| Well, it's great to know that the festival was a success. Again, I think it's sweet to see Komura and Mei bond over again, especially outside the class. Even with her glasses on, it seems Mei is comfortable to get close to him. The way Komura touched her face...probably a moment he won't forget. |

| The cultural festival episode is finally upon us huh? The cultural festival that had been prepared for successfully took place. The two of them enjoyed looking at each other's exhibition pieces. While presentations for various clubs were being held in the gymnasium, when Komura saw Mie leave her seat, he decided to follow suit and left the gymnasium as well. Lmao, we had the chance to see Komura's and Mie's mom, and their plural opposites of each other. Komura's mom is more laid back and pushes Komura to do stuff like wanting him to get a ear piercing, and Mia's mom is very strict when it comes to things like staying at school for too long. Also I like the approach they took with the festival, in it being that we don't focus on it so much lol. That whole final moment on the bench was sweet and felt last episode-esque. But there's still one more episode to go. Will Mie actually remember her glasses for the final? |

At first I thought it might be that in reverse but it's more like the sounds were just jumbled around lol. I've never heard about "mercy buckets" either. Slangs are fascinating. Let's gooo Komura! | Getting piercings for the cultural festival seems a bit much. The octopus was a nice idea on Mie's part. Someya's like the ghost of gossip lol. If she had told her mom beforehand im sure she would have allowed Mie to stay out later to help out. Komura as a dad though is something that i can actually see. |

| Komura's mom made him dye his hair and now she wants him to get pierced? Does she want her son to look like a delinquent or something? That's the total opposite of some Japanese moms. Damn. Mie's parents are strict. Good thing she got her cocoa this time thanks to Komura covering for her. Lmao. Imagine being dad-zoned. But somehow it's still wholesome. When Komura touched Mie's face I felt the same kind of warmth I'd feel when characters would kiss in other anime. Amazing. I do want to see those two kiss though. That'd be something. Damn. Looks like Komura won't get to be with Mie in the next episode. Sucks for him. |
| The cultural festival was a success and Mie and Komura got to spend more cute time together which was great to see and it was so sweet to see that Komura went to Mie's House to give her back her shoes and cover her for being out after curfew |

| Ngl that ending scene was really cute. This show can be quite up and down. Sometimes I’m annoyed by Komura but then there’s times like that ending that are genuinely sweet. But did bro just get dad zoned?? I’ve never seen that happen lmao Komura’s mom wanting him to be a delinquent was hilarious. She kinda reminds me of Hori’s dad from Horimiya. Total contrast to Mie’s mom who is really strict and wants her home at a certain time. I actually do think some earrings would look nice on Komura lol. Jealous Mie strikes again, love how even without her glasses she noticed that her friend was getting a little too close to her man for comfort π leading to the whole situation with her forgetting her shoes by staying too late. Solid episode, still a couple left. We’ll see if they can top this. |

| Hold up, in the case of Komura being "dad zoned" by Mie it may not be a bad thing considering how much she likes her dad. Maybe that could mean she would want to make Komura a dad down the road?? (ok I'm probably overthinking that). Beyond that, this was a good episode although I don't know why Komura thought Mie getting ear piercings is naughty (wth, I always thought girls getting ear piercings as normal). Both of them studying each others exhibits was nice and Komura taking Mie's shoes to her house and implying that she was late because of him having her shoes was a good move. Anyways, curious to see how the last 2 episodes play out although from the preview it looks like they won't be teaming up to cook something but it will probably work out in the end. |

| We've seen guys getting friendzoned, heck even bro-zoned but this might be one of the rarest instances in the hundred thousands years of humanity on this planet when someone got dad-zoned(?).. what? Is this even a word lol. I can understand Mie's a kid and what she meant with that, but you don't say something like this on the face of a guy who literally let you live in his head rent free lol. |

| I think the Daddy thing is more than she has never been in "Love" before, however she is very close to her dad so in her mind what she is feeling for him is the same as how she likes being with her dad. She is really sheltered. |

| Poor Komura got dad zoned, but hey that ain’t so bad lol, she basically called him daddy, and that whole scene was very nice, I thought more might happen than what we got but I still loved it, Mie wanting to enjoy Komura’s face even with glasses was good lol. And seeing Komura’s imagination of Mie with piercings was pretty awesome but of course that wasn’t what was actually going on, but Mie’s little art project was cute for sure lol. And poor Mie was really upset when she stayed after school without permission, but Komura really had her back there by bringing her shoes and made up an excuse for her, and it’s also good know she did get her morning hot cocoa thanks to her based dad lol, I actually used to do that growing up until I switched to coffee. And the cultural festival looked like a really good time, Mie’s essay was hilarious and very cute but she apparently wasn’t going for that lol. And I thought for a second we just had one episode left but we thankfully have two more, hell yeah lol. |

Tbf this episode alone definetly bumps it up a bit but I think I might be getting burned out of these template romances, at least I would think that if Bokuyaba didn't release last season. But that show was so touching that I need to continue to watch them all.

| Komura has respectable looks and style. He looks good together with Mie. And he's not an otaku. But he's badly lacking in confidence. It's a big shortcoming. It was very apparent in this episode. | After gushing over Mie's entry in the same way she was looking at his, and he feels inadequate. Part of it is that his self-esteem is low, but I think another part is that he keeps Mie on such a high pedestal, too. What a beautiful way to sum up his feelings about the relationship indirectly. |
