| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Sakuya~ That almost felt like watching a play but in a fantasy dream world. Classic stuff although I think the episode felt kinda fillerish. Kakeru's actions this episode seems a bit menacing especially at what he's about to do to himself. Well, this episode felt more thrilling some of the others. Koharu's quite daring to make that jump tbh without any concern for her own safety. The embrace though...I didn't think it was that surprising. |

| The girls are deep in thought because all their guys wanting to be ignored or ignoring them. Yusa-san's character using his power to get them to a "dream world" with the outfit of the stories: Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, and Snow White to find someone they love, feat. other guys and the hiyokos as other characters, and with twists! Ah, kuudere character erased his memory, including someone he considered important... The forest remembering him of when he blamed her. One of the girls is in rush and seeing Yusa-san's character as someone she likes, and that long hair guy is shocked. Attack comes back? |

Great episode, I'm satisfied, overall they handled the dream sequence pretty well imo. Dunno about some expecting a complete VN adaption, cuz that not gonna happen. Anime adaption of VN will always leave stuff out, shouldn't it motivate people to buy and play the game to get the complete experience, if the haven't? |
 Even though the episode was out of nowhere, pretty girls in their dreams are pretty! My most favourite couple so far is Nanami x Akito. And least favourite is Koharu x Kakeru. |

| What the heck was this episode, I didn't expect this. I still don't ship anything, these characters are so hard to like. The previews for next week make it look like it next episode might be good, anyway. |

That, and I'm worried the actual plot will kick in while everyone's still hung up on their friggin backstories. 12 episodes isn't enough for angst of this magnitude. Did think the cinderella "ending" was interesting, though. |

| Wasn't bad but still disappointed by this episode. The Dream Sequence is very nearly my favorite part of every route, showing Itsuki (and another character) at their very best, but it became a more shallow retelling of the romance aspects, only. None of what propelled it. It still was very cool looking and dreamy, showing more sides of the other two heroines and their pairs but. It could have been so much more. R.I.P. |

| Other than knowing about Itsuki's power and the girl's romance background, or likely so, I think yeah it's a Filler. Sooo... Based on the girls dream Mikoto's having a Triangle love, Nanami's dream-related is about how she see Akito in real life : Tsundere(?) or maybe Yandere(?). And then Koharu... I think that Koharu's the only one that had a "Good" dream. After that talk about Poison apple, could be that Kakeru's the traitor or something like that? |

We get a big ass episode filled with decent characterization, foreshadowing and romance progression, and yet this episode is classified as being filler, useless and random Gotta love MAL Forums lol |

| Natsuhiko is in the next episode \o/ I really want the anime to give us a Natsuhiko/Mikoto end. Sakuya's route was the worst route, it was such a pain to get through. |

| I'm guessing this is supposed to be a dream sequence to unmask the characters and test their relationships? If that was the plan, then this was just pure FAIL. Nothing's improved from Episode 2. Hopefully, next week's action-packed episode will up the show's game. |

| Best episode. Very interested in all three stories, they mange build the pairings up very well. Very underrated. |

| It was a fun and enjoyable episode. It showed a lot of character development and we finally get to see some of Nanami and Akito's past. OMG Akito as a wolf was so cute! The romance was great, when Koharu and Kakeru embraced......then kissed I fangirled so much lol I feel bad for Sakuya though, seeing Mikoto with Itsuki..... |

So far the anime is continuing Sakuya's route, but im thinking dynamics will change within the next two episodes, because if they showed Sakuya dropping the glass slipper, then they'll have to include a certain event from his route that singlehandedly left a very nasty aftertaste in fan's mouths.... and it will KILL his characterization if left out Reply to the spoiler (which I don't mind because there's always a reason) |
| Some decisions seem so dumb, they're doing Sakuya's route yet the OP makes Mikoto and Natsuhiko the OTP. In short; they're all over the place with Mikoto's guys. I'll never liked Kakeru that much and I find him and Masamune pretty shitty overall for Koharu so I'll only wait for the minimal Senri screentime. For Nanami, Akito was always the best route imo so that's the reason I'm not dropping the show. |

| This is like, the best episode yet~ I dislike Itsuki. SAKUYA X MIKOTO, DAMMIT. ITS NOT FAIR THAT SAKUYA SAW THAT AND MIKOTO WAS TRICKED AND SHIT. ;A; And Akito <3 he's awesome. I knew he wouldn't actually try to kill Nanami :3 And lel and Kakeru being the poisoned apple... I was expecting Koharu to collapse after they kissed xD just like Snow White/Shirayuki-hime~ unfortunately she didn't e-e still don't really care about her. Overall, this was actually a really good episode. I liked it. And Mikoto looked absolutely GORGEOUS with that hair and dress. Like omg. She's goals.  |

| Wow took the whole episode to do the dream sequence. Though I guess I'm glad they took the time to include everyone in the dreams and not only focus on the respective dream sequences. (Ahhh, The Nanami & "fluffy Akito" will always make me lol no matter what) Oh...also...interesting that the intro to the dream sequence (I mean the 'ladder game') was done in the bath....an attempt at fan service? Let's just say, Natsuhiko is equivalent to the secret-hidden-bonus-path of the games and well, sure you can get most of the plot from the other routes alone but if you want the whole picture behind the truth (meaning "hidden view") you kinda have to go the Natsuhiko route. BTW, Miktoto x Sakuya is merely the "recommended" first route you should take among Natsuhiko's routes. IMO the "safe route" for people absolutely unfamiliar to Norn so it's no surprise the anime is going his route.....at least at first, I can totally see them throw in a bit of Natsuhiko's route later since the timeline of the events that occur in his route [relative to the other routes I mean] is....a little obscure(/not set in stone)... |

| Ooh, this dream sequence was pretty interesting! Mikoto's was definitely the most interesting IMO, especially with the Itsuki ending there :O Not to mention we found out what Sakuya's "promise" was ... so he's gonna die protecting the girl he loves huh? No wonder she made him promise not to fall in love XD Koharu's was pretty meh especially with Kakeru's terribly depressing speech about being a poison apple, but they got a kiss out of it I guess. Akito with fluffy ears ... haha XD Though "it's not a dream" ... I wonder if everyone else was pulled into the dream as well? That would be interesting if that's Itsuki's "power" ... anyway, preview looks interesting. Seems like the guys who attacked earlier are back! :O |

You're absolutely right!! and I would like to add on: Gun Guy's route is 100% off the ship lol. That means his route is exclusively one on one time with Mikoto, and none of the 10 others appear. The anime can't really have her leave the ship and everyone else so soon yet, right? That's why they're taking advantage of her being on the ship by having her pair up with Sakuya (to fulfill parts of his route, show his prediction ability), and to have Itsuki's power shown as well to give more info about the character dynamics (episode 5's dream sequence). Otherwise they wouldnt do anything. Episode 6 preview shows us a continuation of Sakuya's route (Mikoto getting KO-ed by the traitor), but for some reason Gun Guy shows up again (he isn't supposed to in Sakuya's route until later.... so maybe FINALLY the transition to his route?? :D) ((Also, in Akito's route, the traitor was supposed to apprehend Mikoto right after he and Nanami get the cuffs off, so IM OPTIMISTIC FOR NEXT EPISODE :DDD ).. yeah I have utterly no idea what's going on next episode and why Gun Guy is back, but i'm having tons of fun imagining scenarios from the game and trying to ignore the fact that he might just have another 30 sec cameo bombing the ship and saying cryptic things lmao If they don't switch to Natsuhiko's route soon, I'm going to be so let down. :( |
