| More than half way through this show and it's about time we got to find out more about Mahiru and her past. I think it's fitting that she and Amane were put into a circumstance to be together like this to understand each other. I also kinda like Mahiru and Chitose's relationship in the show. They get along even though their personalities aren't similar. |

| We’ve been ticking over troupes all this time so I was just thinking when we’ll get the age old “staying over the night” thing done and look, it's already here. Friend-kun staying over the night.. his girlfriend as well over at Mahiru’s house. And then we had the same old plain conversations… “dude you’re still not dating her?”,,”Dude you’re STILL not dating her??”, and “Dude you’re STILL NOT dating her???”... like just give a damn break at this point. You know how sterile responses this man gives.. so just leave him be. Though for a second half, we took an unusual turn. Like we always knew something was up with Mahiru’s family and indeed that sad family backstory confirmed the obvious. An evil mother, a workaholic father and a marriage which wasn’t a result of love… resulted in a daughter who got devoid from any familial love. Yes the thing we see very often in k-dramas. Now I don’t wanna sound like a heartless person, the backstory indeed was sad. Great to see Mahiru still holding up well despite such an awful upbringing, though now she has people for her, no need to go back to that hellhole. And wow is dude opportunistic, bet he'll be busy for few days with his sessions. New ED visuals this time around. |

| Another Kawaii Episode. Mahiru-sans Mother is strict. Her(Mahiru-san) Childhood went without parent's love.😭 Amane-kun Protect her with your all might. Never leave her Side.💞💞 Confession was superb amazing awesome cute can't describe in words.💞❤️💞 She finnaly admiting that she's in love with him.💞💞 The huging scene was so cute..💘💞 Spring has arrived in Amane-kun's life. And new ending song and visual of spring are awesome.❤️ I'm Excited For next episode.🔥🔥     |

| Mahiru's backstory was sad, her parents are awful but I'm glad she has Amane by her side now. Mahiru hugging Amane was sweet. They've gotten really close. |

| First, it's Itsuki who invites himself to Amane's place for a 3-day sleepover, only for the girlfriend Chitose to force her way into his house, with both watching their antics of "how the hell are they close but not together". Furthermore, it's clear that if things are forced between the two, it could get very awkward and uncomfortable. That said, Mahiru's pajamas photo was really like an angel, and Amane certainly got surprised. Hah, even using Itsuki and Chitose as a way to blackmail him into her embarrassment antics, and it's certainly a moment right there. Welp, there's family trouble between Mahiru and her mother Sayo, and it's an unsightly affair. Amane trying to help Mahiru smooth things over because he knew of how frightened she is from within, and upon learning that Mahiru was the child that they didn't want to raise that was birthed out of mistake, she is the unwanted child that was raised without proper parenthood. Even being hardworking and popular didn't change her parents' mindset, and the decision to drop her out of the family after college (which is a direct reference to the show's opener where she was sitting at the playground in open rain), Amane can't afford to leave her alone, for an internally perfect girl being ridden by external imperfections in her life. Amane being her only source of comfort, and he openly declares his love of her of her most vulnerable of ways, it's affection that Mahiru so desperately wanted as a gesture. Mahiru has Amane, his parents, Itsuki amd Chitose, so she really isn't alone. And her hugging Amane is a sign of her change towards him, it's diabetes level of sweetness. For the angel that hates cherry blossoms, Spring, and has no hand to hold onto for the pain of being alone, Amane is with her every step of the way. Special ED for this episode, it's a very fitting choice for Mahiru's changing heart. |

| Day by day she looks more and more like a wife. If anything this spring break sure turned out to be pretty lively. Shiina's adorable when she's embarassed. Wow to think that her birth mother would be that horrible of a person. Guess that they only cared about whatever their careers was more than the fact that they now had a daughter. Really feel for Shiina though because all they see in her is an object to be maintained and nothing more. But it was nice despite how grim her life had become that she was able to meet and befriend someone that gave her the warmth and value that her parents never showed her in the form of Amane. Not to mention all the friends and people that she met so far as well. The insert ending theme was pretty nice. |

| Beautiful ending picture. Mahiru was always so alone, poor child. But now she has people who care about her. Actually, it makes more sense now why she enjoyed cooking for Amane from the start. He actually saw her, and her efforts weren't in vain with him. That makes them such a good couple. I do like that they don't rush things and get to know each other before jumping into a relationship, but damn, I hope they'll admit their feelings soon. |

| I’m saying it right now, this is already a top 5 romcom ever made. Every episode just takes the sweetness level up another notch. Mahiru and Amane are the perfect fit for one another and compliment each other’s strengths while supporting each other’s weaknesses as well. After so many weeks of Mahiru being there for Amane, it’s time for her to get some help from him. It was hinted at in volume 1, or episode 2-3 about Mahiru’s sad backstory but now we know for sure that her parents are scumbags and the angel facade is a defense mechanism she uses to get her parents’ attention. Thing is her normal personality is just as angelic. Amane letting her cry into his shoulder and then the Sakura viewing scene were so cute! Perfect episode |

| Man, this was so melodramatic. When writers pile up adversities like that, it's starting to look like a parody. Only a dead dog was missing. Distant parents, her feeling she's unwanted and trying to be perfect to them notice her would be fine but going as far as telling they don't need her and are going to cut ties after graduation is a long stretch. Considering her parents are most likely for a very well off families that made them merry to consolidate power, I highly doubt they would be fine sending her away. The point of an arranged marriage is an heir, not just the marriage itself. Her backstory is just a melodramatic mess that makes more roll my eyes more than pity the character because of how overblown it is. |

| To hear mahiru backstory and about her parents that was sad, Chitose is very direct but good that she and Mahiru are now good friends. I really love the “relationship” between amane and mahiru, he has really luck to find such an angel. Nice ED. |

| Its an sleepover party, I guess. Itsuki was fighting with his dad and decided to stay over at Amane's place for 3 days, even Chitose tagged along. Mahiru's past was just saddening, can't believe she went through all of that, and even now her parents are just pieces of shits, I'm glad Amane is supporting her and being there for her when she needs it the most, at least Mahiru won't feel so loney anymore because of the bonds she created with people. Amane's feelings are also beginning to grow for Mahiru. |

| Good episode, I like how Chitose provides some comedy relief with her goofiness. As I suspected, Mahiru's parents are not involved in her life (at least not in a loving way) since a housekeeper was brought up in the past. It's kind of amazing how Mahiru did not turn into a rebellious person considering her parents pretty much abandoned her but she is pretty defensive because of it. |
| I appreciate the developing relationship but man this feels like light novel adaptation - 2 characters sit on the couch or in classroom and have a dialogue. How about showing the story/characters/relationship visually? Anime is supposed to be a visual medium. Tell don't show is the way I guess 🤷♀️🤷♂️ |
