even though I read the manga, 'Welcome home' still gave me creeps... As many of you have mentioned, I hope we will see Ymir-Reiner conversation in the future. Can't wait for the next one! |
