| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol that Natsumi girl already picking on fights with others. Looks like the start of the Twilight Syndrome Murder Case arc. The despair came pretty fast. Hinata really messed with the wrong guy this episode and got a taste of pink blood! I kinda like the buildup so far. Also gotta give Chisa some credit for defending Hinata. |

| Sister of delinquent? She has a friend who is in the same class, and another with special ability. And getting Conan's voice's character in between. Her brother, the delinquent, is in that special class. Conan's voice's character is also gamer's game partner. That girl getting killed... and that long hair girl is suspicious. Then she's dead, too. Wow, Suwabe-san's character is also in this arc, too. He tries to "stop" him from entering the main class, and the lady stopped him from violence. ED song skipped. He finally decided to join the main class. |

| Time for despair. I was expecting the Twilight Syndrome part to go on for another episode, but it seems like we're getting the Kamukura Izuru project next. Kuzuryu's sister kinda deserved it, but I sympathized with her a lot more than I though I would. That scene at the end with Hinata and Chiaki gave me dem feels. Hopefully Chiaki actually survives though (and if she doesn't, hopefully it's not Kamakura that kills her because that would be just painful). Hinata will make the biggest mistake of his life, and it will be so hard to see him make a decision like that. His lack of talent makes him take the offer, and f*cking Juuzou gave a crap load of negative influence too. Time for Hinata to become the "Ultimate Hope". 5/5 |

| I love Chiaki more and more with each ep I'm so glad there spending so much time developing her character in this anime. This will absolutely get a 10 from me. But damn, I really hope this isn't the last we see of Hajime's good side. I hope that Izuru is good before he meets Junko. |

It already appeared in DR2 so no need to repeat the same thing again. That's a bit of a bad excuse. Everything in this arc was discussed at length in both Danganronpa 1 and 2. So technically we've seen all of it. |

| I'm not ready for the Izuru Kamakura's project and the tragedy with the Student Council to happen. :( I really freakin hate Juuzo whatever the arc. Seems like he is always so bad with everyone. Also , I feel kinda sad for Peko it seems that she felt guilty for Natsumi's death because she wanted to check on her but Kuzuryu refused. Next episode will be full of despair. |
| Ok this was nice, not the kind of despair I was expecting though. We didn't have time to know better Natsumi and this was a shame for me, but maybe it's like this because we don't actually need to fully comprehend her to understand what's coming next. As always Chiaki proves herself to be wise and really really kind and it's so sad that I have this feeling that she might end up being killed during the Tragedy. Hinata said he decided to be everyone's hope, but I genuinely feel it's Chiaki the one that actually is it. The loss of Chiaki will bring true despair not only to her friends, but also to all of us who really love her character ç_ç All these high expectations towards Munakata makes me wonder, why is he so trusted? What kind of man is he REALLY? I'm dying to know. Let's wait the next episode to figure out something else. |
| natsumi is best girl. the scene at the end with hajime and chiaki though, right in the feels. kinda sad that the whole twilight syndrome didnt last for two episodes. sakakura just gets more unlikeable with every episode. he annoys me so much. |

| So, Natsumi is not exactly an Ultimate, she was not scouted, so she doesn't have a talent at all. I'm happy that we got to know her a little bit better, the thing with her brother and all. I thought she was going to end up as just a mean bitch, but she does have a heart xD Of course, we have more insight on the people with talent x people with no talent. It is nice to see how different the characters think about the situation. IT IS HEEEEEREEE! TWILIGHT SYNDROMEEEE! It could have been more detailed, but ok. DR2 GAME SPOILERS JUST IN CASE: BOXER DUDE WAS ALREADY AN ASSHOLE! DUDE, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! Munakata's group think he is a savior...Junko's followers think the same about her. Just saying. (The parallel is there) Hinata x Chiaki is so cute. So precious. OTP. And I know it is going to break my kokoro D: WHYYYYY Ç-Ç I just cried at the last scene with them, this is all so messed up. Seeing shit starting to hit the fan breaks my heart, and it was sad to see the last scene with Hajime and Chiaki. | A messy version of Twilight Syndrom Murder Case, but they told what was needed. Sadly we didn't see Fujuhiko interact with his sister, from the game we know that he cared for her a lot. Also poor Mahiro. The episode was more focused on Hinata's dilemma, it's harsh to live in a world where talent is everything. Basically Hinata is bashed by society even when nice people like Tengan and Nanami tell him he should just be himself, Hinata is too low on self confidence already. Then we have Juuzou, a surprise he shows up now. It's like he has good intentions but comes out like an asshole and uses violence too much. *edit* You guys act like it's Juuzou's fault, well yeah he said mean things, but Hinata already thought that society saw talentless people like this. The Izuru Project is unavoidable, the Hope's Peak Academy could have found a replacement if Hinata had declined the offer. |

We know the rest Sato got killed out of revenge by our little baby face and Mahiru saw everything. That how 3 of the 77th class fell to despair |
| This episode did a good job of fleshing out Natsumi's and Sato's characters. It certainly explored their interactions that ultimately led to their deaths. I have always thought of Natsumi as Kuzuryuu's bitchy little sister since sdr2. I didn't expect to like her but I do think of her in a better light after this episode. Watching zetsubou-hen is becoming heart-wrenching now :/ |
