| I like this show. Though its a little slow, i can see where all the world building is necessary. I love the flash backs to the scientists too. That "unit" Isnt very unified though... I wonder who has to die for them to come together... |

| I can't stand characters that go the extra mile to be uncooperative with teams. Like I understand not liking teams, or even being quiet, but when it gets to a certain degree it's just ridiculous, flat out ignoring the second in command then saying you met your quota when asked why you didn't do a thing you could have easily done after being ordered to do it? Making a big deal over being asked to say your name to new people? I think the portrayal of those two characters is more retarded than survivors not being allowed due to lack of supplies and stuff like that. In fact, I don't even understand the character of the chick, she's even worse than the Soma guy. At times she's extra caring, refusing to leave people behind-attacking people out to save her rather than telling them there are people on the plane for whatever reason-, saluting her superiors and fulfills orders. Yet, for some reason she's completely insubordinate, she'll salute authority and take their quotas, but won't follow the direction of said authority at all and flat out ignore authority when asking her to help??? Is she just troublesome for troublesome sake without consistency or something? |

| It finally feels like the anime is getting started; there last couple episodes have really felt more like one long prologue so far. I'm starting to really love the animation and the presentation, but I would really like to know more about our main protagonist. I figure we'll see that the upcoming weeks though. But for what it's worth, I'm really loving this show, I don't think it's perfect, but I definitely look forward to watching it each week. |

| Loved the episode, the OST was spot on. As some already mentioned, it feels like the anime is starting to go somewhere even though some more character development wouldn't hurt, I'm sure we'll get more of it through the story. |

I'm sure the creation of God Eaters and NewType weapons isn't a perfected science. |

| Not bad. Much better than the last two episodes. The problem with this is, half of the cast is annoying. The only ones who aren't are Lindow and Sakuya. Rest, I don't care much about. Lenka can be half-decent at times while Alicia is just too much of a stoic character so far.. Needs to improve. |

| Kouta sure looks different in those clothes o_O Seems like he's not quite ready for real action yet huh ... Alisa sure is cold, not taking down that Gboro because she fulfilled her quota :O Soma is awesome! Really liking the (main) first unit :D Kinda sucks for those civilians to be turned away ... but why can't they go into town where all the other people are? Or I guess those are the families of God Eaters ... The Aegis Project huh ... a shelter off on an island that can house everyone? Has the population been destroyed that badly? D: Well, either way ... who knows if what Kouta knows is true or not. Seems like Johannes in the past pushed on for more research even though he knew it was dangerous ... Hope this anime improves though, it's kind of "meh" so far. At least the music is good I guess :P |

| The OSTs are so good in this show, I can't stop to listen them. All the scenes are so good if you have good OSTs. With this episode, the anime is far more interesting, I was really surprised to see a story appear. The ending is sad but necessary, you can't protect and feed all the people in a period like that. I hope that Aegis will be completed fastly. |

| ¯_(°3°)_/¯ I guess that's the end of that family. I mean this show gets a lot of flak, but it's not as bad as some shows, in my opinion. I know that sounds like settling for something when you could be watching something better, but in the case of shows, I think it's good to analyze what you like and don't like thoroughly, and sometimes that means watching awful or blah things. |

| Now this is what I am talking about an episode explaining the world :D Glad they explained the requirement's for entering the city and the Aegis project. With all the humans I one place one has to wander if the God eater's would be able to defend it especially against the arigmia in episode 3 The Big One O_o . Also it was good to find out why they kill arigmia as well they need the cores for there project. I find the characterization between Lenka and Alisa interesting, they are exact opposites. Alisa is Only about the mission hence the quota line where as Lenka is about saving people above the mission. There complete opposites maybe they will balance each other out? Everyone who is saying Alisa isn't a team player I think it was more the mistake of Sukuya to but a cap of 2 on each cell, If she would have said 6 for the group I'm sure Alisa would have helped with the third arigmia. She been trained for the mission and only the mission above all else it seems. This anime is starting to get good :) |

| Alisa is not making any sense. When they first met her she refused to be rescued alone, she didn't want to leave her aircraft and the other injured passengers. And now she's refusing to cooperate? risking her teammates lives because she's reached her quota? What? So far this adaptation is not giving her character enough justice. Not sure what they mean when they didn't let those survivors inside Fenrir. Do they have to leave outside the walls? Or do they atleast still get to live in the slums inside the walls? |

| This was a good episode. I remember the last scene being quite sad, but damn, when I watched it this time, it hit me real hard. Art and music keeps being strong as well. I'm rewatching the first eight episodes in blu-ray, so I can finally finish this heavily delayed show. Watching it a second time around has been a way more positive experience for me. This is most likely because my expectations aren't insanely high this time around. Definitely looking forward to the rest of the show. |
