| This was a decent episode, kind of boring but got better towards the end. Can't wait for the next exam to finally start and for some reason, I don't remember seeing those kind of facial expressions and some of the stuff happening next episode in the preview seems like it would happen later on in the final exam. Well anyways, I hope I'll enjoy it. |

| The last scene was done perfectly...thank god it wasn't emofied! Great episode, felt kinda rushed when Gon took Bourbon's antidote but whatever.. Also WTF @ Netero face in preview? xD Next week's is gonna be awesome |

| A slow episode, but things that needed to be gotten through so we can get into the final phase in the next episode. I do think that for what needed to be done, it was put together very well. It had good pace and didn't linger on unnecessary details. ...also WTF Netero face in the preview! |

| The episode itself seemed less meaty than the prevous one, but at least Gon received a little character development, and the escape from the cave was sorta creative (as always). Btw I haven't seen the 1999 series, but Gon's expression in the preview was both wtf and priceless at the same time. |
| I am really glad that Phase 4 is over now and our 4 heroes had done well. And now the curiosity is top! Who will pass the exam actually? I would be really disappointed to see even one of the main yon-nin would fail, but I think it is something unavoidable. The episode was 4 out of 5 for me, and I am again glad that this 2011 version of the anime is doing better and consistent with the manga. |

| The BGM during when Gon attempt to take the antidote from the snake charmer is a bit out of place.It sound so weird every time I listen to it.... it sound like those sport event BGM,the beginning of the BGM is too soft while the atmosphere's tension is too high .. .don den don den don don don lol LOL No.44 is sure very popular !!! |

| This was a very good episode. Gon is showing how badass he is - carrying 3 people while holding his breathe for at least 5 minutes? That's crazy. Never seen the original show, but in my opinion this is a very good remake. |

| Just a quick thing--this series was originally slated for 45+ episodes, which means at least 45 episodes. If the ratings are high, they'll order more episodes. Thus far, it's been doing incredibly well in the TV ratings. It's usually on the top 10 charts and it was just revealed that they're doing a huge push towards merchandising (something like 20 million) for the show. I think we have a really good chance of the entire series being adapted. |

I've got to wonder how they're going to do a lot of this without censoring it... I mean, I got pretty shook up partway through the final exam. They'll find a way lD. Speaking of which... they can't keep up this censoring for much longer. It gets pretty dark... |

| That scene between Gon and Kurapika at the end was fantastic, it helped me grow to like Gon's character even more and I've been loving this series' version of him. Kurapika is as awesome as ever, I love how he always seems to think logically through pretty much any problem. |

I mean she got out ok, and she was knocked out pretty much the same time as everyone else, which means she should have woke up at the same time aswell, gon gave her her six points so she could make it and I guess he wasent counting on a time limit on the final day but, I think he should have carried her with them, that must be eating her inside, have all six points and is ok, but cant qualify anyways. |

| I didn't know that. Is it true that if a bee stings you in the same spot repeadily, then you develop an allergic reaction? Interesting. Gon may not be the strongest, or the most intelligent, but he sure as hell has the most guts. To be able to jump in there and find the tag well getting bitten by a hundred snakes. Not only that but he also loves showing compassion as well, even for his enemies. Is gon even human? how is it that he can breath under water for 9 min? Isn't that pretty much impossible. Anyways a sticky situation and they managed to find there way out and escape. A solid victory for the 4th Phase and now the final phase of the exam begins. I remember this being a bit longer in the original series, but ill have to clarify that my self the differences, cause i kind of forgot. I am happy the ending of this episode was very faithful to the manga unlike the old series. The last part where killua and gon were taking. Beautifully done. Now its onto the tournament battle with the last 9 remaining applicants. Hisoka wants to take on Netero lol. Killua's interview was funny. Doesn't want to fight #53. Poor guy. It looks like Hisoka is the most popular for obvious reasons. Btw 6 out of the nine are rookies, then who are the other 3, i wonder.... Let the final phase commence! |

| One of the most interesting things about this episode is Gon effectively admitting to Kurapika that at least a part of him helping them was because he wanted to feel better about himself. Would he have helped them anyway? Probably. But, I think he put just a bit more effort because of his "guilt". Of course there is no way of knowing that. Just an interesting thought. Also, lol at Hisoka being basically challenging Netero to a fight. The best part was the old man pretty much ignoring him. |

Many divers can hold their breath for over 5 minutes. Nine minutes is impressive, but far from impossible. - - - - - Awww, I liked Ponzu. >-> I pretty much called the Hisoka/Killua thing. Killua probably wouldn't win in a confrontation, but he's probably also the only one that could stand any chance in a straight-up fight. (Well, again, the pins guy, but I don't know enough about him.) Speaking of which, I do wonder about Hisoka vs Netero... Also, a hunter license is nearly a license to kill? That's messed up. o.o; The interviews overall were interesting. Near the end of the episode, I thought it was pretty heartwarming to see Gon crying like that. I'm glad the show isn't totally dismissing his age or innocence. |

Hm, you must have missed the part where Gon took her tag when she was unconscious and gave it to Leorio as "payment" for helping her escape the cave alive. |
