| Kana just seems almost a different person when around Teru. I know they were trying to show more romance in this anime but this episode has much comedy. The festival vibes is still here so nothing too different from other episodes. Suzu is also lowkey funny to watch although she behaves exactly like a kid would. |

| Kana is very adorable, makes your heart melt, and she is very physically attractive as well with those curves and tan. I love seeing Kana acting all crush-lovey-dovey However, I just find myself not caring too much about the outcome of her crush if she does confess, since the male MC is just so forgettable. Like, if Kana gets rejected by him if she does confess, then I wouldnt be sour, since again, the male MC is too forgettable. And I still find it too dumb that Kana fell in love with the male MC because he got her hat when the wind blew it away. There is no nuance to her liking him nor do they have like some history together, and again, the male MC is too forgettable. And did they really end episode 3 on a possible confession, only for this episode 4 for the confession to be interrupted because of a "silly makeup"? Really???? I really liked the new ending, with the two girls MC growing up |

| Teruake confession abort. A rare good call on that, not the best time just after laughing at the girl's face. Kana being just a bit vague, then Teruake being very dense, then Kana jusmping to conclusions and Teruake being dense again. LOL at "H-H-H-Hands on with where?!" "Well, all of it." | Higa's adorable with her blushing responses. But it was cute seeing Higa and Teru dance in the festival. Yae is proving to be an excellent support for Higa. Still at least Teru was able to whistle after. The insight into how Hina and Kana learned how to whistle back then was pretty fun. Loved the custom ending theme and visuals that showed how they were when they were kids. |

| Kana is by far and away the best girl in this series and it’s good to get an episode focused on her. I still think they should pivot away from Kyan to her as main girl, but they kinda need Kyan to be the love interest so Teeru aka the audience, can continue learning about Okinawan culture so it’s tricky. BUT it would be really funny if like at the end of the series he realises he likes Kana more lol. Who knew whistling could be so emotional. That flashback really put into perspective why Kana doesn’t wanna leap frog Kyan and take her man even though she has a big crush on Teeru lol. She feels very indebted to Kyan for all she did when they were kids which is really sweet. But at a certain point you’ll have to put yourself first, Kana! |

| It was obvious that Teru's confession would be interrupted, but I never expected him to ruin it for himself. At least there was a near-confession from Kana, although Teru is still pretty dense. He doesn't understand that Kana is interested in him, but at least he sees her as nice and is very grateful to her for meeting him. Kana is so cute and adorable that it makes me forget how clueless and somewhat irrelevant Teru is. Who would have thought that most of the episode would revolve around a whistling lesson? I can whistle, but never with my hands. I've been following the tutorial for half an hour and I still can't get it. I need more practice😅. It was a beautiful moment to see Kana and Hina's childhood. The touching scene of their friendship since they were little girls and Kana's personal growth, overcoming her shyness by learning something she wanted to do while her best friend encouraged her, was heartwarming. Even if it took them to be old ladies :') Who would have thought that something so ordinary could bring back such beautiful memories and make this episode special? |

| The aftermath of the festival goodness in the previous episode ended on flat notes on both Kyan and Higa’s ends, Teruaki ended up not being able to get his confession out to Kyan because of her makeup, hard to blame him honestly lol, and with Higa he just misunderstood her, but it still made for an adorable scene as Higa got all flustered, at least he’s super thankful of her help in understanding Okinawan culture. And the rest of the episode was dedicated to learning how to whistle with your hands, I can’t whistle for shit but the instructions did seem pretty simple, maybe I’ll give it a try later thanks to Higa’s detailed demonstration, I can understand why she’d get embarrassed with her crush staring straight into her mouth lol. But I wasn’t expecting that extended flashback scene, really cute stuff, I may not like Kyan as a romantic interest atm but her friendship with Higa is something special, no wonder these two are so tight in the present. And we got a third ED this week, very fitting song and visuals for the flashback we just witnessed, I really liked it. |

| Teruu didn't confess, the scene got cut in the stupidest way possible. Then he proceeds to share a more romantic moment with Kana instead of Hina. Yep, that's it, dropping this shit. |

| I expected Teru's confession attempt to be interrupted, but the that it was interrupted, by him laughing at Hina's make-up, was something I didn't expect. Either way, it was a cute moment. Same goes for the amusing misunderstanding between Teru and Kana shortly afterwards. The majority of the episode was focused on whistling and, of course, I tried it myself. I was rubbish, but I won't give up in trying! XD Still, it did showcase just how close Hina and Kana's friendship is, as was shown in the flashback of how both girls first learned how to whistle and how Hina stood up for Kana when she was getting teased at. The new ED with the two girls was very cute and wholesome as well. |

| Yeah, it was qutie expected for Terru to not confess right away, it's episode 4 after. Also the romance aspect seems to have him as the main obstacle as he's oblivious to the approaches from Kanaa and can't even mention it to Hiina. At the very we got to see not only a charming memory of back when they were kids but a tutorial on how to whistle, which can be quite useful in a stadium if your team sucks. I'm trying to learning as I'm writing this and some sound came out but there's still a long way to go. |

| I can't get enough of this show. This ep was so adorable. I actually like that they don't have a confession yet. Keeping it as is right now is just fine. Love the ed for this ep, their friendship is so cute. |

This anime is similar to the Blue Box anime in one key aspects; in both anime, we would rather root for the losing heroine because we can’t stand the actual heroine
| @ajw215799 Well call me crazy but I'm pretty sure Kaanaa is not the losing heroine, I'm pretty sure she'll win. She shares more screentime with the protagonist than Kyan and has a supporting Koakuma now and the romantic tension between protag and kyan is lukewarm at best, even from protag's side. It more feels like a crush he has rather than actual love, on the other hand Kaanaa is serious. I think it's a red herring and Kaanaa wins in the end. *shrug* |

| Thank goodness he didn't confess like that dude, that was horrible Kyan's makeup coming in clutch there. I really want Higa and Nakamura to be the romance of this anime because Higa is just in love with him and i feel like they are more compatible together. Also that whole Hands on everywhere misunderstanding was amusing and i wouldn't even call Nakamura dense for that one, i wouldn't have realized that sign either. Well i wouldn't take any sign but that's besides the point, Higa/Kana was being too vague with that one. Also nice festival very cool episode. |
| Suuzuu is so cute just like her older sister Kaanaa. Love this episode, Kaana and Hiinaa flashback makes me nostalgic somehow idk, all the ED songs for this anime very good so far. |
