Personally I really liked The Origin OVA, but I think you can give its chance to the manga.

That's what I did. The really first thing I watched from Gundam was the 0079 show. I watched The Origin after. I think the manga The Origin is the best version of the story but I love every version of 0079.

For now, I watched every thing in the UC Timeline from The Origin to NT and Witch from Mercury.
I just finished Beltorchika's Children, it's really great. I think I'll have more options after watching others AU shows.

cool thanks mate, ive read a volume or 2 of thunderbolt some years ago but haven't really read other gundam manga ( a few gundam wing ones years ago also)

ive heard cross bone is good ill have to give it a try, i tend to like it when gundam steps outside of the zeon and neo-zeon conflicts.

hi im kurt, saw you were a gundam fan whose read a fair bit of the gundam manga and wanted to see if their were any you would recommend ,specifically U.C manga. ive seen most of U.C anime ( all except ZZ& NT)
