| I loved this! The art, the backgrounds, the feel of it, it was all really nice. I was so sad when it seemed like he wouldn't be able to hand that letter, but I believe it worked out. I know it's more of a special promo, but it was good. |

| Corviknight definitely the MVP! I'm always down for a pokemon anime with a different protagonist than Ash, the guy's not terrible but I've seen enough of his adventures. |
| Looks like a good anime. But I'm afraid if it turned into Origins 2.0 where everything and everyone focused on Charizard then it's gonna be boring and lame. |

| Oh jesus is this show going to make me cry... I don't know if I'm prepared for such a different, so much more grounded and real take on Pokemon (that this is looking to be). I appreciate it so much though, and what an amazing way this is to celebrate Pokemon. And what a perfect studio for this project too, Studio Colorido's signature soft, warm and very bright colour palette and aesthetic preferences fit so WELL with Pokemon. It's like a dream match up. Colorido have really been on a roll lately! |

| Liked it - hospital setting is interesting for the Pokemon Universe (usually the only focus is on Pokemon ailments when health is mentioned at all). In a sort of unrelated note - will MAL put "Pokemon" in front of the title so it shows up next to the other Pokemon titles on our MALs? It doesn't really matter I know but it triggers my OCD lol. |

| This was amazing, I love everything about this. From directing, soundtrack, colour, background art, animation, voice acting and basically everything. This type of ground to earth personal story is amazing for pokemon, especially because almost all the time it's all about the legendaries and evil teams. They gave so much characterization to so many this quickly. Corviknight, who doesn't like strangers, is best side character 2020, Crunchyroll, get to it. I just wish they put Pokemon in the title because a lot of people are going to miss this. |

| Surprisingly good! It's very focused on cinematics and soundtrack which normal PKMN anime doesn't have a lot of since that one is focused on quantity over quality. I love both but this is a new flavour! Pyoung said: I assume a lot of the PKMN fanbase doesn't have MAL and people that have MAL aren't that hardcore fans of Pokemon lol. I personally love this though.I wonder why this doesn't have a higher rating? |
| This was a great episode with both drama and wonder. I'm worried at the end that the letter story just ends here though if the episodes are standalone like Pokemon Generations. |
| That was a great episode. We meet Champion Dande/Leon, Oleana, Chairman Rose, Hop and Gym Leaders including Bea, my favourite Gym Leader from Galar! That Corviknight looked fantastic. |
