| LOLOLOL FUCK MAN THAT DORMITORY GIRL JUST GOT FOOLED BY MARCO-SAN LOOOOOOOL FUCK MAN AHAHAHA AND SHE WENT THE TROUBLE TO GET DRESSED AND REMOVE HER GLASSES LOOOOL. PLUS, HER RIVAL IS A GRANDMOTHER LOOOOOL AHAHA GAWDDAM SON LOOL. Okay this is an hilarious episode. I really thought Daigo would propose to that woman who's in charge of the dorm. The ring really got me that I didn't expect Daigo saying it's the grandmother and not her, lmao. Kuroko and Misaka will die after that incident. Just imagine what level of embarassment that dorm captain experienced. |

| I really agree with a lot of you guys here. There's too much fillers. though I enjoyed this one more than Episode 17. The characters can be all happy, thats no problem and good to see, but I want to see some real action and fights! I want to see some FIRE in the characters like how much FIRE are in Konori's eyes in the OPENING. Everyone seems a bit too nice and not vicious enough. Show should be fast-paced and thrilling to match the kickass theme songs/openings. Won't mind a truly evil powerful person appearing, (the Accelerator guy???) and Misaka has to stop him! I also really want to see more Misaka X Touma scenes. That Romance, really Interested to see that!!! Show has to focus more on Misaka <333! |

| Kuroko had some pretty good lines this episode but that was about it. Why did they bother to dedicate an entire side story to the dorm supervisor character? I mean, it seems odd to try and develop a character when she doesn't even have a proper name (she is listed as simply "dorm supervisor"). Anyway, I thought I was watching Code Geass again when they suddenly showed a Pizza Hut logo in the middle of the show. |

| 3/5 Although there are Kuroko and Mikoto, the episode does not take off not because of the acid and iron overseer of the dorm, but the banality put up in the plot. Narration all too obvious and boring then, a few comedic! Promoted by drawing enough animations! I hope that in the future we will review these secondary characters mind all these episodes will have been a waste of time and even know if it was not bad! The characters mean! XD |
