| By now Andre is my favorite character of the show, he's just awesome. Too bad he lost his eye, but as he said there are worse body parts to lose than one eye. The story is getting better every episode now, I really wonder where this is all going. |

| Knew since the beginning of this episode Andre was going to loose sight in his right eye. At least it wasn't an arm or a leg. So the Black Knight was actually the journalist that was following Robespierre around. Nice of Oscar to let him go. |

| The real Black Knight survived, and Andre convinced Oscar to let him go. Awesome. I like how they tied Rosalie in there at the end, using her place as a temporary hideout. |
| Oscar's previously lackadaisical, intellectually lazy best friend moving toward Liberal and revolutionary thought is an interesting development and puts a wedge between the closest characters in the story...but hasn't it come rather out of the blue? I'd rather that this had gotten some preliminary development rather than watch Rosalie and her story that went nowhere. |
| Bout time Oscar starts to realize how things are going in France, it sucks about Andre's eye, but Oscar needs to wake up soon. |

| hmmm yeah it's the point in the story where Oscar is slowing wondering whether the nobles really should be ruling over the commoners. I'm not seeing a happy ending for Andre |

| I almost thought Andre, in reply to Oscar about that man being a thief, would say, "...and so are we." But him saying that he sometimes forgets he fights for the Nobles, that was fine too. I don't have much vision in my left eye either, so it's definitely not the end of the world, but damn Oscar took one for the team regardless :( |

| Seems like this encounter with the black knight changed André in more ways than just loss of his eye and also convinced Oscar that this new change may be a good thing (hence why she let the guy go). I kinda wonder why Oscar didn't have some backup plan like asking some Royal guard to go with her and be alerted when she doesn't come out after a certain time. |

| Andre really surprised in these last two episodes, he's grown so much since the beginning. And Oscar needs to realize what's going on already, the new era is coming. |

| Andre becoming more and more of a main man, and Oscar is slowly becoming more handicapped by her own doubts about the system. If it wasn't because of her loyalty to the royal family and Marie Antoinette, she'd probably be on the revolution's side already. |

| The moment she shot him, when he thought she wouldn't, this whole silly Black Knight arc improved so much, every single moment afterward was just a magnificent melodrama getting displayed and it seems Oscar will finally embrace the conflict. |

| Now we know the identity of the Black Knight and he lives on fanning the flames of Revolution. I quite enjoyed Andre throughout this. He has been slowly learning of a new era, men of equal status. He had his eye injured and sacrificed his left eyesight for Oscar. It shows that Oscar is and will always be that person he adores. He would sacrifice his life for her. And i love his justification on how he has not lost anything of importance. He still can see with his right eye. Lol. I will say, i do think it would have been better to establish this stuff earlier on in the story. |
