| Already expected Top Speed to die, but Sister Nana killing herself? Nghh. I was expecting her to beat the shit of Swim Swim & CIA. Not happening I guess. I liked Swim Swim, but now I just hope her to die a brutal death. Tama is cute, but I think Swim Swim will use her then kill her. I just want the other fucking angel to die. Geez. So annoying. They basically killed all my fav girls. There's Ripple left and I'm starting to like Hardgore Alice too, though. Snow White is STILL useless after 9 episodes, oh well. |

That little girl who saw a Princess (who was Ruler) waved her hand to her people up on the balcony... Yes, that little girl that Nemurin told "You can be a princess too." was SwimSwim :)  |

| Damn, there's way too many irrational girls in this anime. I wonder when will the girls actually unite to fight Fav instead of irrationally slaughtering each other until no one's left. Enough people died in vain already. And I thought Swim Swim was actually a good person when she defied Ruler, but no. She simply killed to mimic her, what a waste. |

| Lmao i get triggered every time i check the episode discussions lately. Everyone claiming they are going to drop the show because their "favorite character" had died that episode, forgetting it is a death game anime where you can expect anyone to die at any certain point except for the MC. You cant get too attached to any character, and it wont help hating any character and hope they'd die since they would die anyway. About the episode, really disappointed in the way Nana died. She felt like such a useless character for the entire anime. Even Nemurin had more purpose to the show due to the Swim Swim dream. Top Speed's death wasnt as heartbreaking as i expected it was going to be. Not much to say about Mary's death, we all saw it coming. Still excited for next week though, death flags for Alice have risen and the possible SwimSwim vs Cranberry is coming closer too, if its going to happen. Maybe we get some interaction between Snow and Ripple too. |

I'm pretty entertained reading these comment threads every week, and while there is a bit of that, I think most people generally understand it's a death game and death is going to happen. Mostly what I've seen in the comments, especially this week, both here and on Reddit, and almost universally agreed upon, is: FUCK SWIM SWIM! |
| There's difference between shitty battle royale and good battle royale though. This anime feels more like the author is baiting the audience to think there's something more than just mindless killings. |

Swim-chan was just playing the game, what's so wrong about that? It's not that she's killing people, it's that her motives, her targets, and her method's are completely screwed up. She is neither an instigator like Cranberry or Mary, nor is she reactionary, like Alice and Ripple. She's opportunistic. She doesn't want a good fight. She doesn't want to protect her self. She doesn't actually give a damn about protecting her subordinates. She just kills peoples when she can, because she can, and for no other reason than that she can. She feels nothing. Not for the ones under her, or, if the invisibility coat is any indication, not even for her self. Sometimes you are meant to hate villains, because they are downright evil, unsympathetic, and unjustified. People hate Swim Swim, not because she has the worst intentions in this show, but because she has no intentions at all. |

| @Kyruga spoilers going ahead of the current episode in an episode thread are NOT allowed, please delete that part of your last post. Also, Snow white is saving more lives than anyone else, helping more peoples than anyone else. She's also one of the few in this mess that didn't bend her way to do FA-B's bidding, and even after losing her moral support she still isn't giving up her ways. She's nowhere near useless, and she's far more determined and mentally strong than most in there. Yes she doesn't know how to fight, but more importantly, she decided that she isn't going to take part in the fights and save peoples instead and she's following that decision to the letter. She still comes out of her house, doesn't hide at all, coming in the middle of a battlefield where she has all chances to be targeted, just to follow her own decisions of helping peoples without fighting. That's heroic rather than cowardly. I think there's a movie that came out lately about an american soldier during the WW2 that saved more peoples than anyone else and never touched a gun, right? Saw that somewhere. Something like the guy by the end of the WW2 received more praises and honour than pretty much any other american soldier. What snow white does right now follows the same kind of selfless and non-violent thinking , so I don't see how she's useless. |

| Well this episode pained me, but before I rant about that, I have to say I'm disappointed in the way Mary died. I didn't read the manga, but people mentioned, and posted a link of the panel where she gets killed by the countless shards of glass (BRILLIANT strategy by Ripple), yet in the anime she just takes one shuriken to the forehead and dies. I find it disappointing that they opted for a less gory and much less badass adaptation of Mary's death, yet when Nana hung herself, they even went so far as to show her pissing herself when her dead body voided itself. What the fuck were their standards of acceptable viewing material when a detailed showing of a girl hanging and dying is totes kewl, but shards of glass is too much to handle? Ok, that aside... TOP SPEED!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! So that's what the whole 6 months thing meant. It was so fucking obvious but I totally overlooked it. Every time she said it I assumed she or a family member was dying or something medical was happening. I never assumed that she was already 3 months pregnant, especially because in the one brief scene where she was in a normal appearance they never showed it. So that doubly caught me off guard on top of her death in general. I'm super glad Mary died, but I really didn't expect it to be at the cost of Swim Swim dealing in Top Speed. Now we also got a look at Swim Swim's power for the first time. Nana's death didn't really surprise me. She was as broken as a human being could get. Crying for days on end into a scarf, downing entire bottles of whiskey and pills; enough to make a rockstar look like a bitch, and ultimately hanging herself. I actually thought she was killing herself by OD-ing, so the hanging was a twist. Swim Swim......ahhhhhh Swim Swim. She really needs to die. She angers me to my very fucking core. And it makes me twice as conflicted, because she's hands down the most complex (and at the same time most simple) character on the show. Despite the sexy big tittied magical girl body, she's still just a tiny girl with no life experience in real life. What is she 8 or younger? She lived a sheltered life and has literally zero concept of right or wrong. Her entire sense of being and how to make life decisions revolves entirely around Ruler. She killed Ruler because she wanted to be a princess and a leader like Ruler, but Ruler is still the very core of her identity. Because she's a child, she has no sense of right or wrong, and no sense of good or bad judgement calls. She was completely willing to take decades off her life span for that cloak without any regard for herself. Ruler would never have done that. She would've made the dog girl do that because she doesn't contribute much, or let another girl buy it and steal it off them. And every decision she makes takes no good or bad into account. Is it wrong to steal candies? Is it wrong to kill other girls? Is it wrong to use dirty tactics to do so? None of that matters to her. Her scale of judgment is: what would Ruler do? Would she do it better? Ruler could've done this or that. Even when she does something "well", she's still adamant that Ruler would've done it better. As soon as Winterprison and the one Angel twin died, her first thought was about Ruler. But, despite how fascinating it is to watch a sheltered child with a child's mind and twisted sense of standards try to be a leader and make VERY adult decisions...she's still a murdering evil little fucker and she needs to die. Hardgore Alice, please be the savior we need. |

That had nothing to do with Swim Swim's group. Also, Snow White only saw the angels for about 20 seconds when they attacked the two, and with all of the things that have happened in between now and then, I don't think it'd be hard to believe she had completely forgotten who they even were. And she doesn't know Tama's a part of that group at all. She never even saw Tama. |
| Somebody kill me. This show is disgustingly horrific. Yet it's so captivating. While you asshats are betting on who's gonna survive and who's best girl, you're missing what's actually going on. Failing to grasp the gravity of what's actually going on. Imagine being in the shoes of any one of these people. Maybe you're all desensitized idiots from western media, but even scenes like in last episode: Mary just shoots some helpless civilian down scope and watches it splatter everywhere. War in conflict pales in comparison to that, because in war people fight because they have no choice; she's snuffing out people's dreams futures and loves ones for fun and to aggravate Ripple. Top Speed was killed by the clearly sociopathic psychopath Swim Swim... but not only that, she's fucking pregnant? That's fucked up. Sister Nana probably made a good choice considering the circumstances; let her find Winterprison in the next life. I have a feeling that Snow White is in shock and was in shock a long time ago, complete denial of the situation, and responding to it as if it were a dream, hence why she hasn't completely broken. Because someone of her character ought to be a psychotic wreck by now. This anime takes suffering girls to a whole new level. I'd say an anime like this is good for gauging how comprehensive someone is of such tragedy, or how sane they are. . . . At this point, i have a feeling that Snow White is in shock and was in shock a long time ago, complete denial of the situation, and responding to it as if it were a dream, hence why she hasn't completely broken. Because someone of her character ought to be a psychotic wreck by now. Edit: A friend of mine suggested she may have had sociopathic psychopathy the whole time too. At with a quick scan over events that have happened so far, her reactions have been fairly weak, and if i remember right, the only times she really cried was when La Pucelle was there, in which she cried to get her(his) sympathy. I don't think she's shed a tear since. Pretty much all of the emotional actions i looked at were in contexts where they could have a purposeful (subconscious) motive that is not related to the actual emotions. Ps: there's a difference between being a sane psychopath, and an insane psychopath. people like Snow White and Swim Swim would be sane psychopaths, however Calamity Mary and Cranberry are insane psychopaths. |

| Good episode with some solid combat scenes between Ripple and Mary and against Swim swim but man losing two witches in one day things are pretty bleak. Top speed was the most innocent though Man Calamity Mary doesn't care about anything but winning eh Poor sister Nana though losing her lover to that cowardly attack from Swim Swim and her minions man the ambush scene looks like a war zone damm you Mary you just don't care about anything else but winning wow the fight between Ripple and Mary Ripple's sword skills are impressive as expected of a ninja and her eyes as well being able to slice apart a bullet in midair is just wow Mary is not as dumb as she looks eh using land mines as well too But good thing that Top speed was there to save her though lol stop talking like a Yakuza that was a good one lol Hardgore Alice just casually kicking the car off the guy its nice to see Ripple finally step up though and fight for something wow Top speeds ultimate form a broom with a ax head and a jet engine lol seeing both Top speed and Ripples resolve though thats some determination lol watching them dodge that 50 cal sniper rifle though that was funny and pretty close as well glad to see that Mary got what she deserved though not that anyone would miss her in the real world but damn losing Top speed just right after man Swim swim has to be my most hated magical girl right now so thats Swim swim's power eh liquefying her body eh damn and Top speed was pregnant as well too thats what the six months she was referring to meant Snow white's ability to hear people's thoughts are pretty interesting lol Tama is just the comic relief its interesting to see Alice's motivations for helping snow white is because she believes in her and it looks like Alice took the wrong doll as well damn losing not just top speed but sister nana as well this is certainly a battle royal Hardgore Alice surprises me every time with her ability lol only she can survive being axed in the head lol so What is Fav's plan i wonder though |

| I don't understand why everyone is hating on Snow White. She's naive, but she just saved a lot of people. She doesn't have any fighting capabilities, she only hears the cries of those that need help so she helps them. That's pretty admirable and definitely not useless. Swim Swim going after Cranberry should be great. I hate that Swim Swim is so cold in killing 'three' magical girls, but at the same time she's a kid who really had a bad teacher. She is the only one who gets the job done though. I'm not sure how this fight will end, but it will be funny if Tama ends up being responsible for one of their deaths. I do feel bad for Top Speed, but I thought it was weird that she looked super pregnant when she should be in the early stages of it. Hopefully Alice doesn't die, but it looks like they'll get her when she's not in her magical girl form. :( Sister Nana's death was disappointing, because I wanted her to do something. She was just weak. |

For people like Cranberry, their biggest mistake would not be noticing someone like Snow White to having the most likely to have the potential for having a hack power, and not eliminating her early on because of it. Imagining it from the perspectives of the "villains", Snow White is like that casual innocent seeming person in amongst your enemies, but turns out to be the true monster that could squish out everyone you thought was your nemesis. Don't fear the obvious monsters, like Hardgore Alice, fear the Madoka-types who're probably gonna fuck you with cheat god powers later on. The ones that can stay nonchalant despite circumstances are the worst enemies to have. |

For example, remember the scene Magicaloid and Alice found her?, she was there trying to hide from reality, she has been there without sleeping and eating for days. She should have been dirty and tired from crying. No, because if she was completely numb, she wouldn't still be trying to help people and be moral. She responds to it as if it's a dream, not taking it too seriously, but still find the need to uphold her morals by helping people and such; again, not reacting appropriately to the severity of conditions. |
