| Ending could've been better; would have preferred it followed the game's ending involving Faldio pulling Maximilian over the edge. But then I guess that'd be like asking them not to kill Jaeger when he didn't really die in the game. 8/10 for the series from me. Would've been higher, but it really started to get off track with the game at the 20th episode forward and I just didn't like that. Also, yay page claim. |
| Hmm, overall, I thought that this was a great series. Definitely had a good experience watching it. Personally, I enjoyed this episode quite a bit as well. Although, I didn't think it was a good idea to have Faldio simply be forgotten as he was in the episode. I didn't think it was necessarily a bad idea that they killed him off, they just handled his death rather poorly. Otherwise, I definitely enjoyed the everything else in the episode. |

| A fairly great ending to a great show. I was a bit unsatisfied with this series at first, but in the end it turned out to be a quality series. My biggest bitches were.. 1.)at important times, they got really lazy with the animation, but made up for it in other scenes. 2.)most of the other characters, {i.e. Edy, Homer, Largo, etc.} were portrayed as pretty generic, including their character designs, animation, and backstories, they did them no justice at all. 3.) and they skimmed through too much stuff including the Isara/Ramal love/deaths, Faldio's death, what everyone did after the war, and most importantly Alicia x Welkin!! But, it had many great parts and was overall a very fun watch. It made me laugh, cry, hate, love, and scream at times...and, that's all you can really ask for in a series. Will definitely be archiving/re-watching this one. Overall 8.5/10, but I always round up for 6 and above, so my MAL score is 9/10...Urahara Out!! |

| Anime ending to an anime. Nothing more nothing less. The score wont be any better or worse b/c of this. But it did gain an extra point for closing the romance plot. In my opinion it was a great supplement to the game. Some things were rushed, and some quality was sacrificed. But overall this show definitely gets an 8. It would have been a 9 if they didn't slack on the animation or cut a few of my favorite characters short from the game. Story, characters, fanservice, OP/ED credits, and everything in between was pure epic. Marina x Hans will always make everything allright :) My gut wants to score a 10 since i loved the series so much. But my MAL sensors are telling me to rate it realistically. Oh and they finally used the Welkin x Alicia scene in Bruhl by the windmill as the final final scene with them holding hands. Made me happy and relieved that they finally put it in the show. B/C thats when i thought they fell in love with each other but this makes more sense and better scene to close on. |

| I just can't stop comparing the anime to the game. Because of that my score goes from 10 to 9 and then there were some mistakes.. (like most got shot (some pretty bad) at the end but hey, after everything is solved just happily jumping around greeting Alicia and Welkin) so from 9 to 8. I really missed the Edelweiss in the last episodes and would have loved to watch a Jaeger vs. Welkin tank battle. And i missed the death of Borg portrayed pretty good in the game. I loved the last sentence of Gregor "You Gallians killed the innocent!" or something like that, and whose fault? Faldio my hate charakter in Game and Anime xD so even more in Anime because of that. I could list many more things i liked and disliked xD |

| Well, I played the game and watched the entire series and I felt the anime was reasonably well-done. Some of the changes from the game to the anime would make some better sense to make the entire storyline feasible. Probably one of the better video game to anime crossovers that I have seen. |

| I laughed when Maximilian was laughing as he was dying. I like how the flames all of a sudden come up from the cracks like he went to Hell or something. But I don't hate him. At least he was a decent villain. That fat general guy, however, I can't stand. |

| The hell? I've always wanted an Alicia/Welkin ending, but Faldio has been so good to her also, and he's just overall a great person. So how come they don't even mention him dying, or at least show his funeral? So messed up... I understand if they didn't have time and shit, but showing one shot of Faldio's funeral or someone being sad that he died would have been great. WTF.. he didn't deserve to just be wiped out of everyone's memory. I'd thought at least Alicia would do or say something about it. Whatever. It just bugs me. |

| I liked the episode... it could have been better but yea.. it satsfied... really wish i have the game i watched this many months ago october maybe....but still looking for the insert song Brightest Morning by Hikari Inoue and the 7th squad... anyone know where to get it? |

| rushed ending is rushed. No funeral for Faldio, No 6 months later scene where they would have finally repaired the twin windmills, no shots from Alicea and Welkin getting married. etc. could have been so much better and had even more impact. Ep gets an 8/10 series 9/10 overall - extremely rushed ending and some serious inconsistencies with quality knock off a few points. Also very slow start can hurt some peoples interpretations of events. Dammnit Now I want to buy a PS3 just to play the game. This was an awesome show, and the soundtrack is amazing. *favorite added* |

Little bit disappointed that Faldio was killed off, and the method in which he died (killing a bunch of nondescript bad guys along with himself) seemed a little... lame? ): But it was nice to see that Jaeger was still alive, but an explanation for that would've been nice... I recall a gunshot? So... yeah, wondering how that worked out between him and Maximillian. o_O I would give this a 7/10, but I did quite enjoy it... so based off of enjoyment, maybe 8/10? |
| I was really dissapointed in the ending. There should have been at least 1 episode for the epilogue, cause we don't know anything what happened to Faldio, is he really dead or why don't they show him at the end. The fact also that some scenes changed was also a bit annoying, however there was the same result. And it's also sad that there were no Isara like in the game :( In my opinion, the game was much better than the anime, but the anime was still good. |

| I thought the show was great. Everyone seems to hate on the first half of the show, but I rather enjoyed it. It was very relaxing, which I guess isn't how war should be; so I see why you're hating on it. I enjoyed it though. The second half was epic though, for the most part. The f'in second Opening ruined everything for me as it was the biggest f'in spoiler of all time giving away Alicia's 'secret'. I was pretty pissed at that. I bought the game for my PS3 and am going to start it after I beat Resonance of Fate. Everyone says the game is better so I'm excited. :) |

| I know that numbers count for nothing in the skinny hallways, but I'm still surprised that there were so few soldiers in the dreadnought. Also, I was surprised at how drastically Maximilian's personality changed throughout the series. Up until two episodes ago, he seemed overly calm and rational and then all of a sudden became power hungry and obsessive. His death was interesting though. It kind of reminded me of how Darth Sidiious dies, except he was laughing. Anyways, it's too bad the series is over. |

| I loved this anime and wished it had been longer. Glad Welking finally told Alicia, even if i did think they would end up dying, heck this anime has been keen to kill off main characters ( which ultimatly is good). I agree with the Falidio bit, a mention would have been nice. However i really enjoyed this anime. :) |

| Great anime, the only thing is that Faldio dies in such a bad way. Being killed with mere foot-soldiers? Faldio if you are going to die, die in a much cooler way. Also, I am definitely getting a PS3 for this game :). |

| It was a good anime but i can't get over the fact that Faldio's death was just like w/e. WHERE'S HIS FUNERAL? WHERE'S THE TEARS FOR HIM? So what he shot Alicia, bitch needed it. He saved everyone in the end-.- Ramal's death was soo sad. Poor Faldio had to live with the death of his entire squad. And Isara's death was depressing too. I wonder if Rosie and Zaka end up 'together' Oh well in the end Welkin is happy and that's all that truly matters. Sucks that Maximilian went psycho. He was cool before he start shooting his allies. |

Faldio died trying to buy Welkins more time to save Alicia, so it wasn't JUST to kill some nondescript bad guys. I think Faldio was a cooler guy than Welkins in general, but I still thought Alicia and Welkins were better suited for eachother. |

| Mission All Over. Good End. Satisfying conclusion, and the kiss scene did not disappoint. The show had its moments, it was a roller coaster ride of ups and downs. Despite everything, I enjoyed the good moments and it kept me entertained. After watching this, I saw the game's ending on YouTube, and I wish they could have shown in the anime Alicia and Welkin's life after they got married as well. I'm a little curious how their daughter would look like in the anime's style. |
