Definitely worth watching, in my opinion.
I loved the premise, the story, the characters and the art style. Absolutely loved the op and ed songs too.

it's a bit inconsistent production wise, but it is worth watching, cool story, amazing main characters and some really well done episodes, especially at the start IMO.

i actually would say it didn’t gel with me, i wanted to like it but it’s based off an older manga so some parts are quite episodic and the pacing is a bit wonky in places. it’s cool but i would suggest keeping expectations lower than the comments here tell you

Depends on the person, from my opinion this anime is good and worth watching. But there are people who don't like samurai anime or old days of Japan. Some people things the plot is bad or it is stupid.

But majority of the people liked it so we cannot say if it's worth watch for you or not.

I enjoyed the show's old samurai-demons atmosphere, the characters and the animation are very nice. But for me, the episodes became very quickly repetitive and forgettable, to the point it feels I could just watch the first 4 episodes and the last 4 episodes without missing too much. I thought the conclusion of the series was dull and anticlimactic, so it got me disappointed. Nevertheless, it was a solid 6/10 for me, great chilling overall. (I think it is worth watching don't get me wrong but there are better shows out there to watch IMO)

The characters are pretty good and the animation was heat for the first half (second was decent). OP/EDs are really good.
If you like medieval japan vibes, you'll love this.

I can see someone getting bored because of the repetitive episodic nature of the show, but what was anticlimactic about the ending? I thought it was pretty well done.

It’s one of my few anime’s that I rated a 10!! I really loved it!! It has a good mix of everything I like and it’s not too over the top I think. If you like the traditional old Japan style this is pretty awesome!!

Omg it totally is! All the characters have so much dimension to them, the story is well paced. The emotions both the main characters give you, tug at your heart. It's a complete story, you won't need more than what is given to you. Everyone should watch Dororo 10/10

It started really good... Can't stop myself from watching upto ep 6 or 8....after that boring but ok.... Then I put it on hold.... And the ending was not very good... It had so much potential but ultimately gone down the drain.... I rated 7....watch the dub... Pretty good

Yes, yes, yes! It was an easy 9. They turned an almost slapstick manga from the 60s or something into a really gritty anime that touches on what it means to be human

Hm... It's worth to watch yes, the characters devolpment are good and the plot premise is solid but with a good execution, I wouldn't say it's a great anime you know? It's a good anime tho, an anime that is worth to watch, the message is really good and the way it ended was great tbh, I gave it a 7/10 here in MAL, you can watch it if you want, I recommend you.

Its not slow, it doesn't contain character with annoying nature, the plot/storyline is itself something look forward to blindly. The protagonist isn't a crybaby (its for mature audience), he wants something he gets it one way or another but with morales, i gave it 10. Now its up to u, i consider this as a hidden gem.
