| going by this thread it seems that they skipped some stuff that i accidently spoiled myself on when bols died. really seems like claymore all over again. faithful adaptation and suddenly out of nowhere anime original that seryu death was pretty damn satisfying seeing how i don't know the imanga don't really care much about it being anime original though these tend to be pretty bad. |

| It is understandable that events in the anime will change since there is just not enough material to end on a satisfactory note if adhering to the manga. It's an adaptation so there's gotta be changes. What I'm outraged and disappointed in is what they changed. The episode abruptly cut to Leone and Susanoo fighting Kurome and Wave with no buildup. It appeared out of nowhere. And then Esdeath is just standing there doing nothing. She told Bolic that she would protect him. And then shortly after he runs away she's like where is he. She was there the entire time! Then, Najenda starts talking to her in the shadows or something (that did not make sense) and Esdeath is still standing there letting her talk. Then Lubbock kills Bolic out of nowhere with no buildup and Akame takes out that guy who in the manga had at least a few lines and scenes beforehand. Whoever decided to botch the events like this in the anime is an idiot. |

Best post on this thread, sums up the whole event and we can also assume the next episodes will be done at this low level quality. I had no expectations of this low budget shit fest(neither did Japan) but they really went above and beyond to make it worse. |

| I feel like this is one of those episodes I should've been going "HELL YEAH" but ended up feeling indifferent due to the characters being so one dimensional At least the fight looked cool |

| Pretty good episode, I despised Seryu when I was reading the manga but now I kinda just pity her. She was so blind to the capital's evil doings, if she had understood what was going on she would have been a great member of the night raid. Oh well. Tatsumi x Mine moments were cute though seeing this anime original ending on the horizon, there's no telling what's in store for the Night Raid. I see why they would have one but I'm pretty sure they would be able to find a chapter to end on. Sucks. Lubbock is going to die next episode? BULLSHIT. Side Note - Shizuka, or whatever her name is, basically represents the majority of Esdeath fans. I'm pretty sure they all wanted to be in Borick's(?) place when he got stepped on. |

I'm not expecting much from the next episodes, I'll be surprised if they don't just kill everyone on the last episode -_- . |

| Lovely, Seryu is dead at last. Bitch had it coming. Though it seems they rushed AND modified this arc by a lot. And judging by the name of the next episode, it seems they are gonna rush and modify the next one as well (which will involve A LOT of mess, more so than anything seen before). |

The original Sailor Moon anime was completely different from the manga but a lot of people enjoyed it. Death Note had an alternative ending as well but a lot of fans liked it. |
