| Quick question. I've read the manga and it's been a while but how did Subaru end up being in the finals when Marui and Ibusaki were tied for 4th place of block A? |

He obviously got better points than them...and anyway marui and ibasuki were tied for the fourth place No need to be snappy mate. It's been a while since I read that arc so I didn't remember how he got into the finals as we didn't see him in this episode and it looked like the judging was concluded after Souma's dish. |
| And so it ends.. Great adaption overall, they practically covered every little bit which was awesome to see. Hopefully this will get another season one day, it'll be great to see the main tournament animated for sure. 8/10 |

| One of the best animes from the previous season. Sad to see it end! The characters were so likable and the art was good! Poor Yukihira getting down - it was only a 1 point difference though and he did really well, well enough to shake Hayama up. Here hoping for a season 2 9/10 |

We were never shown how many points Subaru got. Only his face was shown after the judgement of Soma's dish and it was later revealed that he was the 4th participant to make it to the main tournament. |

| I see, they left out who is the real 4th placer in Block A. JC Staff delivered well and adapted Shokugeki really good. Can't wait to see when they announce a second season. Possibly, another 2 cour with the Main Election taking over most of the season... and maybe even showing the Elite 10. With Alice inviting Erina for a break... I can see them adapting the Natsuyumi chapter into an OVA. Can't wait. |

| HOLY BASIL THIS ANIME DOES NOT DESERVE AN 8.70 AVERAGE sorry, had to do it. It was a good finale to a good series. Every episode was pretty much the same, TBH. I can't recall any genuinely boring moments; quite the opposite, actually, as I rather looked forward to weekly dose of Souma the last 24 weeks, especially since I knew I could always rely on it for solid entertainment (unlike most the other shit of the last couple seasons). But still, at the end of the day it's just a food show, and food shows don't excite me that much. I do hope it gets another season though. |

| Amazing season 1 final and it was better than the manga like the ends scene.This anime was definitely my favourite this last 2 seasons and deserve a 9/10... I'm hoping it will get a season 2 since it just the starter.. |

Should it be rated lower? And I think they might go a similar way to Kuroko no Basket season : One season every year and a half. |

| Likely they didn't plan a season 2 during the development of season 1 (wasn't attack on titan like that too?). Hence not introducing a certain character. Can't see this not having a second season though. 9/10 Very entertaining to watch in delivering humor, food porn, and seeing Souma adapt to such a demanding environment. |

| No matter how good a show is, there will always be haters who can't accept that a show which doesn't match their taste garnering up such high scores and praises. Surely, a second season is already in the making and is just waiting for the green light to be announced. Masterpiece! 10/10 |

| That was AWESOME! I guessed that they wouldn't give Soma the first place, but one point off is still amazing, especially if you compare how long he's had to study fragrance compared to Hayama and his golden nose. Here's hoping for a second season ( •̀ᴗ•́ )و ̑̑ |
| Holy sh*t, this episode was so great I went full-on batsh*t crazy, Yukihira's dish was beast as, making everyone experience foodgasms. I like how Nakiri Erina was also getting a foodgasm in her office room, I think she kind of sees Soma in a romantic way, now that he was beast as in the preliminary. Overall, this episode was a good way to end the first season of the series, Yukihira Soma and the rest of the cast (japanese) have done very well, they're all going to grow and grow to be beast as chefs. Can't wait to see what comes next for the anime, and if you actually can't wait, then read the manga, it's also beast in its own way and is also quite far ahead of the anime. Shokugeki no Souma!!! |

| I can't believe Shouma lost wow I expected everything but this.... | Fantastic last episode of Shokugeki no Souma. The anime adaptation followed the manga quite faithfully which makes me very satisfied; J.C. Staff did a really good job. I loved it when they showed Yukihira's dish and everyone was pleasantly surprised but it's still good to see that Yukihira didn't come out on top but very close to Hayama. Erina still can't stand Souma but it was cute to see her blush after punching the table. xD The chibi arabian Soumas were so great lmao. The small Megumi and Souma scene towards the end was really nice but it was a lot of fun seeing the rest of the gang appear. I'm gonna miss my weekly dose of Shokugeki anime. This needs to get a season 2 though, please! Main tournament is so hype~ 9/10 |

| And here I was hoping they'd show the last contender who made it to the preliminaries .-. Intense first half with Hayama Vs. Soma showdown. They exchanging fists was my fun part XD Hayama was able to receive 20 points from two judges :o But would have lost against Soma if it had been shokugeki XD Erina was cute in the episode :D And Isshiki trolling them in the ending tho XD Nikumi's reaction to it and that "the only one who's allowed to call me that is..." lol Megumi's moments with Soma in the ending were too sweet <3 I can see the romance coming ;) Overall, it was a real fun :D and hungry ride D: Coming up with an innovative and competing dishes with tantalizing visuals was quite a treat to me. 9/10 Would hope second season comes soon :) |

| Excellent episode and a fantastic end to an amazing series! =D The dishes from Hayama and Soma looks very delicious! It was really close between the two for their score as well. Although Hayama outscored Soma 94 to 93, if this was a Shokugeki, then Soma would've won since three judges prefer his dish compared to the two judges who preferred Hayama's dish. Also, it didn't show who got 4th place in hall A. It could've been Marui, who looked upbeat compared to Shun, but in all honesty, it could be someone else that we haven't heard of yet. No score from me yet since I want to let this episode sink into my head a bit more, but either a 9 or a 10 will do. =3 |

| I want more episodes D: It was a great anime and the last episode was good too. Amazing characters, good music, interesting story, and oh lord all the food porn. Loved the last scene with Megumi and Souma. Megumi is just so cute. I have high hopes for second season. Meanwhile, I will probably read the manga starting from the point when the anime ended. 9/10 |
