| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Haha, Midnight always knows how to make an impression when she shows up. I thought this episode was okay, mostly a follw up from the tournament and transition into the next arc's first episodes. Those hero names though...leaving it up to these kids to be creative. The most important part is Tenya imo considering how he's been affected by the recent events of his bro. |

The Sports Festival may have ended, but its effects linger in the form of exposure. That's right, it's time for the students of Class 1-A to do some field study with professional heroes! But who will they get to have these internships with? Well mostly those who liked what they saw at the festival! But while the students are still deciding it's time at last to pick their hero names! With guest teacher Midnight on hand to judge, looking as lovely as ever. Some of the names chosen are appropriately cute, punny and goofy. While others are a bit...out there. Young Iida's ultimate decision to not take on the name of his fallen brother Ingenium seemed appropriately pained and solemn. While Young Midoriya's is...well...pure Deku. :D A fun time had by all...or some...to be sure, but what was perhaps not so fun? Well Iida's rather ominous behavior and attitude for one. Hope the boy is thinking clearly. But also...All Might's reaction to learning the identity of the one hero who specifically requested to take on Young Midoriya for his internship! What might this nervousness portend? Just who is the mysterious former teacher of All Might, Gran Torino? Senile old coot? Or wily badass!? |

| Great episode & nice to see the students in class. Choosing Hero names is a lot of fun. Love how Midnight is so enthusiastic. "Froppy, Red Riot, Uravity, Tsukuyomi" are some cool names. Deku stuck with Deku. That is so cool. Internships are important. Nice to know they are thinking about their futures. Can't wait to see Gran Torino. Even All Might is shaking. Iida out for revenge. Plus Ultra! |

Picking out hero names was a lot of fun to watch and definitely better when compared to reading them in the manga. :D Tokoyami has the coolest name with Tsukuyomi but I love Uravity and of course Kirishima's Red Riot is the most manly name out there. XD Bakugou and his names, nice of Deku to go with Deku. :) Hero Internships are up next, while a huge amount of the offers went to either Todoroki or Bakugou, Deku did get one and it's from All Might's homeroom teacher nonetheless. Glad to see Torino post the credits. :D The PV for Stain arc looks so damn awesome and next OP is by Amazarashi. :D Since we're starting on July 8, I assume no episode next week? Anyway Plus Ultra! |

| Bakugo's name was translated to "King Explosion Murder" but that's the literal romanji-to-english translation, it should be "King of Explodo-kills" like in the manga, or something like that There was a post on reddit that says Bakugo's name should be Bakuman, Baku meaning explosions, and man like superman, and i agree that "Bakuman" the anime in romanji 爆漫王 (which is literally Explosion Manga King) is a pretty neat name for Bakugo, imo. But apparently Bnha official twitter page has this image:  and Bakugo's Code Name says "bakushinchi" (爆心地), which means centre of explosion; center of explosion; hypocentre; hypocenter; ground zero, And according to wikipedia: "The hypocenter (literally: 'below the center' from the Greek: ὑπόκεντρον) refers to a nuclear explosion." |

| Those were some fun names. My favourite was Bakugou's and Uraraka nickname. Funny how terrified All Might was. The ending with Iida was ominous af! Dat tiny Deku!  |

| So Iida and Shoto are stuck with their real names? I hope that changes in the future. Iida should be called as Ingenium 2.0 or something and an even more cooler name for Shoto is what I'm hoping for. Deku is probably the most fitting name for Izuku, afterall I'm already used to Bakugo and Uraraka calling him Deku xD! This Gran Torino guy is really eccentric, but even All Might is shaking in his pants, wonder what made him do so... |
| Definitely love episodes like this. Nice and chill with all the characters in the classroom. We were due for one of these any way, it's nice to take a break from the drama and action. I love the hero names! Froppy, Red Riot, Chargebolt, Uravity, Pinkie, Deku. This was just an overall fun episode that let us enjoy the characters. This next arc is going to be so intense, and it's a big one for Iida. |

| It's finally time for one of the best arcs so far... you anime-onlys better buckle in. I had a lot more fun with the hero names this time than I did in the manga, and it was a nice wind down from the excitement of the sports festival. Though my favourites have to be Red Riot and Deku's, cliché as it may be it pulled at my heartstrings |

| LOL at the code names! Bakugo once again really cracked me-up! Iida Tenya is for sure up for total revenge against Stain because of what happened to his older brother Igenium! Deku & Uraraka always going home together so Deku x Uravity ship? so Gran Torino is the old geezer that All Might is sending letters huh... i really thought LiSA would perform the ED2 on the 13 episode...but it seems it would be for the 14th episode...anywayz hapi b-day to Risa Oribe ...she's 30 already... 5/5. |

| I am still curious what hero name Bakugo's use.. and also for Shoto, did he really use his name? he could use better aliases, for example "Climate hero: Cold Burn", which contain both cold (ice) and burn (fire). I thought Iida would write his brother's name. is it me or I see a death flag all around Iida!? as for Midoriya, it's very simple name that everyone can remember, "Deku". not a really good name, but also not a bad one. for next episode, it look like Deku being targeted by villain, maybe they smell something similar to All Might in him, or it could be something else. Gran Torino apparance! at first I thought he's One for All user before All Might. but it look like he isn't. |

| A nice cool down episode which is always good after the endless craziness of the Sports Festival. The class chose their hero names and are now getting ready to gain some internship experience. That ending with Iida heavily implies that some serious shit is about to go down, which is expected from one of the best arcs of the manga. We also saw some trolling at the end from Gran Torino lol, it's good to see him finally make an appearance. |

| The hero names they were coming up with were pretty amusing, while others were really fitting of them. Gran Torino used to be All Might's teacher back in the day. It's peaked my interest into this old hero as to why All Might is shaking when he mentioned his old teacher's name. =) Great episode overall and I'm looking forward to this new arc already. =D |

| Good episode! -Froppy and Uravity are absolutely the best one! -Gotta love Red riot too! so manly and so kirishima! -No! wait! bakugou will always be KING OF EXPLODO KILLS to me! hahaha! He's still hilarious af in the ep tho! -Nice! we get a glimpse of aizawa senseis student days. -aww little deku with that all might costume is just so damn adorable! -To see all might trembling remembering his days with gran torino... it really got Deku curious who this Hero gran torino is, and its so funny to see gran torino lookin good and bad ass at his prime years... -But then the post credit revealed us an old man who deku thought was dead at first sight! XD -and Yep who's not worried about Iida?!! the suspense building and that thrilling OST too... Excited to see the upcoming arcs this gonna be epic! |

| Midnight coming into the classroom was amusing. She really knows how to make an impression. Class A got to choose their own hero names. Deku sticking with Deku was nice. They also had some offers from hero agencies. Iida is out for revenge. He chose an agency where his brother got hurt. Deku didn't had one, but now he does. The moment the offer came from someone named Gran Torino, I instantly thought of the movie. He knows about All Might and his quirk. He was shaking just thinking about him xD Gran Torino's introduction was funny. Looking forward to see more of him. |

| A little more than one and a half chapters adapted this time. I guess they want to slow down the pace because they need to stretch 25 chapters in 13 episodes. Anyways, nice transition episode to the next episode. More lighthearted and fun, especially with the name choosing. Next episodes will be great. 4/5 |

| More of a slice of life episode, which I very much like. Couldn't expect less from Bakugo's choices. Things got tense with Iida at the end, hoping for the best for him. Already likeng Gran Torino, can't wait to see how he's gonna train Deku™. I'm excited but also afraid for the next arc. |

| Uravity is a really clever name for her, tbh. The part of the names in general was pretty hilarious. Have a grim feeling about Iida. Considering what Deku said in the narration, it looks things are going to get very ugly. A superhero named Gran Torino... I don't know how to feel about that. Hopefully he will be a badass old man. |

| Omg Froppy is the best hero name out of them all! It's so cute! Iida looks so determined! Hopefully he stays safe I don't want my best characters dying on me! Also Uraraka determination with Swish! Got me I'm gonna buy the manga so I can keep reading this story because the episodes are not coming out fast enough! |

| Best code name choice was Froppy ImO. Her ability is more the kind of utilitarian ability that save peoples during disasters (natural or not) with her swimming, climbing, jumping, catching ability. She nailed it with an easy to remember, on point with both her appearance and ability, and easy to like name. Uravity was clever, but lacks compared to Froppy due to what I wrote above. Uraraka is aiming at the same kind of hero as Froppy from what she says, yet her name while clever sounds more of the cool kind than the "likeable" kind. Still a good code name though. Pinky is a bit too simple but is not bad. Earphone Jack isn't a bad idea at all, cool name . Tsukuyomi, really? That's a heavy name to bear, man. Cool, but really heavy. Could easily be considered arrogant if not for his personality. |
