| I figured the water desertrian would've given them more trouble, but apparently it seemed more like jell-o, lol. I was really impressed by how realistic Lisa's emotions were along with how well Yuuto managed to get through to Lisa while she was still trapped. Great episode. Erika's reaction to getting hit with the Heartcatch was pretty good, too. I wonder how good it feels, lmao. |

| I liked the character drama in this episode. Marine getting hit by Pink Forte Wave was funny. Although their punches worked on the aquatic Desertrian (oxymoron, that one) better than I expected, this fight and the last episodes were both better than the current par set by the show. It would be nice if that continues. |

 When the couple were standing awkwardly at the suspension bridge, they're framed separated by the vertical ropes, indicating their distance by just a thin margin. When the wind rocks the bridge, the man catches the woman and they're then seen in the same frame with no rope separating them visually. It's a small, simple bit of attention, but it's things like this that remind me Heartcatch really does know what it's doing, even during non-plot important episodes. Also, when Marine got submerged in that watery Desertrian, the fairies jammed a stick of bamboo in it so she could just casually breath. That's the first time I've ever seen that before, and it's hilarious. Additionally, I think this was the first time I've seen a fellow non-clone, non-brainwashed Precure get caught in another Precure's attack, which was also brilliantly hilarious. Great stuff. |
