I'm thinking that since she's like...Red Data Girl...how will electronics connect with her.Because it seems like she's able to connect if she's willing to. I'm curious about the red glasses. They're somewhat useless because she can still see things... Also...=.= How many gods are there...? How many shikigamis do they have?? Like...=.= My favorite part was Miyuki climbing to her room. | Did the English subtitle properly translate the Kakaishu mantra of Acala Naatha 不動明王chanted by Miyuki? Or perhaps too difficult for them to translate which delays the release of the fansub? namaH sarvatathaagatebhyaH sarvamukhebhyaH, sarvathaa traT caNDamahaaroSaNa khaM khaahi khaahi sarvavighanaM huuM traT haaM maaM And then there is the HikouGoshinIn chanted by Miyuki facing the computer with the mandatory gesture:  Om BazaraGini HarajiHattaya Sowaka And the mandra chanted by Mayura and Manatsu to summon Masumi is even more complicated, which is a Jousangou mantra involving no less than 3 mandra gestures like the one above: Butsubu Sanmaya, Renkabu Sanmaya and Kongoubu Sanmaya. |

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Seems like all the students have some kind of power o.o. And I guess the new girl (Masumi) is the third triplet, or at least her spirit summoned from the dead? I can't believe we're already 1/3rd done, feels like the anime has barely started! I'm getting Blue Exorcist vibes, but I hope we get a decent ending :S |

You would think they would have informed her more so she would be prepared for what lies ahead of her. I wonder if she will go back to wearing her glasses. She looks better without them. | Izumiko's helplessness and meekness is starting to somewhat annoy me, but I still enjoyed the episode nonetheless. I love how the story concept is shaping up, and I'm taking a liking to Miyuki, Mayura, and Manatsu. I find the incantations interesting to watch as well. |

She is a god's vessel, she can manipulate natural laws, she just doesn't aware of it and use it unconscious, also electronic devices are delicate so she tend to break them down. Japan have over 8 millions gods. That guy's shikigami is just at level of witch's cat familiar. What Izumiko did however was gathered divine spirit/god in the mountain into human from and made him her familiar. And you must really new to manga and anime to ask this. I guess I was vague. I am not asking about how many Japanese gods there are in whatever religion. I am asking about how many gods there are in Izumiko's new school, if there are other gods she'll meet that is. I am neither new to manga and anime, and my question was rhetorical because no one really knew the answer unless they've read all RDG's light novels, and I was not expecting to be answered but to have somebody else speculate with me. ^^ |

| They were twins? I couldn't see any similarities, even by how they communicated. They seemed more like good friends than really close siblings. Plus what's this shikigami thing? The anime doesn't explain everyone's powers so well...And I haven't read the novels either so I have no idea what's going on. As for Izumiko, she's a likable character but Sagara's attitude still confuses me a bit. |

I don't know if it's only me but, in every episode I'm always waiting when will Sagara and Suguhara kissed? XD hahaha, it's because of the opening. |

| I really liked this episode. I was about to ship Manatsu and Mayura when they said they were triplets and their other sibling died. ;__; Masumi, I guess? I thought she would be a guy, because in the OP there's that guy that's introduced with Manatsu and looks a lot like him. Sagara was a bamf as usual, and I think Izumiko's starting to get over her timidness. Can't wait for the next episode~ |
| I liked this episode, cant wait to see what else happens and how they solve the current problem. Miyuki with the bow was pretty cool, they finally start doing some spell casting. |
| in my opinion the first 2 episodes of this anime were kinda slow and boring the 3rd episode was decent but this episode was awesome and i hope this show stays like this the whole rest of the way through |

I was also surprised by the blood when Mayura was injured. Seems like there's a lot going on at the school...or something. So they can conjure up their deceased triplet...? :O I'm really interested in this story...too bad I can't read Japanese, otherwise I would've read the novel already >< I had a feeling I heard Manatsu's voice from somewhere...although quite a new VA, he also voices Red! His voice is definitely likable. |

| Is it just me, or does it feel like they might have cut out something that was necessary in this episode? It felt awkward to have them introduce Mayura's brother Manatsu where he is already acquainted with Miyuki somewhere in the middle-end of the episode, and close enough to know he is within the supernatural network of friends that is Izumiko, Mayura, Miyuki, Manatsu, (and now Masumi), where he can ask Miyuki specifically about his sister around 21:25 minutes into the episode. I also couldn't get how Izumiko picked up the idea they were twins (in actuality; triplets minus one)...I can guess that Mayura probably told Izumiko that she was going to introduce her to her brother off-screen though. It's like there was little to no transitions to follow-up with the pacing of this episode. Side note: has anyone else noticed how similar Saori Hayami sounds to Mamiko Noto when she's using her gentle-sounding tone? |

Since English in its modern form has evolved during a period of enforced monotheism, the words and connotative meanings associated with them are really unsuited to describing pantheistic or pagan beliefs. You could talk about "greater" and "lesser" gods, with the greater category being similar to the 12 Olympian gods (plus a few others like Great Pan and Hecate) while the lesser category includes local gods like the various Riverine deities, Wamiya, or such figures as Iris or Selene. Below that would come the genius loci and various other supernatural beings (the fair folk in all their myriad forms). It's probably better to just use Kami and Yokai as appropriate. Just look at the problems in understanding when we use "demon" or "devil" to characterize some supernatural entities. The English connotation for those words contains an assumption of malevolence which is not necessarily the case in anime. |

| Excellent episode! I love the new characters, the roomie, her brother, and their spectral sis. The new bad-guy is a jackwad of major proportions, and should provide some nice spiritual battles! Love the spirit arrow thing! I also hope that the whole "reverse harem" thing has finally been put to bed! I hate it when people label shows based on superficial things like "all those guys in the OP". It is clear that this is not even shoujo really, let alone reverse harem. It has a very seinen feel to me, though the manga is in a shounen mag. |
