WELCOME SAMURAI FLAMENCO.

It begins. This whole alien trope feels really strange tbh. Dat english. "Sit down" lol. Ah, I can't take this seriously but at least it has some funny moments. Evil alien is evil. Damn. Fighting in space ;o

My theory was partly right. Masayoshi needed villains to fight, so villains popped up to satisfy that wish.
It's an overall reference to hero lore where the heroes and villains grow on each other. Introduce someone like Batman to a city, and the villains change from regular street thugs to supervillains with accessories, only this time they went as far as aliens.

I actually liked this episode a lot.

And the Flamwenco thing and eromanga were hilarious.

Looks like my predictions were more or less right after all. All of these events were a physical manifestation of Hazama's desires, an imaginary world modelled after his juvenile fantasies and realized by an entity that's as whimsical as it remains ominious. The entire thing happens on a heavily metaphysical plane of existance that's clearly detached from reality and not to be taken at face value though I guess it could have been done in a more satisfying way since the revelation somewhat lacks impact even if I can see what it boils down to in concept.

Actually, the entity said that the world was not imaginary. The people and emotions were real, but the events were manifestations of Masayoshi's desires.
Of course it may still be too early to say for sure. They may just throw another plot twist at us next week.

If masayoshi did not wish to be a hero, those villains would never have manifested. So all that pain suffering and death were all just to fuel his chuunibyou. Just when think SF can't get any worse, it exceeds your expectation on a whole new level.

Well the explanation finally came and it was strangely underwhelming. Masayoshi is a kind of Haruhi that got his dream made true by a superior entity. Somehow I thought it would have more of an impact when the reveal came, but I've just gotten used to Samumenco as 'so bad it's good' comedy that I cannot take it seriously. Between the random engris and the fantastic "People tend to be more honest on river embankments" line this was pure comedy.

Finally, there's a town in Australia called "Eromanga"? Must be an otaku destination per excellence.

Yes, I did mean to say that this entity took Masayoshi's wishes and made them "real", so to speak. As for future twists I think this is probably the end of it though I really wonder what they could fill up the last four episodes with? Masayoshi surprisingly took the "truth" quite well so perhaps he will continue his quest of justice in a more grounded manner, now that he has left behind his delusions of grandeur.

Must say that I was quite surprised by this episode. I'd given up on there being a somewhat logical or more like understandable explanation for all that messed up s**t that we've been seeing since Guillotine Gorilla. I thought they would just continue making a parody of superheroes but well I'm glad that doesn't seem to be the case. At least I assume they won't be bringing another villain with 4 episodes left. Maybe now we get some filler and beach episodes ? :D

Alright. Guys, all of the chaos we have went through is all explained now. Hahaha.

The word Flamwenco grants a small chance of granting your wish. Hahaha. His grandfather was the source on why this has happened. Hahaha. Looks like Masayoshi's grandpa experienced this, and gave it to Masayoshi as a gift.

I am currently experiencing two emotions: WTF and Wow. This is incredibly ridiculous and makes little to no sense, but at the same time, I really liked this episode and how it resolved the entire story. It was quite beautiful indeed.

But...it feels like a last episode? What are they gonna put in the last four episodes? I feel like anything else would ruin the show, especially another plot twist. Before was okay but now, it would just be unnecessary...

It looks like the series might end where it began (SoL) full circle, but with 4 episodes left and the fact that this series has fit whole arcs in 1-3 episodes, I feel they may be just softening us up for a final blow.

Oh and I'm hearing strong rumors that Goto's girlfriend mystery will be revealed in the next episode.

SIT DOWN, I couldn't contain my laughter when it said it with that face. Alien Flamenco said it doesn't experience anger or agitation, but I'm pretty sure it was flipping out when Hazama rejected evolution.
Will things go back to normal now? Doubt it.

Did that seriously happen? Like really? This is the explanation we're getting? I don't know what to say. So, what now? After this, do we go to SoL? And WHAT ABOUT FINDING OUT WHO MURDERED Masayoshi's parents? Will that ever get resolved?

I'll be not surprised if Goto's girlfriend is actually a female Masayoshi from a parallel world. It's not actually far-fetched now that even a masked heroes/sentai this anime has been went as far as pure fantasy aka meeting God via his grandfather's inheritance of the word flamenco which coincidentally is a homonym of flamwenco which has 0.00000002 of chance of discovering it.

This anime is basically like Mars of Destruction.

"Sit down. Sit down." Woah Mr. Moonface just told you to sit the fuck down so you better do as you're told Hazama.

Man I don't even know anymore. Heroes, monsters, aliens, parallel universes, energy creators, and now even the will of the universe. What is life? Love it or hate it, Samurai Flawmenco will go down in history for something. To infinity and from beyond.
