| Damn, this episode is so tense! Not only with the constant threat of danger but also Meryl taking a leadership-like role. Her determination is also admired for trying to help everyone. Vash and Wolfwood also had their hands full. But I have to admit, they really captured the thrills of this episode. |

| action packed episode showcasing how superhuman are Wolfwood and Vash Vash is not human so Roberto is right he might be a Plant (in human form) according to Meryl i already forgot most of the original story since its been decades since i last watch the original anime but i got a feeling Vash is a human Plant alright |
| When a criminal organization let you report one operation. Remember someone by their cigarette smell, that would be bad if wasn't for the regeneration. Was fun to see a bigger energy cannon. |

| The Stand Steamer crashing on all sides, from Nicholas's brother Livio to the Bad Lads gang on its way to Hopeland and its orphanage, and both Meryl and Roberto find themselves surrounded by publicity, only for Vash to take care of them quickly. Coming back to for a chance to save Livio, the needle-noggin goes against the undertaker's advice, and the latter finally was about to recognize his long lost brother, only to be exonerated by the Eye of Michael cult and shot himself on suicide. The Punisher finally locating the enemy, and Vash looks for a way out before the cult manages to fire the ion cannon onto the Orphanage. Roberto may have resigned to his fate of being a journalist, but Meryl challenges his proposition to be a hero and help both Vash and Nicholas out, with their hands full on stopping the cannon at all costs, which they barely succeeded. Shots fired, but they're not out of danger yet, with collision imminent, and the only way is to engage the Plant within to stop the ship on time, with the consequence of Vash having Avatar-like patterns on his face. Damn, this episode is intense as hell. In a good way. |

| wow. this series just keeps getting more impressive every episode and from watching the new episode preview it looks like it's going to get even better. I got goosebumps when the score came in as they were stopping the ship. excited to learn more about Vash! |

| Lol those goons really did the Ginyu Force pose. I remember me and some college buddies doing the pose for one of our graduation pics, good times. Anyway, another intense episode as they stop the ship from crashing into the orphanage. Vash and Nicholas make a pretty good team when they're actually on the same page, so that was nice to see. Interesting ending with Vash having some of the PLANT features. |

| Didn't blink my eyes even for a second this entire episode. Vash does have lofty ideals but he knows how to stand his ground as well, liked the teamwork with Wolfwood. They did rescue the town from Sandsteamer impact but guess cat's out of the bag for Vash. |

Non manga reader so this had HUGE reveals.
Could this be why Million Knives destroyed the ships rather than have his people become batteries for other people?? How long can they live once they are plugged into those Plants?? Lots of unanswered questions. Also, that bit where she was taking photographs of the Neon bandits was really funny. |

As per knives... Eh, who knows, this thing's all over the place. I feel like they just wanted to show him early to make a spectacle and present a grand baddie for the viewers to look forward to. Idk why they felt like changing the writing, do they even have people qualified for it in studio Orange..? Like, i didn't read the original but people seem to say its departing from that quite a bit. I know the old anime did it too, but the way they structured it and told these stories at least worked both as independent episodes and toward building a grand story with character interest and investment, here they're just running around doing... Stuff. |
